Yemen: US strikes kill 2 civilians, injure 4 others
Yemen's Saba news agency quoted a source that four air raids were launched in the area.
The denial came in response to President Donald Trump's post on X, who shared a video purportedly showing the strike's aftermath.
The source claimed the footage instead depicted 'a tribal gathering of villagers celebrating Eid ul-Fitr in the coastal city of Hodeidah,' asserting that the individuals present had no connection to military activities.
There was no immediate confirmation from US Central Command regarding the airstrikes or the nature of the target.
The strike comes amid escalating tensions following President Donald Trump's warning that 'YOUR TIME IS UP, AND YOUR ATTACKS MUST STOP!"
The Houthis initiated their attacks on Israel-linked vessels in the Red Sea in November 2023, to pressure for humanitarian aid access to Gaza.
A ceasefire in January 2025 led to a temporary halt in these attacks, until the collapse of the truce and Israel's resumption of military operations in Gaza, when the Houthis declared the resumption of their attacks.

PFLP: Smotrich's statements reflect fascist trends within Israeli occupation government
Gaza – SABA: The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) stated on Tuesday that " the aggressive and racist statements made by the fascist, racist, and criminal Zionist minister Bezalel Smotrich — in which he openly called for the re-establishment of settlements in the Gaza Strip and claimed it as part of what he called 'the Land of Israel' — reflect the growing fascist and Judaization-oriented tendencies within the Israeli occupation government." The Front emphasized that these remarks "confirm that the occupation is pressing forward with its colonial expansionist plans, not only in the occupied West Bank but also in the Gaza Strip." In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), the PFLP added: "These remarks express the core of the criminal program of the occupation government and its ongoing war against the Palestinian people, their existence, and their land. It is a desperate attempt to legitimize ethnic cleansing and impose settler sovereignty over Gaza." The statement further noted that such remarks are "part of a comprehensive plan to entrench the reality of occupation through genocide, starvation, control, and settlement — all under American involvement and blatant international complicity." The PFLP stressed that "the Palestinian people — who have sacrificed thousands of martyrs, wounded, and prisoners in pursuit of national liberation — will continue to resist these settlement projects by all means of resistance, and will fiercely defend every inch of Palestinian land, as it is an unalienable right that cannot be taken away, regardless of the crimes, massacres, and schemes." The Front called on "the masses of the Palestinian people and all national and social forces to achieve firm political and on-the-ground unity to confront these colonial plans." It affirmed that "the response to Smotrich's statements will be through increased resilience, clinging to the land, and escalating resistance across all areas under occupation until it is completely defeated and eradicated from our land." Finally, the PFLP urged "the international community to assume its responsibilities, end the policy of double standards, and take a clear and firm stance against these dangerous plans that embolden the occupation to continue its Judaization and settlement projects and commit further acts of genocide, ethnic cleansing, and starvation against the Palestinian people." "Palestinian Ahrar Movement condemns Arab silence & international inaction amid ongoing bloodshed in Gaza"
Gaza – Saba: The Palestinian Ahrar Movement on Tuesday strongly condemned the Arab silence and international failure to stop the ongoing bloodshed in the Gaza Strip. In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), the movement called on the United Nations, its affiliated bodies, all human rights and humanitarian organizations to take a bold stance against the acts of genocide and ethnic cleansing committed against the Palestinian people in Gaza. The movement urged a break from silence and immediate, active intervention to halt the systematic war crimes being committed against innocent civilians over the past 22 months — including massacres, starvation, and the destruction of all aspects of life. It emphasized the need to implement international law and court rulings that demand the condemnation and prosecution of Zionist war criminals — chiefly war criminal Netanyahu and his fascist government — and to ensure they do not escape punishment. The statement highlighted that the continued massacres and daily atrocities across the Gaza Strip — including the killing of dozens since dawn in Israeli Nazi military airstrikes on residential neighborhoods, displacement camps, shelters, and aid distribution points — confirm that the enemy shows no regard for the international community, international law, or the consequences of its widespread war crimes. It noted that over 81 martyrs, including 32 aid seekers, have been killed so far today. Whatsapp Telegram Email Print

IDF says it has intercepted missile fired from Yemen
The Israeli military said on Tuesday it had intercepted a missile launched from Yemen toward Israel that triggered sirens in several areas in the country. The Iran-aligned Houthis who control northern Yemen have been firing at Israel and attacking shipping lanes, in what the group says is solidarity with the Palestinians against Israel in the Gaza war. Most of the dozens of missiles and drones they have launched have been intercepted or fallen short. Israel has carried out a series of retaliatory strikes.
