Tentatively, Shanti Gold International IPO basis of allotment of shares will be finalised on Wednesday, July 30, and the company will initiate refunds on Thursday, July 31, while the shares will be credited to the demat account of allottees on the same day following refund. Shanti Gold share price is likely to be listed on BSE and NSE on Friday, August 1.
The Shanti Gold International IPO consists solely of a fresh issue of 1.8 crore shares.
The company plans to allocate ₹ 46.3 crore of the IPO proceeds towards establishing its proposed facility in Jaipur, while ₹ 200 crore will be directed towards meeting working capital needs. Additionally, ₹ 17 crore will be utilized for debt repayment (which stood at ₹ 242 crore as of May 2025), and the remaining funds will be designated for general corporate activities.
Choice Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd serves as the lead manager for the Shanti Gold International IPO, with Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd acting as the registrar for the offering.

As per the red herring prospectus (RHP), the firm's listed peers are Utssav CZ Gold Ltd (with a P/E of 19.35), RBZ Jewellers Ltd (with a P/E of 14.42), and Sky Gold Ltd (with a P/E of 34.53).
In terms of financial performance, the company achieved a profit of ₹ 55.8 crore for the fiscal year ending March 2025, marking a remarkable increase of 107.8 percent from ₹ 26.9 crore the previous year. During the same timeframe, revenue surged by 55.5 percent to reach ₹ 1,106.4 crore, up from ₹ 711.4 crore.

Discovery Global Management exits SpiceJet, sells 2.2% stake for ₹119 crore
Global macro hedge fund Discovery Capital Management on Wednesday exited SpiceJet by selling its entire 2.2 per cent stake in the domestic carrier for₹ 119 crore through an open market transaction. The US-based Discovery Capital Management through its affiliate Discovery Global Opportunity (Mauritius) Ltd offloaded 3,11,53,621 shares, representing a 2.20 per cent stake in Gurugam-based SpiceJet, as per the bulk deal data on the BSE. The transaction was executed at an average price of ₹38.14 apiece, taking the total deal value to ₹118.82 crore. Meanwhile, Plutus Wealth Management bought 2.45 crore shares or 1.73 per cent stake in SpiceJet for ₹93.39 crore. The shares were picked up at an average price of ₹38.12 apiece. Following the stake buy, Plutus Wealth Management's holding in SpiceJet rose to 4.44 per cent from 2.71 per cent. Details of other buyers of SpiceJet shares could not be ascertained on the bourse. SpiceJet rose 5.75 per cent to close at ₹40.29 apiece on the BSE. On Wednesday, the Supreme Court dismissed a plea of KAL Airways and Kalanithi Maran seeking damages of over ₹1,300 crore from SpiceJet in a long-standing share transfer dispute. A bench of Justices P S Narasimha and A S Chandurkar upheld the Delhi High Court's order of May 23 dismissing their plea on grounds of delay. KAL Airways and Kalanithi Maran had initially sought damages of over ₹1,300 crore during the arbitration proceedings. Maran and KAL Airways were former promoters of SpiceJet.

Natco Pharma to acquire stake in South African firm Adcock Ingram for ₹2,000 crore
Natco Pharma has made an offer to acquire nearly 36% stake in South African pharmaceutical company Adcock Ingram Holdings (AIHL) for $226 million (around ₹2,000 crore). The proposal to acquire the stake from minority shareholders in an all cash deal is a strategic investment aimed at to expanding geographic footprint in South Africa, Natco said on Wednesday. Founded in 1890, AIHL has a diverse product portfolio, from generic and branded formulations, critical-care hospital products to consumer and home-care products. It operates across four segments -prescription, consumer, OTC and hospitals. The acquisition is expected to be completed by 2025. Post-acquisition, AIHL will continue to operate as a private South African business with Bidvest holding 64.25% and Natco 35.75%, including a prior held 0.80% stake, in the company. Post-transaction, Natco will consolidate 35.75% of AIHL net profits in its financial results. AIHL clocked revenue of $536 million in the financial year June 2024 and profit after tax of $45 million. 'Adcock Ingram is a respectable pharmaceutical company with well-recognised brands and products and maintains a leading position in the South African pharmaceutical market. The proposed transaction will provide Natco Pharma with a well-established entry into the Southern African market. It will also allow us to tap into new revenue streams and expand our footprint in one of the largest and growing emerging markets, while providing a gateway to the African continent,' CEO and Vice-Chairman Rajeev Nannapaneni said. Besides the acquisition, Natco Pharma Board also approved a proposal to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary in South Africa with an investment of up to Rs.2,100 crore by this year to enter new geographies for growth and increased profitability. It also approved a proposal to liquidate wholly owned subsidiary Time Cap Overseas (TCOL), and directly hold the investment in step down subsidiary NatcoFarma do Brasil. Natco shares closed 2.01% higher at ₹1,034.75 apiece on the BSE.
