"It was an easy decision for me to accept. I'm going to give it my all and I look forward to the challenge."I'm not going to change. The gaffer was pretty clear that he wants me just to be me. Barcelona ready to grant Marcus Rashford dream transfer from Man Utd as strict conditions are set out

BARCELONA are interested in a loan move for out of favour Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford. The England ace opened the door for a switch to the Nou Camp at the weekend by saying he would love to play with teen sensation Lamine Yamal. 4 And the Spanish giants are interested in making it happen - although they are unlikely to offer a permanent switch. They are looking to sign Nico Williams from rivals Athletic Bilbao and that will use up a huge chunk of their summer budget if they meet his £53 million release zone. But coach Hansi Flick is also an admirer of Rashford and Barca will explore if a loan move with a view to a permanent deal is possible. His versatility to play on the wings or down the middle as back up to Robert Lewandowski makes him an interesting option. United would prefer to sell him now but are also keen to get his £370,000 per week wages off the books. The 27-year-old, plus Jadon Sancho and Antony, are viewed as the priority sales as United look to balance the books this summer. SunSport exclusively revealed last week that Newcastle are keen on Rashford. The Magpies are battling to keep star attacker Alexander Isak amid interest from Arsenal and especially Liverpool. 4 But Toon chief Eddie Howe is determined to keep the Swede - and wants Rashford as an extra option for Newcastle 's Champions League venture. Meanwhile, Jose Mourinho's Fenerbahce have bid £15million for Sancho. 4 Gyokeres trying to force Arsenal move | Newcastle eye Rashford deal | Transfers Exposed It follows Chelsea having to pay a £5million penalty for declining to turn the 23-cap Englishman's loan into a permanent move. The future of fellow 25-year-old wideman Antony is equally unclear. The Brazilian shone on loan at Real Betis in the second half of last season. There's been talk of interest from another LaLiga club - but nothing firm so far.

BBC Sport in chaos as ‘direct' new boss hit with FOUR HR complaints over leadership style – & he ‘lacks sport knowledge'

THE BBC's new head of sport has had staff heading to HR four times in three months — with concerns about his combative style. Mark Hughes also stands accused of a 'slight lacking in sports knowledge'. 2 He joined in March from the Daily Telegraph where he was head of news. The HR concerns come after claims emerged of toxicity and bullying at BBC's Breakfast show. A source said: 'Mark is an excellent journalist and liked by many. 'He doesn't suffer fools gladly and is pretty combative. 'He wants the best from his staff but a few have found that intimidating and flagged concerns. 'HR are aware and parties have been spoken to but there have been no formal complaints. 'While Mark's footballing knowledge is great, staff have been questioning his understanding of other sports. 'There have been a few gaffes including how to handle Danny Care's club rugby retirement a year after he stepped down from internationals, and thinking the British and Irish Lions played home and away.' Another insider said: 'Mark is making a real difference to the stories BBC Sport are breaking.' BBC said: 'We have robust processes in place to deal with any workplace-related concerns.'
