CASIO Computer Co. Ltd has released another addition to the G-Shock family of shock-resistant watches.
The new GMA-P2125W features the octagonal bezel design of the 2100 line.
A compact watch sized to comfortably fit slimmer wrists, the new GMA-P2125W comes in purple, a colour symbolising justice and dignity, with tasteful colour accents in white and gold.

As part of the brand's efforts to reach out to more people, the G-Shock special website 'Women Of Our Time' has been dedicated to highlighting exceptional women across diverse fields, women who are pursuing their dreams with confidence, challenge the status quo and explores their relationship with time.
The site includes videos examining the driving force that motivates five women working in different arenas: actor/dancer Bambi Naka; rapper MFS; members of the street dance team Rushball – Kyoka and Maika; and artist/illustrator Itabamoe, who created the visuals for this G-Shock watch.
The videos convey the resilient spirit and hard work these women demonstrated to overcome setbacks on the way to their impressive accomplishments.
Bambi boasts an illustrious career spanning over 20 years.
MFS is featured on G-Shock's special website Women Of Our Time.
She has worked with artistes such as Miliyah Kato, BoA and Ringo Sheena, and in 2015, joined Madonna's world tour as a backup dancer.
Naka has been featured extensively in magazines, commercials, music videos, and events, achieving global recognition.
In 2018, she retired as a dancer and shifted her focus to acting. And in 2024, she garnered yet more attention with her role in the Netflix series House of Ninjas.
Tokyo-born-and-based rapper MFS is a member of the Osaka-based hip-hop collective Tha Jointz.
In 2022, her song BOW was featured in the popular game Overwatch 2 and became a worldwide hit, reaching No. 1 in the United States, Britain, Canada, Germany, France, Austria and Spotify's Viral Songs Global.
Bambi Naka is an actor and dancer, with a career spanning 20 years.
Her notable fashion sense has also led to various modelling offers and participation in projects with brands such as Adidas and Balenciaga.
Maika and Kyoka formed the street dance team Rushball in June 2004 and earned accolades, establishing themselves as iconic 'super kid' dancers.
They gained recognition on the global stage, excelling in the hip hop category.
In 2016, they made history as the first Japanese team to win the Juste Debout in France.
The fifth woman in focus is Itabamoe, who was born in Japan's Shizuoka prefecture and started doing illustration in advertising before embarking on her artistic career in 2021.
Using a technique inspired by enlarged magazine photocopies, the Tokyo-based Itabamoe tells stories through visual language.

Her work expresses shifting emotions and identities through her vision of ii-onna (attractive women).
Casio states that the G-Shock brand stands for a world where women can aspire to be anything and anyone they want to be.
'Casio supports the mission of the Japanese Organisation for International Cooperation in Family Planning (JOICP), which works to build a world where all women are able to make their own life choices.'

