Jalen Brunson reveals what roommate and fellow Knick Josh Hart's ‘Real Housewives' tagline would be
The New York Knicks superstars, Villanova alums and former roommates, have electrified the Big Apple, leading the Knickerbockers to the Eastern Conference Finals in June, the first time since 2000, and now they're game to talk reality TV.
In their offseason podcast 'Roommates Show,' Brunson and Hart channel their inner 'Real Housewives' and get into a heated discussion on reality TV show 'Love Island.'
'Josh's 'Real Housewives' tagline would be, 'I'm just vibing,' that would be his tagline,' Brunson told The Post of the shooting guard whom he played college basketball with for two seasons during the 2016 NCAA national championship at Villanova.

The kicker? Hart doesn't even watch reality TV, he told The Post — only making an exception for 'Love Island,' a hot topic of discussion in their latest podcast episode.
In the last episode of their podcast, Hart, Brunson and their college roommate and co-host Matt Hillman unpacked their affinity for the reality competition (Spoiler alert: Hart is not a super fan).
'I'm kinda watching it and I'm also on my phone,' he said on the last podcast episode Thursday, confessing 'I'm not really a fan of anyone in particular. I rocked with Taylor [Chmelka]. Then America kicked him off because there was haters.'
'I don't watch reality shows,' Hart admitted to The Post (Brunson called him out as a 'weirdo' for it).
8 Brunson, who grew up in New Brunswick, New Jersey, told The Post 'The Jersey Shore,' is still the GOAT [greatest of all time] in his book.

Brunson, meanwhile, who grew up in New Brunswick, New Jersey, confessed: 'The Jersey Shore,' is still the GOAT [greatest of all time] in his book.
'My favorite reality show of all time, possibly one of my favorite shows,'' Burnson revealed
'I could watch that on repeat.'
The point guard, listens to Justin Bieber as his pre-game routine, a tradition that started when he played ball back at Villanova, which he's said leads him to win. He also said he can't stop listening to a particular song off of Bieber's new album, 'Swag.'
8 Brunson, who listens to Justin Bieber as his pre-game routine, told The Post he's been loving Justin Bieber's new album: 'The first song right now is probably my favorite. No. 1 is 'All I can Take',' Brunson told The Post.

Tickets go on sale Friday for a live taping of the 'Roommates Show,' in Central Park on September, 6 at Rumsey Playfield. The show will feature two-time Super Bowl MVP Eli Manning, comedy legend Ben Stiller, and a musical performance by Ferg at the block party that mixes hoops and music.
Thousands of Knicks fans are expected to gather, harkening back the energy that powered the city back in March during playoffs.
'Everything about the season was fantastic, obviously ending short was the only downfall of it. The love we got, everything that had to do with the season, the fans, was so appreciated. My favorite part of the whole thing was the fan interaction, but in Boston the streets were flooded. It was a really cool sight to see. When we're playing well the energy is electric,' Brunson said.

Dream podcast guests? They have big players in mind.
'Someone like Denzel [Washington] would be the dream guest,' Hart told The Post.
'The Roommates' podcast, they said, is a chance for them to call the shots on topics they want to be unfiltered about.
'There's so many narratives that take place in the media, this is one way we can control our narrative about the topics we want to talk about,' Brunson told The Post.

'Players want to control their narrative and speak freely. This is one way for us to open.'
Still, Hart says not everything is an open book.
'There's definitely stuff that is off limits – normally we say things that come to mind and have fun with it. Somehow 75% of the things I say get edited out unfortunately. They try to mute me a little bit,' Hart joked.

Brunson and Hart helped pick the number one over FaceTime, and a day later New York beat the Pacers, ending Indiana's series lead to 2-1 games.
'It's an amazing feeling. It's really cool to be involved in that,' Brunson said.
'It was cool, at the same time it was weird. It's a blessing to have that kind of love around the city.'

Why Chris Hughes's compliment about JoJo Siwa's hairline made her burst into tears
JoJo Siwa just experienced an emotional revelation thanks to a sweet compliment from her boyfriend, Chris Hughes. In a clip shared across her social media profiles on 24th July4 the 'Karma' singer burst into tears as Chris told her she had a 'really good hairline.' The comment struck a chord with the former child star, as she revealed the feature used to be the 'number one thing' she was once bullied for in the public eye. 'I'm drying my hair right now, and he goes, 'You have a really good hairline.' That's the number one thing I was bullied for as a child,' JoJo said in the video as she wiped away her tears. The Love Island alum then reassured her and doubled down on his compliment, as he hugged her, saying, 'I love you. You have a really good hairline, it's got so much hair.' Despite popular belief that her signature high ponytail caused a bald spot and a receding hairline, the reality TV personality clarified that a 'stress rash' from her Dance Moms days had actually formed on her head in 2022. 'No, it's actually not from the ponytails, because if it was from my ponytails — considering it went on this side — it would be this,' she said in a TikTok clip at the time. 'When I was little, I had a really bad stress rash right here on Dance Moms, and I would pick at it all day long.' JoJo added, 'I damaged every single hair follicle that has ever been right there.' Three years later, JoJo reflected on her vulnerable moment with Chris. Alongside her emotional post, she wrote, 'He had no idea of the 2017-2020 hairline memes that I'm not affected by on the daily anymore, but him saying this out of thin air literally finished healing a part of me.' 'It's almost like I had a band aid over it for the last 8 years and just was leaving it there scared to look under it to see if it's healed,' she continued. 'He removed it being like why do u have this on before I could even explain what it was. Lucky lucky girl I am. Don't even think I realise how lucky sometimes.'

