Amitabh Bachchan was accused by director for setting a ‘bad precedent, spoiling work template' by completing 7 projects in 2 hours: ‘If you finish an entire day's work in…'
Veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan is known for being quite active and honest on social media. From witty tweets on X to his Tumblr blog, he also keeps sharing memories of his initial days in the film industry. In his latest blog, Amitabh shared that he completed shooting 'five ad films and two photoshoots' in just around two hours, with the director jokingly saying that he was setting a 'bad precedent' for other people.
Taking to his blog, Amitabh wrote, 'Working away .. and the joy of it .. did 5 films and 2 photo shoots in about 2 hrs…of course they were for an Ad., for a client endorsement .. ! but still !!'
The actor further added that he finished the work so fast that the crew and director were left shocked. 'The crew and friend director tells me – 'I am spoiling the work template of work' ….they told me …'if you are going to finish an entire days work in one 4rth of half a day then, your client shall give more films to be made in the one day designated, and that shall set a bad precedent .. for all ' !!Oh .. I just love this .. !!!!' he said.

Amitabh Bachchan also revealed that he would just do it to make the life of the workers easier. 'But the expediency of the work is helping the Producer and the crew .. I would rather do that for the benefit of the worker, than myself… many a times they ask me what I have seen as change in the Film World .. and I have many changes noticed,' he stated.
However, he didn't elaborate on the industry changes as it can be used to 'attract a headline'. 'BUT .. NO .. I shall not say it here , because this communication Universe has been besieged by the – IMPOTENCY OF CONTENT .. HAHAHAHA .. EACH EXPRESSION SHALL BE GIVEN A DIFFERENT MEANING IN ORDER TO ATTRACT A HEADLINE (sic).'
The Sholay actor concluded his blog by stating that he enjoys doing his work. 'The work is so rewarding,' he wrote. Even after a career of several decades, he continues to feel happy in every role and shoot. Meanwhile, on the work front, Amitabh Bachchan was last seen in Vettaiyan in 2024, which starred Rajinikanth in the lead role. The actor has many other movies in the pipeline – Section 84, the sequel of Kalki 2898 AD, and Brahmastra Part 2: Dev. He will also come back for the next season of Kaun Banega Crorepati, later this year.

Joe Burrow looks like an 80s movie villain in viral long-hair photo and fans are obsessed
Fans are losing it over Joe Burrow's long curls in resurfaced Bengals photo. (Credit Image: © Charles Baus/Cal Sport Media/Sipa USA) Apparently, all it takes to break the internet is one photo of Joe Burrow with long, dramatic locks. No new interview, no injury update, no trade buzz just curls, a football, and a menacing QB stare straight out of a retro yearbook. A picture of the Bengals star QB rocking longer-than-usual hair is making the rounds online again, and let's just say: NFL fans are doing everything from crying laughing to thirst-tweeting like it's 2013 Tumblr. Fans are losing it over Joe Burrow's long curls in resurfaced Bengals photo Once twitter dropped the throwback-style pic, it was over. Fans saw Joe Burrow channeling peak teen-movie heartthrob energy, and the X replies went absolutely feral. Some were stunned. Others are confused. Most? Completely entertained. — MrHarryBerries (@MrHarryBerries) It's giving: Netflix teen drama villain, Midwestern rock band lead singer, Guy who drives a vintage Camaro and never texts back But also? It's giving confidence. Joe's always been the guy who knows he looks good. And with the internet losing it over this photo, he clearly knew what he was doing. To be clear: Joe didn't show up at minicamp like this. This isn't his latest haircut debut. It's just a photo, likely old, possibly for media day or a promo shoot and yet somehow, it's got more reach than half the league's OTA footage combined. There's something about this version of Burrow that's just too memeable. The fierce stare. The flowing locks. The Bengals jersey. It's giving 'villain in a lacrosse drama,' and fans can't get enough. This isn't just an internet moment. It's a moment. A digital campfire around which NFL fans gather to joke, flirt, and photoshop Burrow into vintage movie posters. And for a league that lives and breathes QB drama, it's kinda perfect. No hot takes. No controversies. Just hair, vibes, and a Bengals QB looking like he's about to steal your girl and your playoff hopes. Whether you think he looks like 80s Batman, a soap opera villain, or just a dude who forgot to get a trim, one thing's clear: Joe Burrow is unintentionally owning the NFL timeline today. And all it took... was a photo. Also read - Antonio Brown posts carefree video after attempted murder warrant, internet stunned

Jai saved Veeru on screen, but Veeru got him the role: Dharmendra reveals how he helped Amitabh Bachchan bag Sholay
Before Sholay became an immortal legend of Indian cinema , it was just another script with characters yet to be etched in cultural memory. But behind the casting of one of its most iconic duos—Veeru and Jai—lies a story of friendship, intuition, and a quiet nudge that changed cinematic history. Veteran actor Dharmendra , who played the ever-spirited Veeru in the 1975 classic, recently revealed how he helped his co-star and now megastar Amitabh Bachchan bag the role of Jai. In a conversation with ANI, the 88-year-old actor reflected on the early days of the film and his unspoken gesture that placed a "new ladka" alongside him in what would become one of India's most celebrated films. 'This Boy Has Something Special' Speaking to ANI, Dharmendra said, 'Yes, I recommended him. Mai to kehta nahi maine unko (Amitabh Bachchan) role dilaya. Ye mujhe milne aate the Amitabh sahab (He used to come to meet me). In a moment that now reads like a stroke of destiny, Dharmendra's instinctual faith in Amitabh's quiet charm and dedication turned out to be prophetic.
