In the new trailer for her Behind It All show, whose next three episodes will be released in May, the scary mishap from February takes centre stage.
Alongside the clip of her in the paddock, a voiceover said: "The higher you are, the higher you can fall."
After a host of screams from both Molly-Mae, 25, and those watching, a voice then said: "Can you breathe?"
The Maebe fashion brand founder has continually documented her love for horses and riding on both social media and her YouTube channel.
Back in 2020 she gushed how she was "so proud of myself" after completing her fourth riding lesson.
She was also often seen posing at stables as she stayed dedicated to her hobby, even previously talking on her vlog about potentially purchasing a horse of her own.
Yet after the incident at the stables, she was understandably seen looking downcast.
We exclusively revealed how Molly-Mae, who has not spoken publicly about ex fiance Tommy Fury's alleged cheating, told a startled film crew at the time: 'If I can take him back, then I get back up and can do this.'
Since the New Year, Molly-Mae and boxer Tommy, 25, have slowly been rebuilding their relationship.
She said it after steed Paddy, which she is in talks to buy for £7,000, unseated her as cameras rolled for an episode of her series Behind It All.
Molly-Mae Hague admits she fears Tommy Fury romance could be 'destroyed' after confirming relationship
It happened during a horse-riding lesson at Somerford Park in Congleton, Cheshire.
A source said: 'Luckily, Molly-Mae wasn't hurt but there was an intake of breath from crew as she blurted out a reference to taking back Tommy.
'She was saying if she can get over the heartache she's faced, then literally getting back on the horse won't be a problem.'
The couple had a daughter, Bambi, in 2023 but the relationship hit the buffers last year amid talk of his cheating.
Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury - Reunion Clues
MOLLY-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury are on holiday in Dubai after splitting in August. Yet have they dropped clues about their reunion before?
Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury appear to have confirmed their romance is back on with a joint holiday to Dubai.
Yet in January, the rumour mill had already started turning on their reunion after pics of Molly-Mae's NYE snog with the boxer resurfaced
In February, Tommy, 25, then gushed how "life has been looking up" after the pair's romantic getaway for Valentine's Day.
The Sun exclusively revealed how the pair were spotted "canoodling" on their cute getaway.
During the same month, Tommy was also spotted leaving Molly-Mae's Molly Maison home in his G Wagon in the early hours.
Fans then spotted clues the pair had spent another romantic weekend together earlier this spring.
Molly-Mae was also heard discussing having a second baby on her vlog, in yet another potential sign they are giving their romance another go.
Following the split, Tommy admitted to having a drinking problem which led him to go through a spell of wild partying and experience drunken blackouts.
The rest of the trailer for the new series reveals their re-kindled romance for the first time.
Yet Molly-Mae sparked concern as she suggested their newfound bond could be "destroyed."
HORSE PLAY
Tommy and Molly-Mae went horse-riding on their first official date in Love Island, during the 2019 series.
At the time Tommy left fans in stitches because he couldn't get his horse to move.
Tommy was having trouble controlling his steed, which completely ignored him after he mounted it.
Viewers were in hysterics when he started tapping it on the shoulder, as Molly-Mae stood on the ground next to him laughing.

The Chase star Mark Labbett 'fell asleep' during Celebs Go Dating date
Mark Labbett, best known to The Chase fans as quizmaster "The Beast", was reportedly spotted committing the faux pas during a date with a mystery woman while filming Celebs Go Dating "The Beast" from The Chase, real name Mark Labbett, found himself in an amusing pickle on Celebs Go Dating after reportedly dozing off during a date. Labbett, 58, well-known for his sharp intellect and straight-talking on the hit ITV quiz show, seemingly succumbed to sleepiness while the cameras captured the moment mid-date. The latest series of Celebs Go Dating, which was filmed last month, saw an insider reveal that there wasn't much spark between the quizzing legend and his suitor. An anonymous tipster dished: "Mark was yawning a lot and drifted off briefly. It was a bit of an awkward moment. It's safe to say there wasn't much of a spark between them." Previously weighing as much as 29 stone, Mark Labbett tied the knot with second cousin Katie in 2014 but called it quits after six years. He then dated TV host Hayley Palmer in 2023; however, the couple split after just one year together, reports the Express. Discussing his break up with Hayley, 43, Labbett confided in The Sun: "She's a lovely lady and I was very lucky to date her for a year, and as I said: it's me, I got old." He continued: "There's been no one since Hayley. I'm not saying there won't be another one. But I'm certainly not looking." Delving into his love life, Labbett reminisced: "I was single, not coincidentally, for a long, long time when I was a 29st maths teacher who knew it was quite hard to attract a partner then. So I'm quite comfortable without a partner." Mark's representative quipped a witty retort when questioned about the drowsy date: "If his date was as boring as you have suggested, I'm surprised he didn't take a pillow with him!". Celebs Go Dating chose to remain tight-lipped regarding the incident.

