Who is Maria Jesus Moreno Canto?
Maria Jesus Moreno Canto and her partner Salvador R.L were both found guilty of the murder of Antonio on August 16, 2017.
She was sentenced to 22 years behind bars for the stabbing in Valencia, Spain.
The chilling story has been made into a film on Netflix, titled A Widow's Game.
Maria, known as Maje, was 28 at the time of her husband's murder, and she worked as a nurse.
She'd moved to Valencia from a small town to pursue a new and exciting life in the city.
Maje was her husband's first and only girlfriend and was alleged to have frequently cheated on him.
A month before their wedding, she was discovered to be having an affair with a physiotherapist, but Antonio forgave her.
Salvador was a nursing assistant and worked with Maje.
His wife, Inma also worked in the same medical centre.
Ahead of Maje's guilty verdict, her brother said: "If she really is guilty, she will no longer be my sister."

During her trial, she denied that she had anything to do with the planning or execution of her husband's murder, but admitted to covering up the crime.

Jurors heard how Maje had asked Salvador to kill Antonio and had given him keys to her garage.
Salvador admitted to the fatal stabbing with a butcher's knife, but said he only did it because he was scared of losing Maje.
He said that Maje had lied to him and said she was being mistreated by her husband and felt he needed to "protect her".
Both Maje and Salvador were found guilty after it was revealed that she'd given him precise information about her husband to ensure Antonio's death.

A total of 52 pieces of evidence, including recorded conversations, photos and WhatsApp messages were presented to the jury.
Salvador was sentenced to 17 years in prison.

It was produced by Bambu Producciones and written by the same writers as The Asunta Case.

Immigration crackdown leads to chaotic scenes as ICE touts arrests
Immigration authorities raided a popular San Diego Italian restaurant before the Friday dinner rush, arresting several kitchen workers, while community members confronted agents, according to video shared by a local CBS station. As heavily armed agents entered the restaurant, local residents screamed at them and filmed the scene. The agents wore tactical gear, including bulletproof vests emblazoned with the Homeland Security Investigations logo. "The agents fired sound grenades, flash-bang grenades, at the crowd," Pedro Rios, director of the Quaker American Friends Service Committee's U.S.-Mexico Border Program, told CBS. Todd Lyons, acting director of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, told FOX News that agents were doing their law enforcement duty during the raid. "We should be supported, not being called Nazis, not being villainized," he said. Eileen has been struggling with her feelings for George recently, at one moment not sure she loves him but the next moment saying that she wants her future to be with him. Julie certainly thought that Eileen was selling herself short by settling for a relationship with George. But it seems that her decision about whether to accept Jason's offer hinges on George and he surprises her, saying that he's prepared to move his life to the other side of the world to be with her. In fact he's booked them a holiday to Thailand – leaving the very next day – so they can see if life there would suit them. Eileen's other son, Todd (Gareth Pierce) has recently embarked on a relationship with a man called Theo (James Cartwright), who's been struggling with his sexuality. Theo's daughter Millie has been staying at Eileen's briefly, and when she has to go home she tells Theo she wants him to move beck in with her and her mum. More Trending Theo replies that he wants to be with Todd and can't live a lie any more. His words give Eileen cause to reflect again about her feelings for George and whether she's settling for a relationship she's not really feeling.
