About 'When The Stars Gossip'
A new-age sci-fi show, 'When The Stars Gossip,' followed the story of Gong Ryong, a space tourist and OBGYN played by Lee Min Ho, and Eve Kim, a Korean-American astronaut played by Gong Hyo Jin. It followed both of the characters as they navigated the challenges of operating in space. Hyo Jin Talks About the Show and Her Experience
The actress talked about the production process of the series and called it one of the most unique experiences she has had while filming. As reported by Kbizoom, visual effects and post-production processes of the show were given a lot of attention. This and other factors ended up extending the time period of the development of the show, spanning over 2 years.
Addressing the show's backlash, she shared that 'The story was complicated, not easy for viewers to digest.' She addressed the fact that the show may have been overly complicated and an ambitious project that the audience could not understand fully.
The emotional ending sent viewers reeling back.
Even the emotional and gut-wrenching finale of the show received mixed reviews. The actress shared that the scene of her character's death was not well received, not even by her own family. She shared that 'My mom cried for three days. She even asked me if it would get better next week. That's when I realized how difficult it was for older viewers to understand.'
The filming process and challenges faced
The actress shared that every episode was a journey in itself and oftentimes took over two months to film. The entirety of 16 episodes took a whole year just to film, making the process time-consuming and challenging.
Hyo Jin also recalled how she and her other co-stars used to be suspended with wires for up to 15 hours a day. Since the show was set in a zero-gravity setting, the cast had to bear with being suspended by wires.
While talking about the challenges, the actress also shared that oftentimes she would also have to plead with the production crew to let her sit down and rest, as her body would lose circulation and she would be in a lot of pain.
Ambitious projects and trying new genres
While discussing the theme of the show, the actress shared that 'People said space is still too early for
Korean dramas
. And maybe they're right.' She emphasized that while the concept of the show was new and complicated for Korean audiences, it does not take away from the need to try new things and genres.
To reassure the audience, she shared that 'We expected this. Don't worry about us. We're grateful the drama even made it to air.'

Appearing on CarCast , the WWE veteran said that he has injured himself multiple times while getting fight-ready for the finale. "I know the date (of my retirement match). No one else knows the date public-wise… I hurt myself a couple times in the past three months. But I pulled back... I've got a very high bar to set that I set for myself and 99 times out of a hundred, it's unrealistic… I've been in the ring a couple times. I'm gonna get in the ring again today and it's just tough, man. It is tough.' Goldberg said that he knows it is unrealistic, especially at this age, to think that his body can handle the pressure that he is putting it in. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Giao dịch vàng CFDs với mức chênh lệch giá thấp nhất IC Markets Đăng ký Undo But at the same time, he wants to do the best he can in what would be his goodbye to something he has loved for so long. Love, lineage, and luxury are all set to collide in what promises to be the most talked-about wedding of the season. With its storybook charm, royal ties, and A-list neighbours, the countryside setting is the perfect stage for a union that blends Silicon Valley legacy with equestrian prestige. Venue of the wedding The venue? According to the Daily Mail Report, the venue is none other than the celebrity-favourite Cotswolds—known for its scenic English charm and A-list residents with properties there like the Beckhams and Ellen DeGeneres. Set against rolling green hills and historic estates, this countryside wedding promises elegance, opulence, and a guest list that rivals any red carpet event. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Play War Thunder now for free War Thunder Play Now Guest list Names like Princess Beatrice- a member of the British Royal Family and niece of King Charles III, former U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris , and the daughters of Bill and Melinda Gates- Jennifer and Phoebe Gates, are all reportedly on the invite list. And while Eve's siblings Reed and Erin Jobs are expected to attend, it's unclear whether her half-sister Lisa Brennan-Jobs will be part of the ceremony. About Eve Jobs and Harry Charles They may come from vastly different worlds, one a Silicon Valley heiress, the other born into British equestrian royalty, but together, Eve Jobs and Harry Charles are the definition of modern-day aristocracy with flair. At 26, Eve Jobs isn't just the youngest daughter of the iconic Steve Jobs, she's a force of her own. A Stanford grad with a passion for horses and haute couture, Eve has gracefully leapt from elite showjumping circuits to high fashion catwalks. According to the San Francisco Chronicle, with campaigns for Louis Vuitton and appearances on Paris runways, she's rewriting what it means to be a tech heiress in the age of Instagram. Her fiancé, 25-year-old Harry Charles, is a gold-medalist Olympian who made headlines at the 2024 Paris Games for competing and winning with a fractured arm. Harry isn't just talented, he's tenacious. Riding high on his family's legacy (his father Peter Charles helped secure Britain's first team jumping gold in six decades), Harry has earned his own spotlight. The couple made their debut as a duo at the Paris Olympics, turning heads not just for their athletic prowess but for their effortless chemistry. A shared love for horses quickly turned into something deeper, and soon after, an engagement that's now leading to what insiders are calling the 'wedding of the year.'
