The Victoria's Secret alum, 38, and the action legend, 57, soaked up the sun and enjoyed some quality time with their daughter Isabella, three, and son Jack, 8, while in Positano.
The supermodel looked jaw-dropping as she posed in an animal-print bikini and linen trousers, teamed with a beige Ralph Lauren cap and shades.
The happy couple couldn't look happier, capturing bits of their happiest moments as they sailed the most stunning coasts in Souther Italy.
Elsewhere, she stunned relaxing on the boat's sofa wearing an oversized baby blue tee by Chloé and silky white pants.
She flashed a glimpse of her incredibly toned frame while swimming in the crystalline waters.
Rosie gushed of her hunky man as she shared several shots of him, including a black and white one as Jason jumped off the water.
Meanwhile, The Meg star appeared to be enjoying all sorts of activities on water, including surf and was even snapped whisking off on a jet-ski with little Isabella.
Rosie was also captured dining with her two tiny ones, while a heart-melting picture of the actor saw him holding son Jack on his shoulders as he beamed happily.
The family-of-four were staying at five-star hotel Villa Treville, which boasts stunning views of the Amalfi Coast.
Rooms start at £3,416 per night, which makes it a luxury place suitable for the stars.
Rosie and Jason have been together since 2009 and though he is best-known for his action films, he also had an impressive athletics career.
Rosie revealed they had taken their relationship to the next level when she flashed her impressive diamond ring at the 2016 Golden Globes.
The model, who grew up in Devon, recently revealed why she returned to the UK in 2020 and explained that it was always 'the plan' to raise her children in the UK.

She told The Times: 'We love the schools, the education. They're growing up British with their little British accents, which was important for us, and we have a great support system here.
'Jay's parents live up the road and see the kids most days, my family come to visit every six or eight weeks.'
Rosie also said her kids are having a childhood not dissimilar to her own, even spending large amounts of time in Devon where she grew up.
The mum, who only shares the occasional snap of her children online, added: 'In the summer we go down to Devon and our children have the same experiences running around on the farm that I had growing up, and it's very special.'

Travel experts reveal grimiest spots in hotel rooms and how to avoid them

Hotel rooms may look sparkling clean when you first arrive – but surprising levels of bacteria and viruses can be lurking in overlooked places. Beyond the usual suspects like sinks and toilets, common 'touchpoints' such as remotes and light switches are also crawling with germs, studies say. University of Houston research found hotel rooms had up to 10 times more bacteria – including fecal strains – than are allowed in hospitals. One reason? Hotel staff often spend just 30 minutes cleaning each room, and some decorative items may be skipped entirely, according to Enza Laterrenia, head of housekeeping at Canne Bianche Lifestyle Hotel in Italy. Here's where the germs are hiding – and what experts say you should do as soon as you check in. 1. Decorative items 'Having worked in hotels, the first thing I fling off to a far corner of the room are decorative pillows and any decorative runner that goes along the foot of the bed,' Maria Diego, a San Diego-based travel adviser, told Travel & Leisure. 'These never get washed.' Duvet covers can also be a hotspot. 'Most hotels do not wash the big duvet. They only wash the sheets,' a former hotel staffer wrote on Reddit last year. Maria Diego, a San Diego-based travel adviser, says the first thing she does upon entering a hotel room is toss the decorative pillows and bed runner into a corner - because 'these never get washed' 2. High-touch surfaces Diego said she's cautious around remotes, light switches, phones, and other commonly used surfaces. Rani Cheema, a Los Angeles travel adviser, singled out the room phone: 'I am grossed out by the receiver,' she said. 'No one's cleaning that.' Carpets are another offender. According to Cheema, many high-end hotels are now replacing them with hard floors or area rugs for hygiene reasons. 3. Bathtubs Studies have shown that hotel bathrooms can be dirtier than airplane lavatories – particularly the countertops. But the bathtub is even worse. A 2023 investigation by found that tubs can harbor up to 40 times more bacteria than a toilet seat. 'I also won't take a bath in a hotel unless it's a super-luxe five-star hotel, and only if it's a non-jet bathtub,' Diego said. Jetted tubs, experts warn, can be difficult to disinfect and may house hidden bacteria. 4. Hard-to-reach and overlooked spots Curtain rods, ceiling fans, showerheads and bedside lamps are often missed during cleanings, Laterrenia said. 'When I enter a room and notice a dusty charging port next to the bed or a bedside lamp caked in residue, that tells me the basics may have been done, but the details were missed,' Lori Carter told Fox News Digital. 5. Glasses and ice buckets Glassware may not always be replaced between guests. In some cases, housekeeping has been found simply wiping them down. 'Personally, I never use mugs or glasses in the room without rinsing them out first,' Carter said. 'I usually boil water in the kettle and give each item a thorough rinse.' 'It's not about fear, it's about good habits,' she added. And the ice bucket? That could be the next breeding ground. During one norovirus outbreak at a hotel, guests vomited in ice buckets, helping the illness spread, Brian Labus, an associate professor of epidemiology at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, told Travel & Leisure last year. Experts recommend only using buckets with liners – or bringing your own cooler and drinkware if you're worried. If anything seems off, Carter added, don't hesitate to alert the front desk. 'The staff can have the room cleaned again or move you to another room,' she said.

Loris Karius lifts lid on relationship with Diletta Leotta after she revealed moment he locked himself in her room

LORIS KARIUS has spilled the beans on his glam romance with TV stunner Diletta Leotta. The ex-Liverpool goalkeeper explained the difficulties of living miles apart from his wife and how he's able to make up for his absence. 11 11 Karius, best remembered for that Champions League final meltdown against Real Madrid, has swapped Anfield heartache for happily-ever-after with Italian stunner Diletta, 33, who fronts the footie on DAZN. The pair first met in 2022, welcomed baby Aria in 2023 and tied the knot in a plush 2024 bash straight out of a fairy tale. But it's not all roses and romance, they're juggling marriage and parenthood from different countries. Karius now plays for German Bundesliga two side Schalke after leaving Newcastle while Diletta's continues her DAZN gig in Milan. But according to the goalkeeper his wife loves it and creates an atmoshphere where its right for them to feel the love even from a distance. He told Sport Bild: 'Diletta even advised me to extend at Schalke. "She thinks the club is great and she likes everything she has seen here so far. "Diletta also thinks that royal blue is the perfect choice for my sporting success. She is fully behind this decision." Karius however admits it's tough not seeing little Aria every day but FaceTime is saving the day. He added: 'But of course it's hard for me when I can't see my little daughter Aria for days. Glamorous sports presenter Diletta Leotta shocks in full see-through outfit as she leaves little to imagination "But that's what FaceTime is for and we see each other regularly - as often as possible." The 32-year-old goalkeeper also admitted he's open to a second child even though he's not planned anything yet. He added: "We would love to have a second child, we don't know when yet and nothing concrete is planned so far." The goalie also revealed that his missus is the real celeb in the family – especially in Milan. He added: 'She gets recognised more than me. She's a superstar over there.' But Karius wasn't quite ready for the full Italian family welcome. On meeting Diletta's clan in noisy Sicily, he fled the lunch table and locked himself in the bedroom for a lie-down. His wife Dilette revealed on a podcast: 'He was shattered by life, bless him. 'He said, Please stop, I need a break. "He went upstairs to his room locked himself in and threw himself on the bed destroyed by life." Since his Liverpool nightmare, Karius has done the rounds – Besiktas, Union Berlin, Newcastle and now Schalke in Germany's second tier, where he just signed a deal until 2027. 11 11 11 11 11
