Real Housewives star Denise Richards plans revenge on husband after shock divorce
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Denise Richards is reportedly planning her revenge against husband Aaron Phypers. The 52-year-old filed for divorce from the ex-wife of Charlie Sheen last week and was said to have asked her to cover his living expenses, which total $105,000 per month.
It was reported she was blindsided by the divorce papers, with the two 'trying to hurt each other'. Denise, 54 - who played 'Bond girl' Christmas Jones in the James Bond film the World Is Not Enough (1999) - began her relationship with Aaron, 52, back in 2017. The couple married the following year, months after their engagement.
He is said to have cited "irreconcilable differences" and lists July 4 as the date of their separation, not long after their seventh wedding anniversary.
TMZ reported that according to court documents, obtained by the outlet, he's seeking spousal support from Denise and reportedly has no income of his own.
It added that Aaron estimates that his wife is grossing over $250,000 a month - around £185,000 - from OnlyFans, TV, brand deals and appearances.
And now, new details emerged from their split, with it being said that the "last thing she wanted was another divorce, so he gave her a divorce".
"Aaron wanted to hurt her and he has. Meanwhile, the last thing he wants is to be broke - so she's cutting off his cash flow," a source recently claimed to MailOnline.
Her estranged husband hasn't worked since his Malibu wellness centre, Q360 Club, shut down last October.
In the filing, he reportedly estimated that they spend $105,000 - around £77,000 - a month on average and that Denise has been covering it. Their monthly spending is said to include $20K on clothes and $15K on eating out, which is around £15,000 and £11,000 respectively.
According to People magazine, which is also said to have seen court documents, Aaron has asked to keep their assets and debts as separate property. The request is said to include his power tools, a motorcycle and a sports car.
However, a source told MailOnline that Denise, whose acting credits include films like Wild Things (1998), has yet to respond to the filings and told her pals that he hugely overestimated her income and wouldn't be able to meet his demands.

Denise Richards ‘granted restraining order' against ex after abuse allegations
Denise Richards has been granted a temporary restraining order against estranged husband Aaron Phypers after accusing him of physical abuse, it has been claimed. The Wild Things actress, 54, married the Leap actor, 52, in 2018, after around a year of dating. However, it wasn't to last and he filed for divorce earlier this month after six years of marriage, citing 'irreconcilable differences'. On July 16, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills favorite requested protection from the court against her ex, pleading for him to stay at least 100 yards away from her after alleging that he was repeatedly violent. TMZ reports that the paperwork has been granted. In court documents obtained by Us Weekly, she claimed: 'Throughout our relationship, Aaron would frequently violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, tightly squeeze my arms, violently slap me in my face and head, aggressively slam my head into the bathroom towel rack, threaten to kill me, hold me down with his knee on my back to the point where I would have to plead with him to get off me so that he would not kill me and hack into my laptop and phone and download all of my text messages. 'Aaron regularly threatened to 'break my jaw' and would cry, beg me to stay, and promise to get help – none of which ever happened. 'Aaron has caused me at least three concussions. Aaron has told me that he has left recording devices to record me while I was alone in hotel rooms and at my townhouses.' According to the outlet, she attached two photos of a black eye from January 17 to her filing, and alleged that he struck her in the eye. Just days before Phypers filed for divorce, Richards alleged that he 'repeatedly got within two inches of [her] face and screamed… degrading profanities, including calling me a 'c*** w***e' and a 'piece of s**t.' 'Aaron repeatedly grabbed my left arm tightly.' The OnlyFans model claimed that he came to her home the following day and yelled similar insults, before chasing her, forcefully grabbing both of her arms and dragging her to the ground. 'I landed on the stairs, causing immense pain,' she reportedly said. 'Aaron stole my laptop and sent private messages he had stolen from my laptop without my permission. 'Aaron threatened that I would 'disappear' if I called the police.' Richards also accused Phypers of downloading the contents of her iCloud, including private messages, and transferring them to his laptop while she slept. She alleged that he 'smashed' the top of her head with his palm while she was in the bathroom, demanding her phone. The Friends star also claimed that her former partner owned eight unregistered guns, and informed her that 'because the guns are unregistered that if he used them, no one would be able to track them'. In the documents, she reportedly explained that she moved out of their home in 2023 due to marital issues, and rented three townhouses – insisting that she is the only person on all three leases. 