BREAKUP ALERT? Love Island's JaNa Craig Unfollows Kenny Rodriguez on Instagram
The fairy tale may be over. One of Love Island USA's most beloved couples might have quietly called it quits, and fans are already mourning the potential end of JaNa Craig and Kenny Rodriguez's whirlwind romance. The speculation is loud, the social media evidence is damning, and while no official statement has been made, the writing might be on the villa wall. JaNa and Kenny, who found love on Season 6 of Love Island USA and are currently appearing on the spinoff series Love Island: Beyond The Villa, are the latest couple to face intense breakup rumors. If the digital trail is any indication, this might not just be a rough patch. It could be the end of their post-show relationship altogether. Instagram Clues Spark Split Speculation Pop Crave fired the first shot in the rumor war, posting on X (formerly Twitter) that JaNa Craig had not only unfollowed Kenny Rodriguez on Instagram, but also scrubbed all traces of their relationship from her feed. Every kiss, every cuddle, every poolside flirtation is gone. For fans who track Love Island couples like detectives on a case, this wasn't just suspicious. It was alarming. And the damage didn't stop there. According to fan sleuths, JaNa's villa ride-or-dies, Leah Kateb and Serena Page, also unfollowed Kenny in what appears to be a clear show of loyalty to their PPG (Pretty Pink Gang) girl. Leah and Serena were vocal about their support for JaNa throughout Season 6, and their coordinated social media distancing is reading loud and clear: something went down. The Real-Life Disconnect: Vegas vs. Dallas While social media says a lot, it's not the only red flag. Sources close to the couple have hinted that JaNa and Kenny's post-show realities may have started to drift apart. JaNa has been thriving in Las Vegas, fully leaning into her life as an influencer, content creator, and fashion ambassador. Kenny, on the other hand, has reportedly been considering a return to a full-time sales career in Dallas, a lifestyle that couldn't be further removed from JaNa's glammed-up world of events, brand trips, and camera-ready living. The logistical and emotional distance may have finally caught up with them. Fans Left in the Dark But Watching Closely What makes the rumored breakup even more awkward is the fact that JaNa and Kenny are still currently airing on Peacock's Love Island: Beyond The Villa, which was filmed before these breakup hints surfaced. The couple, who appeared to be in a stable if occasionally tense place during the spinoff's early episodes, are now being watched with an entirely different lens. What once felt like harmless drama, minor disagreements or differing opinions, could now read as the early unraveling of a relationship on life support. And for a fanbase known for emotionally investing in their favorite couples, it's an uncomfortable watch. 'It's giving PR disaster,' one fan posted on X'They need to drop a statement immediately or I'm going to lose my mind watching these next episodes,' another wrote A Sad Day for #JaNa Fans JaNa and Kenny had quickly become one of the most talked-about couples in Love Island USA history. With her sharp wit and undeniable screen presence and his grounded, boy-next-door charm, they seemed like the ideal post-villa match. But as past Love Island seasons have proved time and time again, what works in paradise doesn't always survive the plane ride home. And for all the fans still clinging to hope, the evidence keeps stacking up. If the unfollowing wasn't enough, if the photos disappearing wasn't enough, if the friend group exodus wasn't enough, then consider this: JaNa and Kenny were still interacting publicly on social media just days ago, as recently as Saturday, July 26, but even that seems to have come to a halt. Something shifted. Drastically. What's Next for JaNa & Kenny and the Show? Peacock's Love Island: Beyond The Villa drops new episodes weekly, meaning viewers are stuck in an odd time loop, watching a couple whose real-life status might already be finished play out the end of their 'happily ever after' on screen. If the breakup rumors are true, it poses a complicated question for the show's producers: Should they address it in real-time or let fans interpret the onscreen chemistry (or lack thereof) for themselves? As of now, no official comment has been made by JaNa, Kenny, or Peacock, but the silence is deafening. And in Love Island terms? That's rarely a good sign. The post BREAKUP ALERT? Hundreds of Gen Zers attempt world record at largest PACER test in Central Park, fueled by gym class nostalgia: ‘Childhood nightmare'
