'The shareholders of the company have approved the amendment in the main object clause and other object clause of the Memorandum of Association (MOA) of the Company by way of Special Resolution through Postal Ballot on 22 July 2025,' the company informed BSE through the filing.
The company aims to expand into high-growth, impact-driven sectors. Bartronics India plans to diversify revenue streams, leverage advanced technologies like AI, IoT, satellite data, and blockchain, monetise sustainability, strengthen its value chain, and drive financial inclusion.
'This expansion aligns with national goals of sustainable rural development, food and health security, and digital empowerment. Amending the MOA will provide the legal and operational foundation for executing this transformative vision,' the company said.
Bartronics India's share price closed 3.22% higher at ₹ 13.78 after Wednesday's stock market session, compared to ₹ 13.35 at the previous market session. The company announced the development during the afternoon market session on 23 July 2025.
Shares of the IT service firm have given stock market investors more than 475% in the last five years. However, the shares have lost 35.54% in the last one-year period. On a year-to-date (YTD) basis, the shares have lost 24.13% in 2025 and are trading 0.29% lower in the last five stock market sessions.
Bartronics India shares hit their 52-week high level at ₹ 25.84 on 11 October 2024, while the 52-week low level was at ₹ 12 on 7 July 2025, according to the data collected from the BSE website. The company's market capitalisation (M-Cap) was at ₹ 419.71 crore as of the stock market close on Wednesday, 23 July 2025.

Describing the decision as 'one of the toughest', TCS CEO K Krithivasan has said that the company had to make the decision. According to the reports, the company is offering severance packages, extended insurance, notice period pay, and placement assistance in finding alternative job opportunities. TCS said that the layoffs are not motivated by cost-cutting or automation, but rather by the challenges of redeploying talent. Adani Green Q1 FY26: Net profit rises 60% to ₹713 cr, revenue up 31%
Adani Green Energy on Monday reported a consolidated net profit of ₹713 crore in the first quarter of the financial year 2025-26 (Q1 FY26), marking a 60 per cent year-on-year (YoY) jump from ₹446 crore in the same quarter last year. On a sequential basis, the profit surged 210 per cent from ₹230 crore in Q4 FY25. The company's revenue from operations from power supply for Q1 FY26 rose to ₹3,312 crore, up 31 per cent YoY from ₹2,528 crore in the same quarter last year. Sequentially, the company posted a 24.2 per cent increase in revenue compared to ₹2,666 crore in the previous quarter. The growth is primarily backed by greenfield capacity addition of 4.9 gigawatt (GW), deployment of advanced renewable energy (RE) technologies, superior plant performance and deployment of new capacities in resource-rich sites in Khavda, Gujarat and Rajasthan, the company said in a BSE filing. Adani Green's operational capacity rose 45 per cent YoY to 15.8 GW, with 4.9 GW added over the past year. Energy sales surged 42 per cent to 10,479 million units, surpassing the total annual sales recorded in FY22. The energy firm's expenses increased 25.2 per cent for the quarter, coming in at ₹3,050 crore from ₹2,437 crore in Q1 FY25. On a sequential basis, expenses were up 12.5 per cent from ₹2,711 crore in Q4 FY25.
