In a jaw-dropping segment from The Pivot Podcast, former
NFL
linebacker Channing Crowder tore into Hallie Aiono, the pregnant girlfriend of Los Angeles Rams star Puka Nacua, following her paternity petition filed in Los Angeles County last month.
The 18-year-old wide receiver, known for his breakout rookie season, now finds himself in the middle of a growing controversy that extends far beyond the football field.

files for full physical custody amid paternity questions
Hallie Aiono, who began dating Nacua during his college days at BYU, filed a paternity suit on June 16, requesting legal confirmation of Nacua's paternity, full physical custody of their unborn son, and shared legal custody covering education, healthcare, and financial expenses.
This follows her emotional Mother's Day Instagram post, in which she wrote, 'You were something we always dreamt of, but I have never been so afraid... I can't wait to love you forever, my sweet boy.'
The story took a turn after Crowder made his views clear, casting serious doubt on Aiono's intentions and character during Saturday's podcast episode.

He even suggested that the Rams receiver was fortunate to escape long-term financial entanglement.
'Congratulations, brother. You got out the spider's web before it stung your ass,' Crowder said. 'She helped him out with this... You don't even know who was skating in you and when you got skated in.'
According to Crowder, the situation saved Nacua from potentially paying child support for 18 years. 'This was great for him.
Think about it. 18 years. If he had paid for this baby and did all this—18 years. 18 years,' he emphasized.
Crowder also brought cultural context into the conversation, highlighting Polynesian values of family loyalty and the pressure Nacua might have felt to stay with Aiono had he believed the child was his.

Former Pittsburgh Steelers safety Ryan Clark echoed the criticism, questioning Aiono's commitment during her relationship with Nacua.
'If you were in it for the money, you had one job,' Clark said. 'Y'all were together all over the NFL sites... The one job you had was to not have sex with somebody else... and you couldn't wait.' He ended his remarks by saying, 'I pray that's not your baby.'

Antonio Brown trolls Joy Taylor in offensive post after her Fox Sports firing
Antonio Brown mocks Joy Taylor after Fox Sports exit (Image via: Getty Images) Joy Taylor's sudden departure from Fox Sports after nearly a decade shocked many fans and industry insiders. But what followed made headlines for all the wrong reasons. Former NFL star Antonio Brown took a cheap shot at the ex-Speak host online—drawing widespread criticism and reigniting debate over his erratic social media behavior. Antonio Brown mocks Joy Taylor after her Fox Sports firing According to The Athletic, Fox Sports decided not to renew Joy Taylor's contract, bringing an abrupt end to her long-standing presence at the network. Taylor had become one of the most prominent female voices in sports broadcasting, known for her sharp commentary and appearances on The Herd, Undisputed, and Speak. Her departure, however, came just months after she was named in a sexual assault and discrimination lawsuit filed by former Fox employee Noushin Faraji. Taylor has denied all allegations, and no official findings have been made public. Just two days after the firing, Antonio Brown posted a photoshopped image of Taylor's face edited onto a female police officer's body—an apparent reference to Maegan Hall, a Tennessee cop who gained notoriety in 2023 for allegedly engaging in inappropriate relationships with colleagues. While Brown didn't add a caption, the implication was clear, and the post quickly went viral for all the wrong reasons. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Cách giao dịch ETH/USD mà không cần nắm giữ Ether IC Markets Tìm hiểu thêm Undo Social media users, journalists, and fans condemned Brown's post as offensive, sexist, and completely uncalled for. Many pointed out that Joy Taylor has maintained a professional career in an often male-dominated industry and deserved better than to be publicly mocked in such a way. The backlash was swift, with many calling out Brown's repeated pattern of inappropriate online behavior. What's next for Joy Taylor? Brown, who officially retired from the NFL in 2023 after winning a Super Bowl with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, has made headlines in recent years more for his online antics than his football legacy. His post targeting Taylor only adds to a growing list of controversies. ‘Wife's duty to protect, not betray': Woman gets life for hubby murder
Agra: A local court in Aligarh has sentenced a woman and her lover to life imprisonment for the murder of her husband in 2023. Additional sessions judge Nawal Kishore Singh also imposed a fine of ₹3.2 lakh on each of the convicts, said additional district govt counsel (ADGC) Swarnlata Verma on Wednesday. A case was registered on Oct 20, 2023, based on a complaint filed by the victim's father, Murari Lal Varshney. He mentioned that his son, Bhuvnesh Kumar alias Bhikki (30), a trader and resident of Brahmanpuri locality in Aligarh's Kauriyaganj, had gone out the previous day with his friend Ankit (now 30), who was later revealed to be his wife's lover. Bhuvnesh's body was recovered the next morning from a wood yard. Police investigation revealed that the murder was premeditated. Ankit, an electrician, was a frequent visitor to the couple's home and had developed an illicit relationship with Bhuvnesh's wife, Nandini (now 27). When Bhuvnesh discovered the affair and objected, the duo conspired to eliminate him. On the night of Oct 19, the two strangled Bhuvnesh and dumped his body. FIR against kanwariyas for beating woman on scooty
Haridwar: An FIR was registered on Wednesday against unidentified kanwariyas after a video surfaced showing a group of pilgrims, including a woman, assaulting a local woman in Haridwar. The incident took place on Sunday night after the victim's scooty purportedly grazed past a kanwar (pot) while she was returning home with a friend. The video shows seven-eight kanwariyas verbally abusing the victim (whose face was not visible), pulling her hair and beating her. Initially, police claimed they were not aware about the incident as no formal complaint was filed. However, after public outrage on social media, senior sub-inspector Ramesh Saini of Kankhal police station registered an FIR under BNS sections 191 (rioting), 115 (voluntarily causing hurt) and 74 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty). While police said the victim remains unidentified, TOI spoke to the 40-year-old woman, who confirmed the incident took place near Rishikul trijunction in Haridwar. However, she has chosen not to file a complaint. SHO Chandra Mohan said, "We took suo motu action after the video went viral. Our team is trying to identify both the woman and the accused kanwariyas for further action." Meanwhile, police have so far registered seven cases against kanwariyas for rioting and assault across Kankhal, Bahadrabad, Roorkee and Manglaur police station areas, leading to eight arrests. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like This Could Be the Best Time to Trade Gold in 5 Years IC Markets Learn More Undo Clashes between police and kanwariyas have been reported at several places in the city and rural areas over route disagreements. SP (city) Pankaj Gairola said, "We're urging kanwariyas to take the canal route, where all basic amenities are available and their safety is ensured. However, some are adamant on using the highway.
