‘What the F—?!' Prince Andrew Goes Off After Book Claims He Was With 40 Women in 1 Night
Case in point, the prince's reaction to a very normal thing: a speed bump, which has just been installed on the road outside his house, Royal Lodge, located in Windsor Great Park. The Sun reports that Andrew happened to notice workers while he was out riding and yelled at them: 'What the f— are you doing now?'

Ironically, Andrew might be a bit of the reason the speed bump is being installed in the first place. The prince is reportedly known for driving at high speed in and out of his residence, something he won't be able to do now, as one of the speed bumps has been placed right on the approach to the gates. Since the Windsor Great Park and the roads within it are privately owned by the Crown and car usage is reserved for residents, it seems clear who the speed bump is meant for.
There are reports that the prince crashed his Range Rover through electric gates in Windsor Great Park to avoid a detour in 2016. The authorities declined to launch an investigation then, but they clearly took notice.
But a speed bump is truly the least of Prince Andrew's problems. His older brother, King Charles, is sick, and though he has so far protected Andrew up to a point, likely because that's what Queen Elizabeth would have wanted, he won't be King for too much longer. Andrew doesn't really get along with his nephews, Prince William and Prince Harry. And he doesn't seem to be especially close to his siblings either, with those like Princess Anne, who are very well regarded, keeping their public distance from him.
This all comes as the new book has been filled with bombshell revelations, perhaps none as shocking as the claim that more than 40 women were once brought to the Duke of York's hotel during a stay in Bangkok in 2006. Worst of all? He was there representing the crown at the King of Thailand's diamond jubilee.

'Hotel staff were used to foreigners bringing in girls, but amazed that more than 10 a day were going to Andrew's room,' Lownie wrote. 'Often, as soon as one left, another would arrive,' a witness told the biographer.
The Telegraph recently reported that Prince William knows 'something still needs to be done' with Andrew. And according to this report, William has no plans to treat Andrew with the kid's gloves he has been treated with so far. Instead, plans for Prince Andrew reportedly include banning him from William's coronation, removing his Order of the Garter, and stripping him of his 'Prince' title.
Quite a fall from grace for the prince, and considering the recent reports and the older controversies, it's easy to see why.

Even Volkswagen Is Doing Horsepower Subscriptions Now
The latest car news, reviews, and features. Subscriptions are coming for us all, in every aspect of life, and all we can do is avoid them. That just became a little tougher for owners of Volkswagen's smallest EV, the ID.3, in the U.K. See, we're used to hearing about subscriptions for improved performance and creature comforts on luxury cars, but VW's trialing BMW and Mercedes-Benz's greatest hits of consumer-hostile policies and gating an additional 27 horsepower behind a $22.30 monthly payment on the ID.3. Alternatively, owners can shell out $878 to unlock that power permanently, for the life of the vehicle. This news comes courtesy of AutoExpress , and it's alarming for several reasons. First, again, the ID.3 isn't exactly a bargain, starting at the equivalent of $41,770, but it's also no Mercedes EQE. Second, as the article points out, the car is registered at 228 hp stock, which affects insurance rates, even though owners only get 201 hp before subscribing. So, you're paying a penalty on your insurance premium based on power that you can only access if you give Volkswagen yet more money every month. This monthly fee also lifts torque from the standard 195 lb-ft to 228 lb-ft, and VW says that the increase in output doesn't impact range—so at least there's that. The optional software upgrade applies to all trims of the ID.3 except for the speedy GTX variant, which has around 320 horsepower and costs $21,600 more. All told, that's roughly $63K—for VW's smallest EV! And you thought the Golf R was pricey. The more I learn about this thing, the less sad I am that it's not offered in the States. Side note: This is a $63,000 car. Hendryk Meyer/Volkswagen The best outcome we can hope for in these cases is that the outcry against it becomes so loud that VW relents. That's worked to some degree on this side of the pond, with BMW's heated-seat policies. But the retractions don't last forever, and automakers are pretty much set on biding their time until software-locking everything is normalized, and they can get away with all of it. Got tips? Nearly £1,000 raised for Prostate Cancer UK at classic car picnic
A classic car picnic held in Oxfordshire has raised almost £1,000 for Prostate Cancer UK. The MG and Classic Car Charity Picnic at Millets Farm Centre near Marcham saw an 'eclectic mix' of vehicles brought along in the name of the charity. The MG car club was formed in 1930 and since then has looked to celebrate automobiles in particular of the MG brand. On Sunday, August 10 the group got together between 9am and 3pm for its latest annual picnic at which a record amount was raised for Prostate Cancer UK. READ MORE: Open to all cars, old Fords, Rolls Royces, Rovers and some American classics were among the 130 on display with £844 being raised in total for the charity. 'It was a very relaxed event,' said Neil Hyett, the main organiser of the show. 'People could turn up when they wanted.' The 71-year-old retiree added: 'Prostate cancer is an important charity as many of the classic car owners are susceptible and we get a lot of support for it. 'A few people there have had prostate cancer. It's a very relevant charity to owners of classic cars.' He added that he was grateful for the support of Millets Farm Centre. One in eight men will get prostate cancer in their life with the charity offering support to those impacted and funding for research. The event was fully put on by volunteers and saw people displaying their own cars while viewing other vehicles and picnicking.
