Liverpool will complete a transfer for an exciting winger who is already on Merseyside ahead of his move.
It's been a busy summer for Richard Hughes. The club's sporting director has been working hard to create a 'super team' at first team level.

But it's also important to note that Hughes and the rest of the recruitment team have been working on buying players for the long-term future.
This has seen Golden Boy nominee Armin Pecsi arrive from Puskas Akademia and Liverpool beating Arsenal to the signature of Will Wright from Salford City.
The duo are not the only youngsters Liverpool have signed. They have also agreed to sign Sidy Barhama Ndiaye from Diambars in Senegal.

Anfield Watch can now exclusively reveal that ahead of his move Ndiaye has been at the AXA training centre with Liverpool. He's been training with the Reds and even featured in a friendly against Fleetwood for the club's U18 side.
Ndiaye was introduced just after 60 minutes, and provided an assist with an excellent run before laying it off to Joshua Sonni-Lambie, who put the ball into the top corner of the net.
The 15-year-old is expected to be at Liverpool for a further two weeks. He will also join Liverpool again later this year, and there is even the potential of Ndiaye training with the first team.
Liverpool scouts spotted him at the U17 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) where Ndiaye played an age group above his own and very much dazzled observers with his quality.
An extremely rapid winger who can play on the left and the right flank, he averaged 8.84 dribbles per 90 at the U17 AFCON.
It was clear that he also had a great defensive work-rate as well, making 3.5 recoveries in the opposition's half and averaging 6.32 defensive duels - which is very high for a winger.
Still only 15-years-old, Ndiaye won't be able to join Liverpool until he celebrates his 18th birthday. This will be on the 31st December 2027.
However, Liverpool have already agreed a deal to sign him in principle in a similar deal to Kendry Paez's move to Chelsea from Independiente del Valle, which was agreed two years prior to his arrival this summer.
As per FIFA rules, he will be able to spend up to eight weeks per calendar year at the club before he is able to officially complete his move.
Liverpool rate Ndiaye very highly. There are shades of his countryman Sadio Mane in his style of play, and he's regarded as one of the best young prospects in Senegal.
This is the first move in Liverpool's expansion of its global scouting network. In November, Kyle Wallbanks was made the Manager of Global Talent Scouting, and it's believed he personally scouted Ndiaye at the U17 AFCON.
Further hires have been made since to the Global Talent Scouting team. This includes former Liverpool winger Stewart Downing and Tika Musonda, who arrived from Tottenham, and had previously played for Chelsea's academy. The duo both joined the club in their new roles as Global Talent Scouts in May.

Dropped Australian Test star Labuschagne plots Ashes return

Dropped Australian Test star Marnus Labuschagne says he is determined to bounce back and prove the doubters wrong, putting his hand up to open in the Ashes series against England. The long-time number three was axed from Australia's Test tour of the West Indies in June and July after a sustained lean spell. In his first comments since, he told The Australian newspaper on Sunday that it may have been a blessing in disguise. "It was tough because you never want to be dropped," the 31-year-old said. "But almost as soon as their (selectors) words came out my mind shifted straight away to, 'Okay, how am I playing the Ashes ... how do I make that happen?'. "This has given me an opportunity to reflect and not having the pressure of the media saying, 'Marnus has got to go'. "There is a tipping point but it's something I thrive on, proving the doubters wrong and being able to find a way. "Missing those West Indies Tests gave me the chance to sit back and think, 'This is where I want to be and this is how I'm going to get there'." The 58-Test veteran was moved from his regular spot at three to open in the World Test Championship final loss to South Africa in June, where he scored 17 and 22 before being dropped. But with his replacement, the teenager Sam Konstas, struggling at the top of the order, Labuschagne said he was ready to give it another crack. "I would be happy to do that -- I would love to," he said, with Cameron Green ably filling the number three slot in the West Indies. "If opener is where I need to bat to be playing in the Test team, that's fine. "If you had asked me where I prefer to bat, obviously I have batted at three my whole career, but at this stage you don't get a choice." Labuschagne returns to action for Australia in three home one-dayers against South Africa this month. He will then switch his attention to the Sheffield Shield, hoping to impress selectors enough to earn a recall for the five-Test Ashes series starting in Perth on November 21. mp/dh

Liverpool transfer stock check after Alexander Isak claim as seven players could leave