'Beginning on July 4, 2025, I have repeatedly told Aaron that he is not allowed at any of my townhouses anymore, yet he has repeatedly entered the townhouses unexpectedly,' she added. As well as pleading for Phypers to remain 100 yards away, Richards requested that he return her laptops and everything that he allegedly downloaded from her devices. The pair met at Quantum, a healing center in Malibu where he worked, and they began dating in 2017, before tying the knot the following year. More Trending Their ceremony, and much of their relationship, was documented for the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills – which Richards starred on at the time. Phypers, who has not addressed the abuse claims publicly, filed for divorce on July 4, seeking spousal support and for their assets and debts to be kept as separate property. Richards was previously married to Charlie Sheen, and shares daughters Sami and Lola with him. She also adopted teenage daughter Eloise in 2011. Got a story? John Torode was sacked from MasterChef by the BBC for using the N-word during after work drinks, sources claim
John Torode lost his job at MasterChef after two decades over allegations that he used the N-word, it was claimed today. The Australian-born chef, 59, insists 'he had absolutely no recollection' of using a racist term while drinking after a day of filming seven years ago. But a witness told investigators he had apologised immediately, 'was mortified' and 'didn't use the term as a slur' in 2018. The BBC said on Tuesday that Torode's contract would not be renewed after a report found he had used an 'extremely offensive racist term' during drinks after filming the show. But the corporation has refused to say what the racist term was - as has Torode other than to claim he did 'not believe that it happened'. It was today described as the 'worst racial slur there is' by Richard Osman, who added of the investigation: 'They found that to be substantively true. They found evidence that they were happy with — that that was true'. This afternoon The Times has claimed that two people 'close to the report' alleged that Torode had used the N-word. There has also been feverish speculation online for days that this was the slur he allegedly used. MailOnline has asked the star's spokesman to comment. The 59-year-old has left MasterChef after having an allegation of using racist language was upheld against him. He faced nine allegations of poor behaviour between 2012 and 2019. Investigators said of the other eight that two could not be substantiated and there was insufficient evidence in the remaining six. One insider told MailOnline today that there was 'relief' at MasterChef HQ that Torode is gone, saying he was 'horrible' to work with at times. A third source claimed they had found him to be a 'very rude and patronising man'. John Torode was sacked after being accused of saying the 'worst racial slur there is' Torode said this week, after his sacking, in a lengthy statement posted to Instagram: 'Although I haven't heard from anyone at the BBC or Banijay – I am seeing and reading that I've been "sacked" from MasterChef and I repeat that I have no recollection of what I'm accused of'. It was also claimed the BBC and Banijay had asked Torode to leave MasterChef citing mental health problems. The BBC declined to comment on the claims. But an insider said: 'The BBC and Banijay spoke to his reps before the announcement on Tuesday. 'The BBC never suggested he resign nor raised mental health'. Richard Osman appears to know the racist term Torode was claimed to have used. Speaking on his Rest Is Entertainment podcast with Marina Hyde, he said that his sources were shocked when they heard Torode's claim he was not told he was being sacked before it was announced. 'This is not woke gone mad. He used I think probably the worst racial slur there is and they found that to be substantively true. They found evidence they were happy with. He said that he couldn't remember it. But that one was upheld', Richard said. 'More people are going to come out. They [the BBC and Banijay] are going public with the things they believe will stand up in court'. He added: 'If I were working at Banijay I would not be comfortable with that person working on a production that I was on.' Osman claimed that Torode was offered a year off and some training as a 'second chance' - but he refused. So he was fired. 'My understanding is that they took John Torode aside. And said we believe this happened and you used this language. He denied it. They said to him: "We will accept if you want to take a year off. You have to do a mandatory training course to understand and accept this is something we want in our workplace". 