5 fun things you didn't know about Wednesday star, Jenna Ortega
Jenna Ortega has captivated audiences worldwide with her sharp wit, haunting stares, and unforgettable performance as the iconic Wednesday Addams in Netflix's hit supernatural mystery comedy series, Wednesday. While her role as the gothic detective earned her global fame, there is far more to this rising star than meets the eye. With the return of Wednesday in the second season which promises even more mayhem, monsters, and mystery at Nevermore Academy, it is the perfect time to pull back the curtain on Ortega's off-screen life. From her early career beginnings to surprising personal quirks and creative passions, here are some little-known facts about the actress who made morbidity cool again. Photo: Mother of Jenna Ortega's Facebook page. How did the casting agency discover Ortega? Jenna Ortega's journey to stardom began in the most unexpected way — through a Facebook video her mother uploaded as a joke. At just seven years old, Ortega performed a dramatic monologue from a book her mother had given her to redirect her constant talk about becoming an actress. Though initially hesitant about her daughter entering the entertainment industry, Ortega's mother filmed the performance and shared it privately with friends on Facebook, simply to show off her daughter's theatrical flair. That video, however, caught the eye of a casting agent who saw real talent in the young performer. Can Jenna Ortega carry a tune like she carries a scene? Though she is no stranger to musical roles from her Disney Channel days, Jenna Ortega does not consider herself a singer. When asked in an interview with whether she can sing, she replied honestly: 'Poorly.' While she has sung for acting roles before and does not mind doing it when required, she has made it clear that she has no plans to pursue singing as a career. Interestingly, Ortega added that she would rather become a musical composer someday, which allows her to express herself through music. Photo: Jenna Ortega's Instagram account. Can Jenna Ortega actually play the cello? Yes, that haunting cello music you hear in Wednesday is not just acting. Jenna Ortega actually learned to play the cello for the role, revealing in an interview that she began practising the instrument about two months before filming started. While she admits she may be a bit rusty now, Ortega has expressed genuine interest in continuing to learn. What started as a skill for a role may just become a long-term passion. Did Jenna Ortega really audition for Wednesday covered in blood? Jenna Ortega auditioned for the role while still drenched in fake blood. Fresh off a long night of filming a gory scene for the horror film X, Ortega jumped onto a Zoom call with Wednesday producer Tim Burton without removing the stage make-up. She was running on no sleep, had glycerine sweat in her hair, a fake gash across her face, and stage blood dripping down — but instead of being horrified, Burton laughed. The bold, unintentional entrance may have just sealed the deal, perfectly capturing the dark humour and grit of the character she was about to take on. How is Jenna Ortega using her influence beyond the screen? Jenna Ortega is not just known for her on-screen roles — she is also an outspoken activist with a personal mission. In honour of her grandfather, who passed away from AIDS before she was born, Ortega proudly serves as an ambassador for UNAIDS, the United Nations programme dedicated to fighting the disease and its stigma. At just 15, she gave a powerful speech at WE Day in 2017, urging people to talk openly about AIDS and normalise conversations around it.

New Drops From G-SHOCK x Hidden & Blancpain x Swatch Pack Green Style & Streetwear Edge
If your wrist is ready for an upgrade, these two new watches have you covered. From streetwear-ready G-SHOCK vibes to a sleek green Bioceramic dive watch, they're fun, functional, and made to turn heads. G-SHOCK x Hidden 5600 Series Two years after their first collaboration, streetwear favourite Hidden NY reunites with G-SHOCK for the new DW5600HDN257. This release takes the iconic rectangular G-SHOCK silhouette and gives it a fresh twist with a frosted white resin bezel and Hidden's signature green lettering. It is clean, crisp and made for those who appreciate subtle style cues. The dial stays minimal, letting the matte black bull bars stand out while adding extra protection. On the caseback, an engraved 'In The Blink Of An Eye' motif nods to Hidden's design DNA. Turn on the LED backlight and the Hidden icon logo appears, giving a secret detail that only reveals itself in the dark. Hidden's first G-SHOCK in 2023 had a transparent off-white design that divided opinions. The new DW5600HDN257 swaps that for a sleeker white and green colourway, keeping the rare bull bars for extra durability and style. With 200 metres of water resistance, a stopwatch, timer, alarm, second time zone and a comfortable integrated strap, it is a versatile watch that combines streetwear flair with G-SHOCK toughness. The G-SHOCK x Hidden NY DW5600HDN257 is now available for US$175 (~RM765) at G-SHOCK SoHo, online and Hidden's website while stocks last. Blancpain x Swatch Scuba Fifty Fathoms 'Green Abyss' Just in time for summer, the Blancpain x Swatch Scuba Fifty Fathoms returns in a fresh new green. The 'Green Abyss' edition brings a forest-green Bioceramic case and unidirectional dive bezel paired with cream Super-LumiNova hands and markers. It's a sleek, subtle take on the playful Swatch collaboration, perfect for those who want colour without going over the top. Inside, the watch is powered by the Swatch-made SISTEM51 automatic movement, a fully mechanical engine with 90 hours of power reserve and a smooth 21,600 vibrations per hour. Measuring 42.3mm by 14.4mm, the case combines presence and wearability, while the 91-metre water resistance ensures it can handle any summer adventure with ease. The Green Abyss balances colour and seriousness, sitting between the brighter Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian Ocean models. Its NATO-style strap keeps it sporty and comfortable, while the mechanical movement, summer-ready green, and approachable price make it a playful yet practical standout in the Scuba Fifty Fathoms lineup. The Blancpain x Swatch Bioceramic Scuba Fifty Fathoms Green Abyss will retail for US$400 (~RM1,750) and is available now at Swatch boutiques nationwide and online while stocks last.
