They have confirmed there was one vehicle involved in the crash - a blue Peugeot van - that was travelling from Clay Lane Bridge towards St Issells Avenue at the time of the crash. The teen was taken to Morriston Hospital in Swansea to be treated for serious injuries. Police are now appealing for anyone with any information, including dashcam or CCTV footage, to contact them directly. "The vehicle involved was a Blue Peugeot Bipper van, and it was travelling from the direction of Clay Lane Bridge towards St Issells Avenue when the collision occurred. "A 15-year-old passenger in the van sustained serious injury and was conveyed by ambulance to Morriston Hospital. "A 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and remains in police custody at this time. The collision happened on the A40 at Manordeilo at around 8.15am. A 29-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of drugs. A spokesperson for Dyfed-Powys Police said: 'Police attended a two vehicle collision on the A40 at Manordeilo. 'A white Lexon van and a grey Volkswagon were involved in a collision at about 8.15am this morning, Tuesday July 22. Two people were taken to hospital by ambulance. 'A 29-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of driving while under the influence of drugs and currently remains in police custody. The road was closed, with diversions in place, and reopened at 10.35am.
