Hamas Security Official: Israeli spy devices discovered at multiple sites in Gaza Strip

Saba Yemen2 days ago
Gaza – SABA:
A security official in the Hamas movement said Monday that resistance forces had uncovered Israeli surveillance and espionage devices planted at various locations across the Gaza Strip with the help of collaborators.
The official, speaking to the press, explained that multi-purpose quadcopter drones were used by the Israeli military to plant listening and recording devices for espionage and military purposes.
According to Palestine's SAFA News Agency, one of the seized devices was found hidden among rubble in a critical area, capable of recording and transmitting video footage. The device was engineered to conserve battery power by using image sensors rather than continuous video recording.
One of the devices reportedly captured the moment a young girl was killed while attempting to move from southern to northern Gaza. The device used motion-activated sensors to capture images and footage day and night, transmitting the data to Israeli intelligence.
Another tracking device, operating with a SIM card, was discovered near a site where Israeli captives were handed over during the second prisoner exchange deal.
The official added that a booby-trapped listening device, disguised as a deteriorated plastic container, was found near a refugee shelter in Gaza City. Resistance engineers were able to disable and dismantle the device, analyze its mechanism, and identify its intended purpose.
In another instance, a surveillance device camouflaged inside a concrete block was discovered in southern Gaza, planted by a collaborator, and later repurposed by the resistance for military and intelligence use.
The official also confirmed that another spy device was hidden inside concrete near a hospital courtyard in southern Gaza to eavesdrop on civilians.
He praised the high alertness of Gaza's civilians, urging continued vigilance in identifying espionage threats.
Since October 7, 2023, backed by U.S. and European support, the Israeli military has carried out a genocidal war on Gaza, killing 57,523 Palestinian civilians—mostly women and children—and injuring 136,617 others, according to preliminary figures. Thousands more remain buried under rubble or stranded in inaccessible areas, as rescue and ambulance teams are often unable to reach them.

Democratic Party condemns Israeli aggression against people of Gaza, calls for international stance to put end to massacres

Gaza - Saba The Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine (DFLP) on Wednesday condemned what it described as Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, accusing the Israeli military of pursuing a policy of mass killing throughout the territory. In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), the DFLP said that the large-scale killing campaign has led to a terrifying rise in the number of Palestinian martyrs — all civilians, including women, children, and the elderly — in addition to the deliberate targeting of residential buildings that had not yet been destroyed. The group stated: 'It is no longer a secret that the Israeli occupation forces, as they pay a heavy price in the lives of their soldiers and officers at the hands of our fighters and resistance heroes, are resorting to genocide, scorched-earth tactics, and further war crimes, mistakenly thinking this will boost the morale of their soldiers and the families now receiving their sons in coffins.' The DFLP called on the international community to act and pressure Israel to end its massacres and aggressive actions against the Palestinian people, stressing that the 'only way for the occupation forces — soldiers and officers — to escape the fire of our fighters is to completely withdraw from every inch of the Gaza Strip.' America delivers bulldozers to "Israel" to demolish Palestinian homes

Occupied al-Quds – Saba: The Israeli Entity Ministry of Defense received a shipment from the United States on Wednesday, including dozens of D9 bulldozers, after months of delays. Dozens of video clips released by Israeli enemy soldiers since the beginning of the genocidal crime in the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023, have shown the use of these bulldozers in demolishing Palestinian homes and buildings in the Strip. The Israeli Enemy Ministry of Defense said in a statement, a copy of which was obtained by Anadolu Agency: "A shipment of D9 bulldozers from the United States arrived in "Israel" today, released by the US government." It added: "The shipment, which includes dozens of D9 bulldozers and additional equipment for Israeli ground forces, was received and unloaded this morning." According to Hebrew media, the administration of former US President Joe Biden informed the Israeli government of the suspension of the shipment of D9 bulldozers due to their use by the Israeli army to demolish homes in Gaza. However, upon taking office, US President Donald Trump reversed several measures taken by the previous administration to limit arms sales to Israel. Last Tuesday, the Hebrew newspaper Haaretz revealed US documents indicating that Washington spends hundreds of millions of dollars in military aid to Israel. Israeli entity also receives $3.8 billion annually in aid from Washington under a memorandum of understanding signed with the administration of former President Barack Obama, covering the period from 2019 to 2028. The Israeli Enemy Defense Ministry says that since October 7, 2023, 870 cargo planes and 144 ships have transported more than 100,000 tons of ammunition and military equipment to the occupied land, most of it from the United States, according to the Hebrew newspaper The Times of Israel. With American and European support, the Israeli enemy army has continued to commit genocidal crimes in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, resulting in the martyrdom of 57,680 Palestinian civilians, the majority of whom were children and women, and the injury of 137,409 others, as of Wednesday, in a preliminary toll. Thousands of victims remain under the rubble and on the streets, unable to be reached by ambulances and rescue crews. Whatsapp Telegram Email Print more of (International)