Forget lookalike contests and run clubs. The latest tongue-in-cheek meet-up for socially starved young New Yorkers had them reliving their gym class 'nightmares.' More than 200 Gen Zers flocked to Central Park Saturday morning to attempt to smash the world record for the largest FitnessGram PACER test – for many, a dreaded grade school running exam – after a flyer promoting the bizarre event went viral on social media. 6 More than 200 Gen Zers flocked to Central Park Saturday morning to attempt the world record at the largest FitnessGram PACER test – for many, a dreaded grade school running assessment. Stephen Yang Advertisement The fitness test, described as a 'childhood nightmare' by one bystander, requires participants to run across a 20-meter field in timed intervals that become increasingly faster. If a runner doesn't clear the field before time is up, they are eliminated from the race. 'I think everyone can relate to it because we all did it growing up,' said Jordan Haber, the 24-year-old Boca Raton, Florida native who created the Partiful event that garnered over 600 'interested' RSVPs online. 'It's free, it's accessible, it's all ages, it's something from their childhood.' Haber — who last made headlines after discovering a loophole that allowed him to become eligible for the NBA Draft despite having no prior experience playing basketball in college, high school or middle school — told The Post he found inspiration for the event after seeing a Hinge prompt quoting the PACER test's meme-ified opening instructions. Stephen Yang The running exam, also called the Bleep test, represents a shared experience among many Gen Zers, allowing them to connect — or even trauma bond, depending on their middle school memories. 'It's like how we all have the PSAT memes and bonded over that,' one runner explained. 'People might not have done well on that, but … it's something a lot of people know.' 6 Haber told The Post he found inspiration for the event after seeing a Hinge prompt quoting the PACER test's meme-ified opening instructions. Courtesy of Jordan Haber Advertisement Fresh-faced participants agreed the event — complete with a 'Diary of a Wimpy Kid'-themed promotional poster — brought back a flood of early aughts grade school memories. 'I grew up in New York City, and it was a part of normal gym class — when I saw it online, I felt a sense of nostalgia for it,' said 28-year-old Bushwick resident Emily Akers, who brought her boyfriend Jonah Daniell, 30, to try the test for the first time. 'Being an adult now and prioritizing working out more than I did when I was 15, I thought it would be fun to do it again,' she said, adding: 'In high school, I threw up [during the test], and it might happen again.' 'We just want to be kids again,' said 21-year-old nursing student Olivia Stueber. 'I need to reclaim my score from middle school, being one of the first ones out.' Advertisement 'I'm doing it for nostalgia,' said 25-year-old Harlem resident Max Silverman, 'and it's an excuse to work out on a Saturday morning.' 6 Participants agreed the event — complete with a 'Diary of a Wimpy Kid'-themed promotional poster — brought back early aughts grade school memories. Stephen Yang Some attendees noted the gym class revival put a fun spin on Manhattan's trendy run clubs — and even re-contextualized stressful memories of the classroom test. 'When I was in school, we were like 'Ugh, we have to do it again?' And now people join here just for fun,' said spectator Merce llunell, a native of Barcelona, Spain, who said she would be interested in participating if Haber were to make it a regular event. 'You miss it.' 6 Aric Cutuli, 24, of Manhattan (center), won the contest and said he prepared by having fewer alcoholic beverages than typical the night before. Stephen Yang 'I didn't do too well on it in elementary school, so I'm trying to do better,' said 22-year-old Jacob Halabe. 'There was always one kid when everyone would be done and he would just be styling on people.' The race winner Aric Cutuli — who finished with 51 laps — admitted he was 'always that kid in P.E. who was the try-hard.' 'I did better than I thought I would,' Cutuli, a 24-year-old Murray Hill resident and San Jose, California native, told The Post. Advertisement 6 Organizer Jordan Haber, 24, speaks to PACER test participants in Central Park's Sheep Meadow. Stephen Yang When asked how he prepared, he said: 'I didn't drink that much last night.' Though the event didn't draw nearly as many participants needed to break the world record (held by Army Foundation College in Harrogate, England with 941 runners), Haber argued the real point of the event was to foster a shared camaraderie among young New York City residents — especially for a demographic whose high school and college years were impacted by the social isolation of the COVID pandemic. Haber noted that, while the bizarre event was inspired by popular massive gatherings like the Timothee Chalamet lookalike contest and the 'Cheeseball man' eating events, the ability for attendees to participate is a major draw for Gen Z. Advertisement 'Manhattan is a big city and people get lost in it: people here are probably going to meet and make friends,' he said. 'It gets people out of the house … a lot of people probably came alone.' 'Nobody asked me if we broke the world record,' Haber added. 'Everyone was just like, 'This was really cool.''
