Natalie Imbruglia's fans have her back.
The Australian-British singer, 50, best known for her 1997 hit 'Torn,' received some unkind comments after a recent appearance alongside The Corrs and Imelda May in Cork, Ireland. In a video shared to social media, the 50-year-old songstress can be seen energetically belting out 'Torn,' wearing a billowing black skirt, slim black top, and boots. She bounced around the stage, much to the delight of fans thrilled to be transported back in time.
But unkind comments sparked a debate in the comment section, with Imbruglia's supporters rushing to her defense.
'All the people calling her fat in the comments are truly the least attractive people online,' one fan wrote. 'They're also mainly failures. How many of them have been as successful as MI? X'
Another added, 'Blimey. She's 50. She looks incredible.'One supporter noted, 'Still looking good though at 50… most of the haters aren't coming close to looking that good in their 30s!'
Many fans echoed those sentiments, appreciating the sight of what one called a 'real woman' on stage. Another fan summed it up: 'Aged like fine wine.'
We couldn't agree more.

Denis Villeneuve to direct next James Bond film in major franchise shake-up
Denis Villeneuve has been confirmed as the director of the next James Bond film, Amazon MGM Studios has announced. The Oscar-nominated Canadian filmmaker, best known for helming critically acclaimed blockbusters including Dune, Arrival and Blade Runner 2049, will take the reins of the iconic British spy series as part of a significant creative overhaul. The director said in a statement on Wednesday: 'Some of my earliest movie-going memories are connected to 007. 'I grew up watching James Bond films with my father, ever since Dr. No with Sean Connery. I'm a die-hard Bond fan. To me, he's sacred territory. 'I intend to honour the tradition and open the path for many new missions to come. This is a massive responsibility, but also, incredibly exciting for me and a huge honour.' Head of Amazon MGM Studios, Mike Hopkins, said of Villeneuve joining the franchise: 'We are honoured that Denis has agreed to direct James Bond's next chapter. 'He is a cinematic master, whose filmography speaks for itself… James Bond is in the hands of one of today's greatest filmmakers and we cannot wait to get started on 007's next adventure.' Villeneuve's appointment comes as Eon Productions, run by longtime producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G Wilson, handed over creative control of the franchise in a landmark deal. Wilson and Broccoli had produced the franchise since the death of Albert 'Cubby' Broccoli. The official film franchise had been controlled by members of the Broccoli family, either single-handedly or in partnership with others, since the first 007 movie Dr No in 1962. The move signalled a new era for 007 following the departure of Daniel Craig, who concluded his tenure as Bond with No Time to Die, which grossed $774 million worldwide. A release date has not yet been announced and the casting of the new Bond remains unconfirmed. Speculation continues to swirl, with Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Theo James and James Norton all considered frontrunners for the role. Taylor-Johnson recently stoked fresh speculation when he told press on the red carpet for 28 Years Later that he 'couldn't talk about' his next project. Villeneuve is currently preparing to begin production on Dune: Messiah, the third film in his Dune series, which is set for release in 2026. He is also attached to a number of other high-profile projects, including a Cleopatra biopic, an adaptation of Arthur C. Clarke's Rendezvous with Rama, and a film based on a short story by South Korean science fiction author Kim Bo-young.

Cecilie Bahnsen Resort 2026 Collection
Cecilie Bahnsen's resort collection is a coda to her fall 2025 show. Once again the designer has tempered the runaway romance of her work with functional, yet feminized, athletic gear. So a pair of drawstring shorts is appliqued with embroidered three-dimensional flowers and the hardware takes the shape of a daisy. Unique to this offering are a series of zip-front jackets made in collaboration with Alpha Industries. There's one that has a petal-like laser-cut design, and others with multicolored, or alternatively monochrome, embroidered patches taken from a vintage gardening book with hand-tinted plates that the designer found in England. She said she loved how some of the colors bled and showed an example of a plate where the flower extends beyond the frame. It's an apt metaphor: Bahnsen will soon mark her first decade in business. In that time, she's demonstrated how romantic fantasy dresses can break out of the occasion category and permeate day-to-day life. Nature is both beautiful and willful. Some of its uncontrollability is captured in the lookbook pictures which, Bahnsen said, were taken 'on a beautiful Danish summer day with wind everywhere.' The wind really played up the buoyancy of short, girly, bouffant dresses, while it rippled more gently on narrow, semi-sheer dresses with slightly dropped waists, which felt more sophisticated. Growing strawberries with her son, the designer said, has her feeling connected to nature. As they ripen, she explained, there is 'something that spills over and inspires something new. There's a true relaxedness to it that I thought was also important for the collection: to have that real ease of how I wear it every day.'

Denis Villeneuve unveiled a new director of James Bond
Denis Villeneuve will helm the next James Bond film. Despite there still being no actor confirmed to take over from Daniel Craig as the suave spy after he hung up his tuxedo in 2021's No Time To Die, the Dune and Blade Runner 2049 helmer has been unveiled as the director. He takes over the job from Cary Joji Fukunaga. Villeneuve, 57, has vowed to "honour the tradition and open the path for many new missions to come." In a statement, he said: "Some of my earliest movie-going memories are connected to 007. I grew up watching James Bond films with my father, ever since Dr No with Sean Connery. "To me, he's sacred territory. I intend to honour the tradition and open the path for many new missions to come." His promise comes amid much discussion surrounding the blockbuster action franchise and the hope that it will be entirely overhauled in its next era. Amazon MGM Studios, Mike Hopkins, commented: "Denis has delivered compelling worlds, dynamic visuals, complex characters, and - most importantly - the immersive storytelling that global audiences yearn to experience in theatres. "James Bond is in the hands of one of today's greatest filmmakers and we cannot wait to get started on 007's next adventure." Earlier this year, Amazon Studios took control of the franchise from Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson, while Amy Pascal and David Heyman are attached to produce the next film in the super spy series. Speaking at CinemaCon in April, Amazon MGM executives Courtenay Valenti and Sue Kroll told the convention: "We are committed to honouring the legacy of this iconic character while bringing a fresh, exotic new chapter to audiences around the world alongside Amy and David. "They're both in London getting started and couldn't be here tonight, but we wanted to thank them for what we know to make an incredible partnership.' As for the next Bond, Aaron Taylor-Johnson recently hinted he could be 007. The 35-year-old actor has been heavily rumoured to be the next Bond and gave a very coy response when asked about what he'll be doing after working on 28 Years Later. Quizzed by Deadline at the horror movie's premiere on June 18, he said: "I can't talk about it." Taylor-Johnson was already being led away before the question was asked, and flashed a smile after his cryptic answer. A few weeks prior, the Hollywood star was announced as a global ambassador for Swiss brand Omega, which has been the Bond franchise's go-to watch brand since 1995's GoldenEye, with every 007 since Pierce Brosnan wearing their timepieces on screen. Taylor-Johnson said at the time: "I have always had an appreciation for timepieces, but especially for Omega. 'Now, after visiting the factory, I am in awe of the skill required to manufacture such a luxurious product.' Meanwhile, Omega's CEO Raynald Aeschlimann praised him as a "versatile actor with a range that covers action, thriller, romance, and much more".
