Though no one matched all six numbers in the Saturday, March 1, Powerball drawing, it brought the jackpot closer to $300 million for Monday, March 3. The one-time lump sum would be $131.5 million, according to Powerball online. Check back after 11 p.m. EST for Monday's winning numbers. We'll see if there's a grand prize winner, a secondary win or another rollover.
In case you're wondering, Saturday, March 1, winning Powerball numbers were 2-23-36-44-49 and the Powerball was 25. Power Play was 3x. Though those numbers rolled over again, it wasn't all bad news: One ticket in Michigan matched five numbers to win $1 million.

The said Publix is on the Treasure Coast. The Quick Pick ticket came from Publix, 3253 SW Port St. Lucie Blvd., Port St. Lucie. Winning Powerball numbers for Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2025, were 6-21-28-49-60 and the Powerball was 20. Power Play was 2x.
For the Saturday, Feb. 1, 2025, drawing, a ticket from a Publix in Spring Hill, Florida, matched five numbers to win $1 million. Winning numbers for Powerball lottery drawing on Feb. 1, 2025, were 23-29-32-49-61 and the Powerball was 8. Power Play was 2x.
A "second-tier" win means a player correctly matched five numbers in the Powerball and Mega Millions lottery, and the overall jackpot typically rolls over.

Prizes for Florida Lottery must be claimed within 180 days (six months) from the date of the drawing. To claim a single-payment cash option, a winner has within the first 60 days after the applicable draw date to claim it.
The Florida Lottery says its scratch-off tickets and Fast Play game prizes "must be claimed within 60 days of the official end-of-game date. Once the applicable time period has elapsed, the related Florida Lottery ticket will expire."

Powerball drawings are held at 11 p.m. EST Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. According to Powerball.com, players have a 1 in 292.2 million chance to match all six numbers. Prizes range from $2 to the grand prize jackpot, which varies.
According to Florida Lottery's website, winners cannot remain anonymous: "Florida law mandates that the Florida Lottery provide records containing information such as the winner's name, city of residence; game won, date won, and amount won to any third party who requests the information."
However, the site states, the "names of lottery winners claiming prizes of $250,000 or greater will be temporarily exempt from public disclosure for 90 days from the date the prize is claimed, unless otherwise waived by the winner."
Lottery experts and lawyers have said there are ways to remain anonymous if you win.
