Sweet Magnolias will be returning for more as Netflix has given the green light for a fifth series.
WARNING: This article contains spoilers from Sweet Magnolias.
Sweet Magnolias star Brooke Elliott, has taken to Instagram to express a heartfelt thanks to everyone involved in the show.

After an agonising two-year hiatus, the third season of Netflix's much-loved romantic drama Sweet Magnolias finally returned to screens, offering up plenty of drama and intrigue in the idyllic town of Serenity.

In the show's most recent season, we see Brooke Elliott's character, Dana Sue Sullivan, diving into a new adventure as she helps open a cookery school with the newly established Magnolia Community Foundation.
Despite initially battling challenges with relinquishing control at Sullivan's restaurant to become a silent partner, Dana Sue finds her true passion lies within teaching her cooking expertise at the new establishment.
With season three concluding, Elliott didn't miss the opportunity to extend her gratitude towards her fellow cast members and the diligent crew, especially shining a light on those who work magic behind the lens.

Singling out the episode 'The Bulldog's Tailgating' as one of her best experiences during filming, Elliott praised the fun atmosphere and commitment to the craft evident on set.
Elliott also gave a nod to the incredible efforts made by the wardrobe team, who decked the cast out in eye-catching Bulldog gear for the episode.

Along with posting several snaps that gave fans a peek behind the curtains of the production, she delightfully penned: "The Bulldog's Tailgating episode was one of my favorites to shoot. We had so much fun."
She continued with the heartfelt quip: "Don't underestimate how hard you can laugh when you give 100% to all out barking."
Elliott then went onto post: "Special shoutout to our immensely talented wardrobe department for making all of our Bulldog Swag.

"They put meticulous detail into our show and we are so lucky to have them on Sweet Mags."
The fourth series began with a surprise as it was revealed that Bill Townsend (played by Chris Klein) had died off-screen.

The sudden demise of Maddie Townsend's (portrayed by JoAnna Garcia Swisher) ex-husband sent shock waves through the tranquil town of Serenity, prompting characters to contemplate their lives.
In a dramatic twist, the season's closing moments revealed that Maddie had secured a publishing gig in the bustling Big Apple, casting doubts on her continued journey with the 'Sweet Magnolias'.
Netflix has already greenlit a fifth series, promising another dose of drama as Maddie navigates the next segment of her storyline.

Sue Cleaver reflects on '25 years of laughs' after Coronation Street exit

Eileen Grimshaw had a special send-off during Friday's episode of the soap, where she was seen leaving for Thailand alongside her son Jason Grimshaw, played by Ryan Thomas. Simon Gregson's character Steve McDonald, Tony Maudsley's George Shuttleworth, and Eileen's son Todd, played by Gareth Pierce, all said goodbye to the matriarch before drivers from the local taxi firm honked their horns as she was driven off. In an Instagram post, Cleaver said: 'Well… that's a wrap. 25 years of laughs, tears, costumes, chaos — and one unforgettable journey. A post shared by Sue Cleaver (@officialsuecleaver) 'I'll miss this character like crazy, but what a ride it's been. Thank you for every moment.' Cleaver has played the outspoken and uncomplicated Eileen in the ITV show since 2000. Eileen came to Weatherfield to work at the local taxi firm, Streetcars, to provide for her two tearaway teenage children, Jason and Todd. She soon became friends with her boss Steve and came into conflict with Helen Worth's character Gail Rodwell (also known as Gail Platt). Cleaver took part in I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! in 2022, where she opened up about reconciling with her birth mother, and was eliminated third. She also said her family is 'bizarrely interconnected' to other Coronation Street stars, including Worth who is godmother to one of her half-sisters, while her other half-sister's husband, John Bowe, appeared on the cobbles as Duggie Ferguson. In 2024, she released a book A Work In Progress in which she discusses how she feels she is not past her prime. In recent years she has appeared as a panellist on ITV chat show Loose Women.

Meghan Markle shares video of her, Prince Harry and their kids at Disneyland

Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, continues to share sweet snippets of her family life with husband Prince Harry and their two kids, Archie and Lilibet. In her latest Instagram post, the former Meghan Markle shared a video collage filled with photos of their trip to Disneyland for their daughter's fourth birthday. 'Thank you @disneyland for giving our family two days of pure joy!' Meghan captioned her post Friday. The video, set to Peggy Lee's 'It's a Good Day,' shows Lilbet and Archie meeting Elsa and Anna from 'Frozen.' In all the pictures she included of their little ones, their faces are obscured or covered with a heart. The recap of their trip to the Happiest Place on Earth also includes the family on rides like Tiana's Bayou Adventure, Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, the Cars Land ride and many more. There's also a silly photo of Meghan and Harry screaming while on Space Mountain. The two are sitting front row with their mouths wide open — yet appearing like they're having fun. And the festivities continued for the family of four. Meghan also shows Lilibet's 'Little Mermaid' birthday cake, their Mickey and Minnie stuffed dolls, the corn dogs and pickles they munched on during their trip and several other family photos from the park. Among the cutest is one of all four posing together, in which Lilibet is barefoot and in a pink dress with bows. The latest look into Meghan's personal home life comes after she celebrated her daughter's birthday on June 4. The former 'Suits' star shared a number of photos of her little girl from when she was born to their most recent adventures together. There were also snaps of Harry and his 'favorite adventurer' holding hands. 'Happy birthday to our beautiful girl! Four years ago today she came into our lives — and each day is brighter and better because of it. Thanks to all of those sending love and celebrating her special day!' Meghan wrote in her first post. Additionally, she also posted a never-before-seen video of when she was pregnant with Lilibet and dancing with Harry at the hospital in hopes to induce labor. 'Four years ago today, this also happened. Both of our children were a week past their due dates… so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn't work — there was only one thing left to do!' she captioned the fun and rare video of them. Meghan returned to Instagram on Jan. 1 after leaving the platform in early 2018 during her highly publicized engagement to Harry. Among her posts include family photos, outings and news about her podcast, Netflix projects and more.