'That was denied. He said of course not. I didn't do it. Why would I do this', Richard claimed. Osman dismissed claims by Torode he wasn't told by the BBC or Banijay that he was being sacked. He said: 'My understanding is that isn't true. The first time he heard it was when he was told it.' And on the claims Torode was told by the BBC he could quit blaming a mental health crisis, he added: 'I have rarely heard a more vehement denial from everyone involved that that conversation certainly didn't happen.' Torode is said to be considering taking legal action against the BBC after he was sacked from MasterChef. Sources suggest the chef is 'preparing to launch a lawsuit against the BBC' and wants to pursue bosses for unfair dismissal. 'He's telling people there is no proof of his supposed comment. It was not in a work capacity, it was just hearsay. John is determined to clear his name,' sources told The Mirror. But, such legal action may prove impossible for Torode as sources told MailOnline his contract was with Banijay rather than the BBC. This comes as MasterChef bosses are reportedly pushing to air Gregg Wallace and John Torode's final series 'when the dust settles' after they were both sacked from the cooking show. The upcoming series' - which have already been filmed - features former I'm A Celeb star and restaurant critic Grace Dent, who replaced Wallace to co-host with Torode. The Sun reports that The BBC and production company Banijay plan to air both the amateur and celebrity editions. However, MailOnline understands BBC director general Tim Davie, who has the final say, has not yet made his decision on whether MasterChef will or will not be aired. A source told the Sun: 'The BBC and Banijay have faced a moral and professional dilemma like never before. Obviously Gregg's case was more clear cut, but John being dragged through the mud wasn't what anyone wanted or expected to happen. 'But at the same time, and as a publicly funded body, the BBC has a duty to both provide entertainment as well as fulfil its obligations to cast, crew, contestants and viewers alike. 'If they were to can these two series, hundreds of people — those who appeared or worked on the shows — would be so bitterly disappointed. So the feeling at present is that the show, quite literally, must go on — albeit once the dust has settled and all the fuss died down.' MailOnline has contacted the BBC for comment. The Australian chef was dramatically axed from MasterChef - hours after the BBC's director general refused to back him over an allegation of using racist language. The corporation said the host's contract would not be renewed after a report found he had used an 'extremely offensive racist term' during drinks after filming the show. The complaint against Torode was revealed in the report into co-presenter Wallace's inappropriate behaviour. Wallace, 60, was sacked after dozens of complaints against him were upheld. Torode identified himself on Monday as an unnamed person in the report who was accused of using 'racist language'. However, the presenter said 'he had absolutely no recollection' of the incident and did 'not believe that it happened'. But in a statement yesterday, the BBC said: 'This allegation - which involves an extremely offensive racist term being used in the workplace - was investigated and substantiated by the independent investigation led by the law firm Lewis Silkin. 'The BBC takes this upheld finding extremely seriously. 'We will not tolerate racist language of any kind and we told Banijay UK, the makers of MasterChef, that action must be taken. John Torode's contract on MasterChef will not be renewed.' Hours before the announcement, BBC director general Tim Davie had refused to back him and said he expected 'action to be taken' over the allegation. He delivered the remarks as the BBC released its annual report - an occasion overshadowed by controversies for the second year in a row. Last year's was published amid the fallout over news presenter Huw Edwards who pleaded guilty to possessing indecent images of children. Asked about the Torode racism row, Tim Davie said: 'The BBC in some ways are quite simple on this - if someone is found to not live up to our values we expect the independent company, Banijay in this case, to take action and report back to us on what they have done. 'These are not BBC employees, but we absolutely expect action to be taken.' Mr Davie added: 'I think a great programme that's loved by audiences is much bigger than individuals. 'It absolutely can survive and prosper, but we've got to make ing drinks sure we're in the right place in ness terms of the culture of the show.' It had been alleged by a source close to John that he had used an inappropriate racial term during drinks after filming. The witness claimed he had apologised immediately and 'was mortified' and he 'didn't use the term as a slur'. No one complained at the time but the incident was brought up during the inquiry into Wallace, they said. On Monday, Torode said he had 'absolutely no recollection' of the incident and was 'shocked and saddened' by the allegation. 'I would never wish to cause anyone offence,' he added. Responding to his sacking, the chef, who is married to actress and former Celebrity MasterChef contestant Lisa Faulkner, said: 'I'd hoped that I'd have some say in my exit from a show I've worked on since its relaunch in 2005, but events in the last few says seem to have prevented that.' He said he 'had loved every minute' working on the show but it was 'time to pass the cutlery to someone else'.
