The 68-year-old shared a photo of a sun setting over water and captioned it: "It's the end of a very long week."

A third commented: "And Just Like That… Samantha sat down to watch the sunrise, took a drink from her glass of champagne and celebrated Karma."
When And Just Like That was first announced, Kim publicly shared her reasons for not returning, having played Samantha in the original series from 1998 to 2004, and two movies.
But aside from her series two cameo - which was a phone call between Samantha and Carrie which didn't require her to
film
with the rest of the cast - she has remained quiet.
Show writer Michael Patrick King confirmed And Just Like That's ending in a statement on Friday.

"Along with Sarah Jessica Parker, Casey Bloys and Sarah Aubrey, we decided to end the popular series this year with a two-part finale and extended the original series order from 10 episodes to 12."
He added: "SJP and I held off announcing the
news
until now because we didn't want the word 'final' to overshadow the fun of watching the season.
"It's with great gratitude we thank all the viewers who have let these characters into their
homes

over these many years."
Sarah Jessica Parker, 60, subsequently shared her own lengthy tribute to the show and her character, Carrie Bradshaw.

After saying she had loved Carrie "most of all" out of any of her other roles, she concluded her post - which included a montage of moments from the original and reboot - saying: "And Just Like That…was all joy, adventure, the greatest kind of hard work alongside the most extraordinary talent of 380 that includes all the brilliant actors who joined us.
"I am better for every single day I spent with you. It will be forever before I forget. The whole thing. Thank you all, I love you so.'

Some comments expressed surprise at the choice of photographs the DJ shared which included what appears to be the before and after shots of the placenta, the organ which forms in the womb during pregnancy, before it was steamed, dehydrated and ground into pills to be consumed. Among the supporters was singer Becky Hill who posted in the comments: 'Love to see the placenta!! Amazing we grow a whole new organ to provide life! Good job not wasting it either, that's some goddess magic right there!' Celebrities who have reportedly eaten their own placenta include reality star and businesswoman Kim Kardashian, American singer and actress Mandy Moore, and Mad Men star January Jones. Hope, 35, is best known for presenting the BBC Radio 1 drivetime show Going Home. She reportedly married the Dumfries-born DJ in 2023. He is behind the hit number one songs Sweet Nothing, Summer, and Promises.

The second episode aired tonight and within minutes, a further two celebrities ripped off their arm bands and called it quits. The stars were tasked with trekking up a hill, before taking on the challenge of hanging from a wire over a ravine. However, Love Island star Chloe Burrows struggled on the climb, having already told her co-stars that she was finding the demands of the show difficult. As she was berated by the Special Forces staff for her moaning noises, she ripped off her arm band and told them between gasps for breath: "I can't do it." The DS was furious and yelled: "Can't do what? We've walked 300 metres up a f***ing hill!" He then told Chloe she was "wasting a massive opportunity" but through her tears, she told him: "I'm done, I'm done." After handing over her arm band, she headed down the hill, chucking her water bottle before taking off her backpack and saying: "F*** off, this is the worst thing I have ever done in my whole life!"
