NEW DELHI: Delhi Police Special Cell has arrested Head Constable Khurshid for stealing approximately Rs 51 lakh in cash and valuable jewellery from their Maalkhana at Lodhi Road, while separately, the Anti-Narcotics Task Force apprehended a Nigerian national with 282 grams of cocaine in Tilak Nagar. The theft at the Special Cell's Maalkhana was discovered when Khurshid, who was recently transferred to East Delhi after being previously posted at the Maalkhana, escaped with the stolen items on Friday night.
