Taj Palace, New Delhi, recently played host to a landmark in India's luxury wedding calendar, the inaugural
Vogue Wedding Atelier
, presented by HSBC India. Curated by Vogue India in association with Audi and Dewar's Xperiences, this exclusive, invite-only three-day showcase brought together over 50 of the most illustrious names in couture, fine jewellery, beauty, fragrance, and bespoke wedding services, crafting an experience where design met decadence.
With more than 4,000 distinguished guests, including international tastemakers and the country's leading fashion insiders, the event spotlighted modern luxury bridal conversation. 'With the Vogue Wedding Atelier, we've transformed our legacy of bridal storytelling into a living, breathing experience for the discerning bride,' said Rochelle Pinto, Head of Editorial Content, Vogue India.
From exclusive couture walk-throughs to masterclasses with industry icons, every moment of the Atelier was designed to inspire. Day 1 began with a Style Walkthrough by Ami Patel powered by HSBC, and an intimate Vogue Views conversation with Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla. Guests indulged in a draping masterclass by Dolly Jain, bespoke fragrance-making with Ajmal Dubai, floral artistry by Interflora India, and an opening night soirée featuring Patrón Experiences.
Day 2 elevated the
bridal beauty
conversation with Sunita Shekhawat's jewellery showcase, Charlotte Tilbury's Nykaa Luxe masterclass, and skincare insights from Dr Harshna Bijlani. House on the Clouds captured intimate bridal portraits while mixology was being brought to life. The day culminated in the glamorous Vogue Bijoux Ball, attended by luminaries such as Anaita Shroff Adajania, Kaustav Dey, and Falguni Shane Peacock.
Day 3 was a feast for the senses, with culinary curator Eeshaan Kashyap's Artisanal Table Experience, designer conversations with Manish Malhotra and Gaurav Gupta, a styling session by Anaita Shroff Adajania powered by Suuraj Popley, and a bridal beauty masterclass by Tanvi Chemburkar for YSL Beauty, before closing with a refined cocktail experience at The Royal Brackla Room.
The couture lineup was nothing short of extraordinary, featuring creations by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, Elie Saab, Gaurav Gupta, House of Masaba, JJ Valaya, Manish Malhotra, and Shyamal & Bhumika, alongside 15 other leading ateliers. The jewellery pavilion sparkled with masterpieces from Raniwala 1881, Sabyasachi, Hazoorilal Legacy, Sunita Shekhawat, and The House of MBJ, among others.
The experience was enriched by artisanal saris from DAREAAB by Sonia K Mahajan, Kanakavalli, Naina Jain, and Patola by Nirmal Salvi, as well as luxury beauty and fragrance names like Jo Malone London, Victoria's Secret, and YSL Beauty. Premium wedding services, fine gifting, and lifestyle offerings, from bespoke silverware to artisanal sweets - completed the immersive journey.
'Collaborating with Vogue India for the inaugural Vogue Wedding Atelier perfectly embodies our values—excellence, personalization, and understanding our clients' evolving needs,' said Sandeep Batra, Head, International Wealth and Premier Banking, HSBC India.
With the debut of the Vogue Wedding Atelier, India's bridal calendar has gained not just an event, but a cultural moment, a confluence of artistry, heritage, and innovation that celebrates the spirit of modern luxury weddings.

YSL Beauty and Dua Lipa redefines freedom in new ad

Yves Saint Laurent Beauty ( YSL Beauty ) has presented the new Libre Freedom Campaign , featuring Dua Lipa capturing the very essence of a woman's freedom. Diana Kunst, director of the new Libre campaign said,'Radical acts of freedom can be finding that inspiration on a street corner, but it's also following your muse, responding to the excited impulses inside you, charting your own course and redefining life on your terms, for fun, and because it empowers Dua, the city is her playground, a blank canvas to play freely, explore different territories while following those impulses, a place to forge new identities and then change them again.t's a canvas to radically express herself. The desert is a glimpse into her interior world that motivates her city persona. Or her sanctuary where she can redefine herself ready to take on the world.' The first Libre Couture drop is a drop of gold ,inside and out, from the gold -clad bottle to the rich scent it holds: the fragrant liquid gold of a Vanilla Caviar Accord , infusing Libre 's bold orange blossom and lavender signature. Anne Flipo and Carlos Benaïm, Libre master perfumers said,'To embody gold, an eternal, precious material, we chose a unique quality of Bourbon vanilla absolute, more generous and powerful than ever, infused by rum absolute with captivating liqueur facets.' Crafted from sustainably sourced Bourbon vanilla pods from Madagascar's Sava region, the unique Vanilla Caviar Accord is obtained through an exclusive supercritical CO2 extraction process, preserving the pod's full aromatic complexity. The result is a creamy, chic, and powerful olfactory experience that redefines the boundaries of vanilla in perfumery. In the film she is shown spontaneously snacking on a slice of pizza in the city contrasting with her couture YSL tuxedo. Running on the street or in the desert. Dancing on a bar, breaking a glass with her stiletto heel or playfully hiding a surveillance camera. 'Woman-spreading' on a city bench, boyish yet sophisticated, or screaming on top of a mountain, molten joy bursting out of her, the embodiment of complete freedom. With Libre Vanille Couture, YSL Beauty introduces the LIBRE Couture Drops , a series of ultra-desirable limited editions that reimagine the fragrance icon through precious materials and daring creativity.
