Khalifa bin Joaan Al Thani won the Future Riders' 80cm class while Nasser bin Hamad Al Thani topped the 60cm class as the 14th and final round of Qatar Equestrian Tour - Longines Hathab kicked off at the Qatar Equestrian Federation on Thursday. The Junior Class was claimed by Amer Hamad Al Mansouri. Faisal Al Kahla, Event Director, and Fahad Rashid Al Ameri, Director of First Equestrian Teams, honoured the podium winners. The prestigious and popular domestic equestrian series will conclude on Saturday with eventual annual showjumpng and dressage champions
being decided after year-long and action-packed 14 tours.

Doha Bank, Qatar Equestrian Federation join hands to train young riders at summer camp

Tribune News Network Doha Doha Bank concluded the Summer Camp in collaboration with Qatar Equestrian Federation at Future Riders School. The programme, which targets children and adolescent from four to 17 years old, was held at the Future Riders School of the Qatar Equestrian Federation from Sunday, July 27 to Thursday, July 31, 2025, where the young riders received training on the principles of horse riding, suitable for the age stage of each of the participants. The participants also took part in entertainment and cultural activities, during daily classes throughout the five-day programme. The cooperation between Doha Bank and Qatar Equestrian Federation is part of an ongoing partnership between the two parties in supporting and sponsoring activities and championships in this field. The summer camp marks yet another episode of Doha Bank's ongoing CSR activities. The Bank is keen to support programmes and events in a comprehensive manner that covers different age groups, as part of the bank's policy of contributing to enriching its social engagement and widening its presence, by supporting sports and cultural activities that would promote Qatari cultural values. These initiatives are in line with the objectives of the Qatar National Vision 2030, which encourages activities aimed at fostering healthy, active and proud society.

Talal Al Waab, Shaikha Al Danat win gold as Senior Stallion, and Mare

10th Qatar National Peninsula Arabian Horse Show For Individual Owners: Talal Al Waab, owned by Abdulla Mohammed JA Al Kuwari, won gold in the Senior Stallions Championship Class while Shaikha Al Danat of Al Nawasi Stud was adjudged as best in the Senior Mares Championship Class of the 10th Qatar National Peninsula Arabian Horse Show For Individual Owners which concluded at the Qatar Equestrian Federation's indoor arena on Wednesday. The Junior Colts Class gold was won by LD Al Faisal of QN Stud while Shgairah Al Doha topped the Junior Fillies Championship Class. The Yearling Colts Class gold went to Ragheed Al Sraiya of Al Sraiya Stud, and GJ Majestica of QN Stud claimed gold in the Yearling Fillies Class. Nabeel Al Rayyan of Al Marroona Stud was awarded gold in the Stallions 11+ Years Class while Dhari Alzobair of Fuwairit Stud topped the Stallions 7-10 Years Old Class.
