THIS IS NOT A DRILL — BTS is coming back together in June 2025!!!
After Jin and J-hope finished their military enlistment in 2024, V and RM will be the first ones to come out from mandatory military enlistment on June 10th, followed by Jimin and Jungkook on June 11th and finally Suga being the last member to leave the military on June 21st — and thus the seven members will be back together!
She is me, I am her.
It's been a whole 2 years without our favorite members together. And it has certainly left a hole in our heart.
For the new baby ARMYs that joined during their military enlistment — there is no need to fear. This is THE guide to catch up on BTS's greatest moments and their activity during enlistment — so you can get ready to witness the greatest comeback!
1. Before the members set off for their enlistment, each of them released their solo albums—and it was a LOT.
2. Suga became the first BTS member to hold a successful solo world tour, D-Day, across Asia and USA.
3. Jungkook and the Calvin Klein 2023 Campaign — which had all of us dead.
Jungkook's washboard abs were all over billboards and had ARMYS savoring every walk and drive.
4. Jimin and Taeyang from Big Bang gave us the collaboration of the year with this banger - Vibe.
5. Jimin and Jungkook's singles Seven and Like Crazy achieved solo No. 1s on Billboard Hot 100s in 2023.
6. Jimin, Jungkook, and Suga were invited to The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon in 2023, to promote their new songs —giving us content of them being themselves we will value FOREVER.
7. Jungkook gave us a surprise performance at TSX Entertainment in Times Square, New York City on 9th November, 2023!
Watch the entire performance here:
8. RM released his award-winning album, Right Place, Wrong Person in May 2024 in the middle of his military enlistment.
9. Jin was named brand ambassador of Gucci in August 2024—another luxury house in the bag for BTS!
10. Jimin and Jungkook released their highly awaited travel show, Are You Sure?! on Disney Plus.
11. V was featured in IU's Love Wins All music video and proved why he is a great actor — and boyfriend material.
Watch the music video to see V's stellar acting:
12. J-hope released his new album, Hope On The Street, during his military enlistment.
After finishing his mandatory military enlistment, J-hope released two singles, Sweet Dreams Ft. Miguel and Mona Lisa.
The tour started on 28th February, and will end on June 1st, 2025.
13. Jin released two full albums since finishing his mandatory military enlistment: Happy and Echo
During the promotions of Echo, Jin announced his own solo world tour called #RunSeokin_EP.Tour!!
Whew, that was a lot to cover. While BTS achieved more than can be covered in a list, we are more excited to see what we will be getting when all of them are back together.
I am literally counting the minutes.
And as you catch up on all of this content, I will see you on 21st June.

BTS Unveils Plans for 2025 Festa Celebration in South Korea

BTS has shared new details about its upcoming 2025 FESTA, marking the K-pop group's 12th anniversary. This year's offline celebration is set for June 13–14 at KINTEX Exhibition Center 2 in Goyang, South Korea. The event will be open to the public and feature interactive activities, including a FESTA-themed game zone, DIY photo card stations, and a coloring wall inspired by BTS' album artwork. In conjunction with the in-person festivities, a lineup of online content — such as the annual 'BTS LIVE' and the family portrait — will be released. Exclusive merchandise will also be available. It remains unclear whether any BTS members will appear or perform at this year's FESTA. Billboard has reached out to the group's representatives for comment. At the 2024 FESTA, Jin made his first public appearance after completing his mandatory military service, personally greeting 1,000 fans with hugs. He also performed solo tracks 'The Astronaut' and 'Super Tuna,' along with BTS' 'Moon.' While none of the other BTS members were able to attend last year's FESTA, each wrote heartfelt letters to ARMY that were shared during the event. BTS made its Billboard chart debut in 2013, when 'No More Dream' entered at No. 14 on the World Digital Song Sales chart, eventually climbing to No. 2 seven years later. Since then, the group has shattered multiple records, including the most No. 1 debuts on the Billboard Hot 100 and the most top 10 debuts among groups. In recent years, each of the seven members has also made a mark individually, with all scoring solo entries on the Hot 100. Check out the 2025 FESTA website for further details.