And another one. Darwin Nunez's exit to Al-Hilal for an initial £46million has been confirmed as the latest step in the summer overhaul being overseen by Arne Slot. The Reds boss and sporting director Richard Hughes have been working hard during the transfer window to prepare the squad for their defence of the Premier League title, with more than £250m having already been committed on new players. Liverpool owners Fenway Sports Group have long acquired a reputation for being canny operators in the market. And there is likely to be much more business before the September 1 deadline. READ MORE: Milos Kerkez on Liverpool pressure, 'boom boom boom' training and what he wants next READ MORE: Liverpool kit decision made for Community Shield as rules clarified Deals done Jeremie Frimpong was the first new player through the door at Liverpool when his £29m move from Bayer Leverkusen was confirmed at the start of June. Florian Wirtz made the same journey a few weeks later by becoming the Reds' club record signing in a £116m deal, while in between Liverpool snapped up young goalkeeper Armin Pecsi from Puskas Academia for around £1.3m. Milos Kerkez moved from Bournemouth for £40m before free transfer goalkeeper Freddie Woodman and fellow shot-stopper Giorgi Mamardashvili arrived at the start of July, the latter with a £29m move from Valencia agreed last August. There were then two arrivals at different ends of the market in attack. Hugo Ekitike was captured from Eintracht Frankfurt in a deal that could ultimately cost Liverpool £79m, while teenager striker Will Wright joined from Salford for an initial £200,000. The outgoings have been equally extensive. Napoli had made an offer for Nunez earlier in the transfer window that was rejected by Liverpool, while AC Milan were also in the hunt. However, Al-Hilal, who had a proposal in January dismissed, appear to have now won the battle for the Uruguayan. Trent Alexander-Arnold was the first out the door at the start of June after Real Madrid agreed to cough up £8.4m for a player who was a free agent a month later, while Caoimhin Kelleher left shortly afterwards for Brentford in a £18m package and Nat Phillips joined Championship side West Bromwich Albion in a £3m deal. Jarell Quansah in July moved to Bayer Leverkusen in a transfer that could eventually see Liverpool be handed £35m, while Luis Diaz departed to Bayern Munich for £65m and Tyler Morton last week joined Lyon for a potential £15m. A number of loan deals have been agreed with Vitezslav Jaros spending the season at Ajax, fellow goalkeeper Harvey Davies going to League Two side Crawley Town, left-back Owen Beck at Championship side Derby County and Isaac Mabaya heading for Wigan Athletic in League One. Deals that could happen next Liverpool remain interested in Alexander Isak, but are keeping a watching brief for now having had a £110m offer rejected by Newcastle United last week. As things stand, the Reds won't make another bid for the striker but matters continue to develop on Tyneside, with Isak banished to train away from the first team and not considered for selection. Liverpool are also likely to recruit a centre-back. Marc Guehi of Crystal Palace is a long-time target but the Reds won't pay over the odds for a player out of contract next summer, while youngsters Giovanni Leoni of Parma and Abdelhamid Ait Boudlal of Rennes have been linked. More departures are anticipated. Federico Chiesa wants a return to Italy ahead of next summer's World Cup with a number of Serie A sides interested, and Leeds United are the latest club to ponder a move for £20m-rated teenager winger Ben Doak with Wolves and West Ham United also keen. Harvey Elliott held talks with RB Leipzig earlier this week over a potential move with Liverpool valuing the player in the £45m region. Elliott is reportedly also being tracked by Tottenham Hotspur after the serious knee injury suffered by James Maddison earlier this week. And a surfeit of left-backs could see one of Andy Robertson or Kostas Tsimikas leave, with Robertson having been wanted by Atletico Madrid earlier in the summer before the Spaniards moved for Matteo Ruggeri of Atalanta. Luca Stephenson, the 21-year-old midfielder, is wanted on loan again by Dundee United where he enjoyed an impressive stay last season. Championship side Swansea City and League One outfits Cardiff City, Reading and Rotherham United are also tracking the player while Aberdeen are considering a permanent move. James McConnell has attracted loan interest from Championship teams West Bromwich Albion, Ipswich Town, Derby County, Oxford United and Swansea, while he is also being tracked by newly-promoted Ligue 1 side Metz of France. And Lewis Koumas, the Wales international striker, is a target for both a loan and potential permanent move. Championship sides Norwich City, Sheffield United, Hull City, Preston North End, Oxford and promoted duo Birmingham City and Wrexham have all expressed an interest, along with Sevilla of Spain.

Arsenal: Mikel Arteta 'open' to more transfers as Gunners retain interest in Eberechi Eze

Mikel Arteta says Arsenal are open to doing more business before the transfer window closes. The Gunners have made six signings this summer so far, spending nearly £200million in the process. LIVE BLOG: All the latest transfer news and rumours Arteta, however, has refused to rule out more players coming through the door and Arsenal retain an interest in Crystal Palace playmaker Eberechi Eze. Players could also leave Emirates Stadium before the window closes, with the likes of Albert Sambi Lokonga and Reiss Nelson among those looking for new clubs. 'Let's see what happens, in terms of where the squad is in the next few weeks,' said Arteta. 'But, we are actively looking at options. 'As well, there are a few players that, maybe, they have to leave as well. So, we will be open to see what happens.' Arteta was speaking after Arsenal's final game of pre-season, which they won 3-0 against Athletic Club. Viktor Gyokeres opened the scoring with his first goal in Arsenal colours and Bukayo Saka also struck before half-time. The win was sealed late on by Kai Havertz, who came off the bench to score a brilliant solo goal. 'I am very happy with what I see,' said Arteta. 'I think, individually, there was some big performances against a Champions League opponent. It's a good feeling. 'That first goal is always very important and the way he (Gyokeres) took it as well, was really, really good. 'We are developing certain connections with the new players. It was very good. Kai came in and I think the goal he scored was top, as well. 'Raising the level of everybody is going to really help us, because at that level, we are going to need our very best from everybody.'
