Culture called and we answered the phone last night at the 2025 Las Culturistas Culture Awards! Cohosts Bowen Yang and Matt Rogers gathered all of the titans in culture under one roof to award those worthy of the coveted trophies. The two comedians opened the show with a stirring rendition of Lady Gaga's "Abracadabra" and a hilarious opening monologue.
The room seemed to be buzzing with anticipation as the awards were handed on during a televised broadcast on Bravo last night, which will be available on Peacock today. They managed to get so many of their notable nominees to attend, including the cast of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, Jamie Lee Curtis, Dylan Efron, Gabby Windey, Reneé Rapp, and Robyn with a Y (the Riddler's assistant). And Allison Janney was deservedly honored with the Lifetime of Culture Award and a stunning, moving tribute.
Before the awards ceremony aired, Yang and Rogers promoted the show during TV interviews and handed out some of the awards. During their appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, they gave him the award for Best Future Podcaster (given that his show was recently canceled). Rogers appeared on Jenna Bush Hager's morning show, TODAY with Jenna & Friends, Yang made a surprise appearance to award her with the Cultch for TODAY Show Award for Excellence in the Morning.
The boys have been gearing up for this moment and the night has finally come, so here are the best moments from last night's award show.

Reneé Rapp made an appearance at the awards show to present the award named in her honor and the nominees were: Probably Your Grandma Even Though She Was Married to Your Grandpa for 50 years, Women in film crews wearing hard clothes to do their tough jobs, Miss Honey from Matilda, MUNA, and the carabiner.
It was an incredibly tight race, the carabiner had a great year and my money was on that, but Probably Your Grandma won out this year and sent a sweet message from heaven.
Sasha Colby presents Best New Artist

Last night, RuPaul's Drag Race alum Sasha Colby gave out the award for Best New Artist because it just makes sense after her drag daughter, Chappell Roan, won Best New Artist at the Grammy Awards earlier this year. The award went to everyone's favorite Bachelorette turned lesbian and Traitors winner, Gabby Windey. She kissed her wife, Robby Hoffman, right before rushing up to the stage to accept her award.
"This is not the first time a gay man has helped me win something, big shoutout to Dylan Efron," she joked during her acceptance speech. She went on to thank her wife, her agents, managers, and of course, the lesbians.

Rogers and Yang are no strangers to the stage, and they kicked off the show with an electrifying cover of Lady Gaga's "Abracadabra" complete with full choreography. They didn't lip sync, they sang live and delivered an amazing performance to get the crowd excited for the show.
Parvati Shallow presents the Eva Longoria Award for Tiny Woman, Huge Impact Award

Survivor winner and Traitors contestant Parvati Shallow stopped by the Las Culturistas Culture Awards show to present an important award. Out of all the formidable nominees, Quinta Brunson beat them all and delivered a rousing speech, recognizing short people everywhere and holding space for the vertically challenged people across the world. It was one for the history books!

Meg Stalter attended the awards ceremony to hand out the award for Allison Williams Cool Girl Award, mentioning that the one thing she and Williams have in common is that they're both a muse for Lena Dunham. This award went to Summer House's Paige DeSorbo, who came in one of the chicest outfits of the night with an asymmetrical hat and a sleek bodycon dress.
Kristen Wiig presents the Allison Janney received the Lifetime of Culture Award

At every award show, one of the biggest trophies of the night goes to someone who might not have gotten the awards or the recognition they deserved throughout their career. Although Janney does have an Oscar, a Golden Globe, and seven Emmys, she was honored with this year's Lifetime of Culture Award. She was introduced by her Palm Royale co-star, Kristen Wiig, and instead of a montage of all of her best work, they decided to do a moving tribute, which was essentially a choreographed interpretive dance that was inspired by all of her major movie and television career highlights.
Dave Franco and Alison Brie present Best Batman Woman

Who runs the world? You already know. #cultureawards2025 #AlisonBrie #DaveFranco #KristenWiig
The audience was treated to another bit from Wiig when Alison Brie and Dave Franco presented the award for Best Batman Woman. Personally, I think it should have gone to Michelle Pfeiffer's Catwoman, but Robyn with a Y (the Riddler's assistant) took home the Cultch last night.
Robyn (played by Kristen Wiig) accepted the award, making sure to note that her supervillain boss is a great manager. She shared what she does on a day to day basis and ended her speech saying, "I want to say thank you to this show, I don't know where I am or what this is." She added, "But this must have been started by women, for women, so a final thank you to the two ladies of Los Culturiscias."

