Holder delivered an exceptional bowling spell, claiming 4-19 in his four overs, restricting Pakistan to 133 for nine after they chose to bat first in Florida.
West Indies faced challenges during their chase as Pakistan's spinners maintained tight control. However, crucial contributions from Gudakesh Motie and Romario Shepherd kept them in contention before Holder's final-ball boundary off Shahid Shah Afridi sealed the win.

"Been a tough couple of weeks for us. We always try to get better, the guys have put in a lot of hard work. Hopefully today is the turnaround we are looking for," said captain Shai Hope.
Pakistan's innings was anchored by Hasan Nawaz's quick 40 from 23 balls and captain Salman Agha's 38 off 33 deliveries.
They helped recover the team from a difficult position of 53-4 in the tenth over.
Mohammad Nawaz continued his impressive form, taking 3-14 in four overs, following his three-wicket haul in Pakistan's victory in the first match.
The West Indies batting struggled on the spin-friendly pitch, losing regular wickets. They found themselves in trouble at 70-5 in the 14th over after Roston Chase's dismissal.

Motie's energetic 28 from 20 balls and Shepherd's vital 15 from 11 deliveries, including 10 runs in Hasan Ali's penultimate over, kept West Indies' hopes alive.
The final over required eight runs for victory. After Shepherd's dismissal and three singles, a wide delivery from Afridi left West Indies needing three runs from the last ball.
"We've had a fair bit of criticism which is warranted. We haven't done justice to our potential. We can be a lot better, consistency has definitely plagued us," said player-of-the-match Holder.
The series concludes with the third T20 in Lauderhill on Sunday, followed by an ODI series in the Caribbean.
