Does Novocaine have a post-credits scene? This dark comedy action-thriller follows a man who feels no physical pain as he embarks on a mission to rescue the woman of his dreams after her abduction. With post-credit scenes being a common feature in modern films, many are curious to know if director Dan Berk included one.
Find out whether Novocaine has a post-credits scene or if the film concludes without any additional footage.
No, Novocaine does not feature a post-credits, mid-credits, or end-credits scene.
This action-comedy thriller does not include any additional scenes during or after the credits. The filmmakers aimed to maintain a focused and self-contained narrative, which is why there are no extra scenes in Novocaine. This choice prevents any further hints at potential sequels. While many blockbuster franchises frequently use post-credit scenes to set up future installments, Novocaine stands as an independent film.
Directed by Dan Berk and Robert Olsen, the film follows Nathan Caine, a reserved and kind-hearted introvert who has a rare condition known as congenital insensitivity to pain (CIP). Employed as an assistant manager at a bank, he develops feelings for a coworker, Sherry, and cherishes their time together. In a moment of trust, he reveals his unique condition to her: he is unable to feel physical pain.
However, their lives take a dramatic turn when a major robbery occurs at his bank. Sherry becomes entangled in the dangerous situation as the criminals take her hostage. Determined to save her and prove his love, Nathan embarks on a perilous journey, facing intense confrontations and challenges.
The movie has a runtime of 110 minutes and features notable actors such as Jack Quaid, Amber Midthunder, Ray Nicholson, Jacob Batalon, Betty Gabriel, Matt Walsh, and others. At the time of writing, Novocaine holds an 86% Rotten Tomatoes rating and is available in 2D, D-Box, 4DX, and MX4D. It will stream on Paramount+ after its theatrical run, with a release date yet to be announced.
The R-rated action-thriller Novocaine (2025) is set to be released in theaters nationwide on Friday, March 14, 2025.

The Agency Season 2: Release date speculation, cast updates and plot details – Everything we know so far

By Aman Shukla Published on August 18, 2025, 19:00 IST Last updated August 18, 2025, 11:45 IST The Agency hooked millions with its slick spy drama, racking up over 5.1 million global streams on Paramount+ when it dropped on November 29, 2024. Now, with Season 1's jaw-dropping finale still fresh, fans are itching for Season 2. What's next for Martian and the crew? Here's the lowdown on when it might land, who's in the cast, and what plot twists are brewing, based on everything out there so far. The Agency Season 2 Potential Release Date Trying to nail down a release date for The Agency Season 2 feels like decoding a secret message, but there's enough chatter to make an educated guess. Filming started in spring 2025, hopping between London, Estonia, and Egypt for that globe-trotting vibe. Since the show doesn't lean heavily on CGI, production moves fast. Some fans are betting on a late 2025 premiere—maybe December to match Season 1's timing—while others think early 2026 is more likely. Paramount+ hasn't spilled an official date yet, but the show's massive debut means they're probably pushing to keep fans hooked. Keep your eyes peeled for news on Paramount+ or Showtime's socials for the latest. The Agency Season 2 Expected Cast The cast of The Agency is a big part of why it's a hit, and Season 2 is bringing back the heavy hitters. Michael Fassbender is locked in as Martian, the CIA operative juggling covert missions and a messy love life. Jeffrey Wright's back as Henry Ogletree, the agency bigwig, and Richard Gere returns as Bosko, the tough-as-nails London Station Chief. Jodie Turner-Smith's Dr. Sami Zahir is expected to show up too, even after that cliffhanger left her fate up in the air. Rounding out the returning crew are Katherine Waterston (Naomi), John Magaro (Owen), Saura Lightfoot-Leon (Danny), Harriet Sansom Harris (Dr. Rachel Blake), Andrew Brooke (Grandpa), India Fowler (Poppy), Reza Brojerdi (Reza), and Alex Reznik (Coyote). New faces are shaking things up, too. Christian Ochoa Lavernia joins as a regular, playing Grandma, a mysterious agent linked to Grandpa. Then there's Clayne Crawford as Viking, Keanush Tafreshi as Hassan Zamani, Medalion Rahimi as Darya, Raza Jaffrey as Craig, and Tessa Ferrer as Robyn, all popping up in recurring roles. These additions hint at bigger, bolder storylines, maybe diving into new corners of the spy world. Fans are also wondering if Hugh Bonneville's shady MI6 guy, James, will sneak back in, but nothing's confirmed yet. The Agency Season 2 Potential Plot Warning: Season 1 spoilers ahead! If you're not caught up, Season 1 ended with a bang. Martian pulled off a daring extraction of Coyote but got roped into a new gig as a double agent for MI6's Richardson, all to protect Sami, his old flame. Season 2 is set to lean hard into this double-agent drama, with Martian walking a tightrope between the CIA and MI6. Expect plenty of tension as he wrestles with loyalty, lies, and the high stakes of espionage. Meanwhile, Danny's mission in Tehran, sniffing out intel on Iran's nuclear program, should keep the geopolitical heat turned up. Jeffrey Wright dropped a hint in a Variety interview that Henry might face some workplace drama as a DEI hire, bringing real-world issues into the mix. The showrunners, Jez and John-Henry Butterworth, have teased that Season 2 will mirror today's chaotic global scene, calling it a 'golden age' for spies who can vanish off the radar. Michael Fassbender told Deadline the new season is 'relentless,' with bigger risks and more emotional gut-punches. Sounds like viewers are in for a wild ride. Bryan Cranston reveals the surprising inspiration behind his outlandish character on ‘The Studio'