Cody Rhodes Reveals Who Has Become The New ‘Undertaker' Of The WWE Locker Room
When it comes to the world of professional wrestling, there will always be a locker room leader. Mostly, it will be a veteran. The Undertaker previously held that honor when he was an active part of the roster. Recently, the American Nightmare Cody Rhodes shared that the Apex Predator Randy Orton is the Undertaker of the current locker room. On the latest episode of his What Do You Want To Talk About? podcast, Cody Rhodes had Jelly Roll as a special guest. During the episode, The American Nightmare shared that Randy Orton is one of the top guys that anyone would go to if there is a serious issue in the locker room. He compared Orton to the Undertaker, who was the locker room leader back in the day. 'But I like the idea that you are talking about Randy Orton, who is currently, kind of, I don't think Undertaker would dislike this. But he really has become the Undertaker of this locker room. If there was a real problem, probably going to go to Randy or Seth [Rollins]. 'If there was somebody that I would tell you, little Brodie [Lee] might come to TV with me sometimes. I'll tell little Brodie, 'Hey, go tell hi to Randy.' That's the number one. Same way my brother, when the one time I came to a WWE show back in the day, said, 'Hey, you want to go meet Undertaker?' Not just a 'You want to meet him?' It's part of the experience. You are in his locker room,' Cody Rhodes said. ‘Better And Better': Ozara Wins Ballston Spa For ‘Red-Hot' Miguel Clement Barn
'Better And Better': Ozara Wins Ballston Spa For 'Red-Hot' Miguel Clement Barn originally appeared on Paulick Report. Cheyenne Stable LLC's Ozara secured her first graded stakes win in the Grade 2 Ballston Spa Stakes for 4-year-old and older fillies and mares going 1 1/16 miles on the turf at Saratoga on Aug. 8.'It's nice to be hanging with the red-hot Miguel Clement stable,' Cheyenne Stable's owner Everett Dobson, elected the chairman of The Jockey Club on July 30, told Saratoga Live. 'This filly's just gotten better and better. I don't know what her upside is, but every race she just gets a little better.' Ozara broke the quickest of the seven-horse field from post 3, but was taken back behind the pacesetters under jockey Dylan Davis. The 4-year-old daughter of Lope De Vega sat in a joint-third to the inside of Ocean Club throughout the first turn and backstretch. Race leader Edict set fractions of :23 flat, and :46.69, under outside pressure from No Mo Candy. Ozara bided her time on the rail behind the leaders.'She likes to break well, but you kinda let her get to where she likes to get in a good rhythm with her head, and she gets a little keen, but I allow her to let her think she's going to be in control,' Davis told Saratoga Live. 'She kinda creeps up into the backside, but that actually helps me get a better position.''She switches off nicely and then she's just waiting for me to give her her cue,' Davis added. In the stretch, Davis slightly bumped rival Deep Satin while muscling Ozara to clear racing room outside of tiring leader Edict. Once Ozara had a path, she ran down Saffie Joseph-trained No Mo Candy and won by 1 ½ lengths.'Johnny (Velazquez, rider of Edict) ended up not having as much horse as I thought turning for home, so I was able to just move myself out into a clear spot,' Davis told Saratoga Live. 'I gave her one tap on the left hand, and she just responded really well. She took me nicely to the wire.'Ozara paid $9.20 to win. No Mo Candy was second, and Deep Satin was third. The final time was 1:39.65 on firm turf. The bay filly now has seven wins, two seconds, and two thirds from 13 career starts. She has won three stakes this year, with the G2 score joining the De La Rose Stakes on July 10 at Saratoga and the Monroe Stakes at Gulfstream in Miguel Clement told NYRA Communications that Ozara could soon end up in Grade 1 company, with the G1 First Lady on Oct. 4 at Keeneland or G1 Matriarch in November at Del Mar as potential was bred in Ireland by the Fleche D'Or Partnership and purchased for $416,346 at the Tattersalls October Yearling Sale in 2022 by Mike Ryan, agent.
