Maha: SRK's office assures to submit relevant documents regarding renovation of actor's bungalow in Mumbai
Mumbai, June 22 (UNI) Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's office has assured the civic and the Maharashtra government officials that they will submit all relevant documents regarding renovation of actor's 'Mannat' bungalow in Bandra suburb of Mumbai, sources said here on Sunday.
Acting on a complaint, the officials had reportedly conducted an inspection of the bungalow to verify if any construction had been undertaken without necessary permissions.
A senior official said, "Our team inspected the site after receiving a complaint. The staff at the bungalow informed us that they required permissions from the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) and would submit them to the concerned authorities. So, we will wait for their reply and our report will be ready by next week."
The officials of H West ward's Building and Factory department and the Building Proposal department were also part of the inspection team.
It may be recalled that on June 20, the Mumbai's civic body BMC and Forest department officials had conducted an inspection of the bungalow following a complaint of alleged violation of Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ) norms.
According to the media report, actor's manager, Pooja Dadlani, had refuted reports of complaints and asserted that all work is going on as per guidelines.
The inspection was conducted to assess whether any renovation or expansion activity around the property had breached CRZ guidelines, which are intended to prevent unauthorised development in environmentally sensitive coastal areas.
While the renovation at Mannat is underway, the actor, along with his family Gauri Khan, Aryan Khan, Suhana Khan and AbRam Khan, has moved to lavish duplex apartments in Pali Hill. Reportedly, he pays a monthly rent of Rs 24.15 lakh for both the apartments combined, amounting to an annual rent of Rs 2.90 crore.

Kuberaa Box Office Collection: Dhanush's Film Makes Rs 55.10 Crore In Four Days
New Delhi: Kuberaa has entered the Rs 50-crore club at the box office. The film led by Dhanush, released on June 20, 2025. To celebrate the film's impressive run at the box office, team Kuberaa hosted a success bash. It was attended by the cast and crew of the film. Chiranjeevi was also in attendance for the mega celebration. Nagarjuna, at the event, heaped praises on Rashmika Mandanna's performance in the film He said, "Watching Rashmika on screen made me think of Sridevi Garu from Kshana Kshanam. Really, so many frames and so well. I mean, it's no wonder that Pushpa has earned her the nickname National Crush. Because of this movie, she is,in fact, now Nag's crush also. I loved you. Kim Soo-hyun sues Kim Sae-ron's family over defamation case
Korean actor Kim Soo-hyun, recently caught in a grooming scandal linked to the tragic death of actor Kim Sae-ron, has filed an additional lawsuit and criminal complaint against her family. He has also taken legal action against Kim Se-ui, operator of the YouTube channel Garo Sero Research Institute. As per Koreaboo, the 'Queen of Tears' star was already pursuing a defamation and false accusation case against Kim Sae-ron's June 23, Soo-hyun's legal representatives at LKB & Partners released an official statement confirming that both the actor and his agency, Gold Medalist, had filed further complaints. Calling it a 'serious case of false accusation,' the team emphasised their intent to hold both parties 'fully accountable.'Speculations emerged suggesting that Kim Soo-hyun had been in a relationship with Kim Sae-ron while she was still a minor. The controversy deepened following Kim Sae-ron's tragic death by suicide on February 16, 2025. Reports indicate that her situation had deteriorated after a DUI incident in May 2022, which led to financial disputes with her agency, Gold Medalist. Allegedly, Kim Soo-hyun distanced himself from her despite her repeated pleas for help in resolving her her death, additional accusations surfaced, including the leak of private photos and claims of an ongoing secret relationship.- Ends