When preparing to play Continental Pictures CEO Griffin Mill on Apple TV+'s hit comedy The Studio, Bryan Cranston knew he unlocked the role after listening to one particular audiobook: former Paramount boss Robert Evans' autobiography, The Kid Stays in the Picture. 'I thought, 'That's the guy,'' Cranston explained during The Studio's panel at the inaugural Televerse Festival in Los Angeles on Saturday. The Breaking Bad star then offered a hilarious impersonation of Evans. 'He creates a false sense of humility. He will say things like, 'I was having lunch in the Paramount commissary and in walked this broad and she was gorgeous, and I knew I had to have her. But who am I? I'm a schmuck. I will never get her. But you know what, in a week's time, I did get her.' Oh my God is that inappropriate at every level. I thought this is the guy I would like to play.' More from Gold Derby 'Incredibly sad and shocking to us': 'Andor' creator Tony Gilroy on real-world politics mirroring the prescient 'Star Wars' series Steve Martin reflects on a magical, full-circle 80th birthday: 'It's like going to work when you're 15 and coming home from work and you're 80' Cranston is Emmy-nominated for his role on the satirical comedy, which tallied 23 Emmy bids, including for Best Comedy Series. The actor also bluntly set the record straight on speculation that his character was based on Warner Bros. CEO David Zaslav. 'I did a deep dive on him and I thought, 'Well he's so boring. That's not going to happen.' There is nothing funny about David. I'm sure he's a very good CEO.' Sitting next to the show's creator and star Seth Rogen, executive producer James Weaver, and costars Kathryn Hahn, Chase Sui Wonders, and Dave Franco, Cranston said it was liberating to be on a show where you are allowed to say and do inappropriate things. 'That's the fun. We get to let the dark sides of our character come out and play,' said Cranston, who added that as soon as he read the pilot, he was a go. 'I was like, 'I am in. Whatever you want me to do.'' During the panel, Rogen, who stars as Matt Remick, the frazzled new head of Continental Studios under Cranston's Mill, said his inspiration for creating The Studio came from his own experience in Hollywood — both the good and the bad. 'We have worked in the industry for a while with some conflict but general success. First and foremost, we do love this industry. This industry has afforded us lives that are beyond our wildest dreams," said Rogen. "We really wanted to capture what it is we love about Hollywood and making movies and show how hard it is.'