'Feud is brewing between Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury's families over their decision to reunite'
A feud is reportedly brewing between Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury 's families over their decision to give their relationship another go. The former Love Island star and the boxer, both 26, shocked their fans last summer when they announced that they had split, with Tommy later revealing it was down to his drinking. But this year they have slowly reconciled and enjoyed several family trips with their daughter Bambi, two. But a new report from The Sun suggests that Molly-Mae's sister Zoe is concerned about them getting back together. In the latest episodes of Molly-Mae's Amazon Prime documentary Behind It All, Zoe expressed her doubts over Tommy openly. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the Daily Mail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. And this in turn has reportedly angered Tommy's family including his brother Tyson and his wife Paris. A source told the publication: 'The Fury family aren't impressed that Zoe has been so outspoken about Tommy. 'They're a fiercely loyal bunch and seeing Zoe's comments broadcast to millions of people via Amazon absolutely got their hackles up. 'To them Tommy is a stand up guy, a good, hard working father. His drinking issues shouldn't be used as a stick to beat him.' The insider added that Paris is confused as to why Zoe would try to hinder the family getting back together. Tyson, Tommy and Molly-Mae Hague have been contacted by MailOnline for comment. Zoe said of Tommy on the documentary: 'I do worry for her and my relationship with her if they did get back together. 'I think she potentially needs to look into the future and think about what's best for her and Bambi. She's got a long, rocky road ahead, unfortunately.' The former Love Island star and the boxer, both 26, shocked their fans last summer when they announced that they had split, with Tommy later revealing it was down to his drinking It comes after last week Molly-Mae and Tommy looked every inch the happy family as they enjoyed a very lavish 'surprise trip' to the Cotswolds. After months of rumours that the couple had rekindled their romance following their split in August, the pair finally went Instagram official last month with a loved-up family snap. And Tommy has clearly been making the effort since their shock split as he whisked his family off to a 'surprise trip' to the Cotswolds. Sharing an array of snaps to her Instagram Stories, Molly shared some sweet moments from the mini break as she took a dip in the pool with Bambi. Elsewhere she shared a snippet of her very lavish accommodation which featured huge L-shaped couches and large emperor beds. And Bambi appeared to settle in straight away as she was pushing her toy pram around the luxury property. Alongside a mirror selfie, Molly penned: 'Back from St Tropez and straight to the Cotswolds for a surprise staycation. 'This look is giving mum who's had approx 3 seconds to get ready'. Molly and Tommy fell for each other in front of the nation during series five of Love Island, going on to welcome Bambi and then get engaged in 2023. But fans were shocked when Molly announced on Instagram last August that she and Tommy had split up after five years, with many suspecting he had been unfaithful. In a statement posted to her 8.5million Instagram followers, she confirmed the breakup, saying: 'I never imagined our story would end, especially not this way.' Tommy denied continued speculation about him cheating during a magazine interview, insisting any reports about him being with other women were 'complete and utter b*****ks.' The boxer, who's the half-brother of heavyweight champion Tyson, said the reason he and Molly ended their romance was down to his excessive drinking. He said: 'People go through different things in life. I'm 25 years old. I went through a lot and my breakup was in front of the whole world... 'Cheating was never a thing. You can ask Molly this yourself. It was the drink, and the drink is not a good thing.' The pair's split was branded a 'publicity stunt' by fans after they were filmed packing on the PDA at Manchester United footballer Luke Shaw 's Hogmanay party in Cheshire. And in May, Molly-Mae began taking to her Instagram Stories to re-introduce his presence more regularly on her social media account.
