Man lets another punch him repeatedly at MBS drop-off point, witness comments: 'I think they're drunk'
A man was caught on camera punching another man repeatedly at the drop-off point outside Marina Bay Sands in the early hours of May 24.
Stomper Ray shared dashcam footage of the incident taken from his friend's car at 3.43am.
In the video, it can be seen that the man had already started his assault even before the Stomper's friend's car pulled into the driveway.
The other man did not retaliate and seemed to just let himself be hit multiple times until his attacker was pulled away by a third man to a Volkswagen Polo in front of the Stomper's friend's car.
Meanwhile, the people in the Stomper's friend's car can be heard commenting on the action.
A female voice said: "I think they're drunk."
A male voice replied: "Definitely."
When the assailant got into the driver's seat of the Volkswagen, the female voice said: "Oh, he's not drunk."
The third man opened a door of the Volkswagen and was about to get in, but the assailant drove off without him.
Before the video ends, the male voice said: "He just left his friend like that."
Stomp understands the police were not notified of the incident.

Shopee responds after pet owner says deliveryman slammed window on senior dog
A Singapore pet owner shared her distress after a delivery incident allegedly caused injury to her senior dog. Instagram user @graceey.t shared a post on May 30 detailing a distressing incident involving her senior dog and a deliveryman. She claimed that the delivery worker, while delivering a Shopee parcel to her unit, slammed the sliding window on her dog, Bobby, after it barked at him. She said this act resulted in bleeding in her dog's mouth, and that even a week later, she was still finding traces of blood. She expressed frustration that Shopee had repeatedly assigned the same delivery personnel to her unit despite her complaints and said she wasn't asking for the delivery personnel to be fired, but simply wanted him reassigned to ensure her dog's safety. Stomp understands the incident involved a Jack Russell Terrier - a highly active breed known for its energy. When the delivery personnel approached the unit, the dog lunged forward and barked at him. The courier, who is in his 50s and has over a year of delivery experience, instinctively closed the window to prevent the dog from jumping at him. While this reaction might have been meant to protect himself, it may have unintentionally caused the injury. In response to a Stomp query, a Shopee spokesperson said they have reached out to the buyer to acknowledge the seriousness of the concern raised. "Our logistics partner has taken steps to ensure the matter is addressed constructively, including making arrangements for the reassignment of the delivery partner involved," a spokesperson said. "We are taking this as an opportunity to review our customer support and service partner training to better manage sensitive situations. "Shopee is committed to providing a safe and respectful experience for all users, and we appreciate the feedback that helps us continue to improve." In an update, the Instagram user thanked netizens for reading and reposting her story and confirmed that Shopee has reviewed the case and addressed the issues. "I'm grateful that necessary actions have been taken and they're finally making things right after the most frustrating two months of 2025 for my family and I." 'I'm hungry. Cannot meh?!' — Stranger who snatched toast and walked away from diner at Toast Box asks
Photo: Toast Box FB SINGAPORE: A diner patronising the Toast Box outlet at Jurong Point was left speechless after a stranger snatched food off her tray. The diner told citizen journalism portal Stomp that the incident took place on Sunday afternoon (June 1), around 12:30 p.m. She said, 'This auntie sat at the table next to my family for quite some time. She didn't order anything to eat or drink. Then suddenly, she stood up, stretched her hands across to our table, snatched a piece of our peanut toast, ate it, and walked away!' The diner added, 'We were too shocked to react.' Interestingly, the family bumped into the same woman at the same outlet looking for another target, around the same time the next day. The diner decided to confront the woman and demanded an explanation from the stranger for her behaviour. Instead of apologising or expressing remorse, the woman allegedly shouted, 'I am hungry and I want to eat! Cannot meh?!' The diner urged Singaporeans to beware of such individuals. She added, 'Her hands are so fast! … much faster than crows snatching food!'

Wilfred wrote: "I ask him, 'Eh bro, you okay or not?' He smile smile and say 'Sorry ahh, I tired'." After noticing the rider holding something in his left hand, Wilfred asked him: "You sure is tired... or Kpods?" "Eh please leh, your own life don't want cherish never mind, but don't sabo other people leh. "And this stupid Kpods really destroy people." Kpods have been linked to a number of recent cases involving erratic behaviour and public disturbances and have been described as a 'growing scourge' in Singapore.
