Chino Police obtained a search warrant to enter the property. One suspect tried to flee but later surrendered. The other was arrested in a nearby city on Tuesday, several days after detectives searched the home. Both were booked into San Bernardino County juvenile hall for suspected burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary.
Detectives said they had been investigating a burglary where, they say, suspects would enter a warehouse and steal boxes, during several trips over multiple days, containing the highly sought-after Labubus that are often sold for high prices online.'During the investigation, a search warrant was served at a residence in Upland,' Chino officials said. New Delhi, Aug 16 (PTI) A 30-year-old bike rider battles for his life after his throat was slit by a kite string Saturday while he was traversing a flyover near Tughlakabad Metro Station in southeast Delhi's Badarpur area, police said. The incident was reported around 4.40 pm at Badarpur Police Station, they said. Fire at Russian industrial plant kills 11, injures 130

Agency: PTI Last Updated: Moscow, Aug 16 (AP) A fire at an industrial plant in Russia's Ryazan region on Friday killed 11 people and injured 130, Russian officials said Saturday. The blaze broke out Friday at the Elastik plant in the Shilovsky District, around 250 kilometres southeast of Moscow. Emergency crews continued to search through debris into the weekend, and two additional bodies were recovered overnight, the Russian Emergencies Ministry said. According to the Russian state news agency RIA Novosti, a gunpowder workshop at the facility caught fire and triggered the blast. Of the injured, 29 remained hospitalised on Saturday — 13 in Ryazan and 16 transported to medical centres in Moscow, officials said. Regional authorities said three people were rescued from under the rubble overnight as investigators launched a preliminary probe into the cause of the fire. Local authorities declared a day of mourning in the Ryazan region on Monday. 'Flags will be lowered across the region. Cultural institutions, television and radio companies and organisations have been asked to cancel entertainment events," Ryazan Governor Pavel Malkov said in a statement on Telegram. It was the second deadly explosion at the Elastik plant in less than four years. In October 2021, according to the Russian state news agency Interfax, 17 people were killed in a blast at a workshop operated by explosives manufacturer Razryad. 'Vicious doxxing on dark web': DHS secretary Kristi Noem moves to military housing as ICE assualts surge; receives death threats from cartels, terrorists

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem (Image credits: AP) US homeland security secretary Kristi Noem has temporarily moved out of her Washington, DC, residence after her address was published by the media, triggering what officials called 'vicious doxxing' and a surge in death threats. Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin said Noem is now staying in secure military housing due to escalating risks. 'Following the media's publishing of the location of Secretary Noem's Washington D.C. apartment, she has faced vicious doxxing on the dark web and a surge in death threats, including from the terrorist organizations, cartels, and criminal gangs that DHS targets. Due to threats and security concerns, she has been forced to temporarily stay in secure military housing,' McLaughlin told Fox News Digital, as cited by The New York Post. 'Secretary Noem continues to pay rent for her Navy Yard residence. It's a shame that the media chooses sensationalism over the safety of people enforcing America's laws to keep Americans," she added. The relocation comes amid rising violence against federal immigration officers. Last week, Noem warned that US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents 'are now facing a 1000% increase in assaults against them as they risk their lives to arrest the worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens.' by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Retro Lanterns: A Halloween Staple topgadgetlife Shop Now Undo In a post on X, she vowed the threats would not deter her department, 'We will not and have not let this violence stop us or slow us down. Everyday our law enforcement continues to enforce the law and arrest the most depraved criminals including pedophiles, terrorists, murderers, gang members, and sexual predators.' The surge in threats aligns with recent data showing an 830% increase in assaults on ICE officials between January 21 and July 14, 2025, compared to the same period in 2024. That period began the day after President Donald Trump returned to the Oval Office.
