An elderly man died in a two-car collision on Mount Coot-tha on Saturday night.
About 7.30pm, a Nissan Micra hatchback collided with a Subaru Outback along Sir Samuel Griffith Drive.
The 83-year-old male driver of the hatchback died at the scene.
A 36-year-old Taigum woman driving the Subaru was taken to hospital in a non-life-threatening condition.

An elderly driver has died after his hatchback collided with another car in Brisbane on Saturday night. The 83-year-old Deagon man was the sole occupant in a Nissan Micra when he collided with a Subaru Outback SUV on Sir Samuel Griffith Dr at Mount Coot-tha about 7:30pm.
