In the viral clip, Sara reels off the wild things she claims this woman has done, from calling her fat at 2am, to sabotaging her medical appointments, and even writing songs to slag her off online.
'Number one,' she begins, 'ringing me at stupid o'clock in the morning to tell me I'm fat.'
But the drama didn't end with the 2am name-calling.
Sara claims the woman has also been sabotaging her day-to-day life by booking medical appointments and now even hotel stays under her name using her email address.

'At first it was just the opticians,' she explained.
'Now she's making me full-on hotel reservations.'
She's had to call up venues directly to cancel bookings and double-check her bank details hadn't been used.
She says managing the chaos her ex's girlfriend, Rebecca, is causing is becoming "a full-time job".

It doesn't stop there.
'Retired psycho' reveals how to find out every account your other half has liked
According to Sara, the woman has taken things to a whole new level by writing and uploading 'diss tracks' about her on Snapchat.
She even gives followers a heads-up before she drops a new musical tirade, Sara claims, teasing what the lyrics will cover.
Despite the apparent campaign of hate, Sara is surprisingly calm about the whole thing.

'If she messaged me to say, 'he's traumatising me and making me hate you,' I'd probably just take her out for lunch,' she said.
'Honestly, I'm not even mad. I'm just baffled.'
The clip ends with Sara dubbing the woman a 'bloody menace' and joking that she needs her phone confiscated.
Sara, who regularly shares advice for women dealing with toxic relationships and painful breakups, says she's no stranger to messy ex drama and she's here to help.

Posting alongside the clip, she wrote: 'If you've been personally victimised by your ex's new relationship, or you've been the one doing the menacing due to the insecure corner they've pushed you into, drop me a DM.'
'I help women through these issues all day every day and make sure that you can start fresh.'
