Sean 'Diddy' Combs Trial: Supporter Escorted Out for Outburst

Order was briefly absent from the courtroom.
As Sean 'Diddy' Combs sat alongside his defense team during his sex trafficking trial in New York June 3, a supporter was removed by law enforcement after a shocking disruption in the main courtroom, according to NBC News reporters in the room.
"Everyone is laughing at Diddy," the woman—who has previously viewed the proceedings from the overflow room, according to the outlet—shouted. 'It's not right what they're doing to him!"
She appeared to yell at the Combs, 'People are trying to do you wrong.'
After the woman exited the courtroom, the former security supervisor at the InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles Eddy Garcia took the stand in connection with Combs' assault on ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura at the hotel in 2016.
Garcia—who testified under an immunity order, per NBC News—accused the Bad Boy Records founder of paying the hotel security with a brown paper bag of $100,000 in exchange for the footage of the attack, which was subsequently released by CNN last May.

He said that after the incident—which Combs apologized for after the video was shared by the outlet—the rap mogul allegedly called him requesting the footage.
'He kept repeating that I sounded like a good guy and he said I could help with the video footage,' he testified. 'He said it would ruin his career. I apologized and told him I was only a security officer and didn't have access. I did not have the credentials to get to the server room where the original footage was.'
Garcia alleged that after telling his then-boss that Combs had offered to pay for the footage, his employer went into the server room and handed him a USB drive. After Garcia allegedly dropped off the memory card to the Diddy – Dirty Money alum, he said he signed an NDA with a $1 million penalty.
Afterward, Garcia said that Combs—who has pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, as well as transportation to engage in prostitution—had given him $100,000 to split between himself and two other hotel employees.
'We walked to my vehicle and he asked me how I was going to spend the money,' he testified. 'I said I didn't know and he said, 'Don't make big purchases.' I thought it meant he didn't want to draw attention.'

Dancer Sharay 'Pun' Hayes Shared Details Of Diddy 'Freak Offs' With Cam'Ron

Sharay 'Pun' Hayes, an author and exotic male dancer, recently took the stand in the Sean 'Diddy' Combs sex trafficking and racketeering trial. In a new interview with Cam'Ron, Hayes shared that for a full year, he didn't know he was engaging in so-called 'freak-offs' with Diddy and then-girlfriend Cassie. Hayes joined Cam'Ron's Talk With Flee program to discuss his past encounters with Diddy, including joining the beleaguered mogul and his former girlfriend as a third sexual partner in paid, scheduled meetups. The interview opens with Cam'Ron and Hayes reminiscing on their Harlem upbringing and playing basketball during high school, although the pair weren't directly familiar with one another. The conversation then steered into how Hayes got into exotic dancing and how he first made contact with Combs and Ventura. 'They just called up like they was just hiring [for] a regular party', Hayes began, adding that Ventura gave him a fake name to book the session. He added that Ventura stated to him that her husband, presumably referring to Combs, was endorsing her to hire a dancer for a birthday party and was paid just $200 at the time. What was striking about Hayes' account is that as he was booked for subsequent performances and shared, as he did from the witness stand, that Diddy and Cassie masked their identity, but that he discovered who they were by accident after a hotel TV displayed Combs' full name. With the disguise seemingly busted, Hayes said that Combs ditched the veils. Cam'Ron bluntly asked Hayes how sex was with Ventura, but he explained that it was difficult for him to get into the mix with Combs in the room and directing the scene as it were. 'Bro, I'm a be honest with you man, I couldn't get there,' Hayes shared, trying not to delve too much despite Cam'Ron's urging to be explicit. 'Like I got a dude pacing back and forth, beating his joint. 'My peripherals, my Spidey-senses is wilding, especially when I found out it was Puff. When I found it was Puff, it got all the way worse because if you grew up in Harlem, if you grew up in that era, I can't validate it, but everybody knows there's rumors, right, that he could be interested in dudes.' Bryana Bongolan, Cassie's Friend, Testifies Diddy Threatened Her Life And Said 'I Can Kill You'

A former graphic designer for Sean 'Diddy' Combs testified in federal court on Wednesday (June 4) that Diddy once dangled her over the edge of a 17th-floor balcony during a violent outburst. Per NBC News, Bryana 'Bana' Bongolan told jurors that the 2016 incident occurred at the Los Angeles apartment of Diddy's' former girlfriend, and her longtime friend, Cassandra 'Cassie' Ventura. According to Bongolan, Diddy verbally abused her while holding her over the railing for '10 to 15 seconds,' before throwing her onto patio furniture. 'I was scared to fall,' she recalled on the stand, adding that she had no idea what prompted the outburst. 'You know what the f**k you did,' Diddy allegedly shouted, according to her testimony. She also recalled Diddy allegedly said 'something along the lines of, 'I am the devil and I can kill you,'' and he had taken cocaine at the time of the incident. Bongolan explained that she she was 5'1″ and weighed approximately 100 to 115 pounds at the time. She claimed she attempted to brace herself and push back off him, but ended up with a bruise the size of a softball on her leg and pain in her neck and back. Jurors were reportedly shown photos of her in a neck brace. 'I have nightmares and I have a lot of paranoia,' she testified. 'I used to scream a lot in my sleep, but it's dissipated a little bit.' Even years later, Bongolan said she still experiences symptoms of trauma, including paranoia when opening doors or walking into rooms. She added that while Cassie did not witness the incident directly, she was present in the apartment and emerged from her bedroom in disbelief after hearing the commotion. 'Cassie was in her bedroom but she came out. I heard her voice — her tone was in disbelief,' Bongolan claimed. Following the bizarre alleged incident, the witness said she received a FaceTime call from either Diddy or someone on his team and expressed that she 'did not want any trouble.' She testified that the music mogul remained mostly silent while looking at the camera with his hand on his head. Diddy's defense attempted to discredit Bongolan, alleging she was a heavy drug user and may have been under the influence at the time of the incident — an accusation she denies. However, she did state earlier in her testimony that she and Cassie were both 'regular' drug users while in Diddy's 'social world.' 'We had a problem,' she said. Bongolan's testimony comes after notable figures' including Kid Cudi, Cassie, Capricorn Clark and others. Diddy is facing serious federal charges including: Racketeering Conspiracy; Sex Trafficking by Force, Fraud, or Coercion, and Transportation to Engage in Prostitution. The 55-year-old has denied all criminal allegations. However, FOX News Digital reports that Diddy's legal team acknowledged he committed domestic violence — in an attempt to negotiate lesser state charges and avoid federal prison time. The father-of-seven was arrested in October 2024 at the Park Hyatt in Manhattan and remains in custody. If convicted, he faces a potential sentence of 15 years to life in prison.
