Shannon Sharpe, the NFL legend, was once known for his talent but the last few weeks might have just changed his life completely after he was accused of sexual assault. A young woman had sued Shannon Sharpe for a whopping $50 million and accused him of assaulting her on multiple occasions.
Shannon Sharpe has claimed that the young woman and he were in a relationship and it sparked outrage among fans due to their age gap. Recently, a video of Shannon Sharpe's take on older women has resurfaced and fans are shocked.

A few weeks ago, social media influencer Melanie King, took to X to share a clip from an episode of Shannon Sharpe's Nightcap podcast where he talks about old and young women.
The viral video clip shows Shannon Sharpe in a conversation with co-host Chad Ochocinco as he says, 'It's the older women trying to shame older men into picking them…Cause see, that's the competition.
Older women ain't the competition with older women. It's them young ones...that'll do what you want.'
Social media influencer Melanie King shared the video on X with a caption that read as, 'People are digging up clips of Shannon Sharpe putting down older women. He praises younger women for doing what he wants and not being independent. His accuser is 19 yrs old and finessed him for $50 million dollars' and fans are shocked.
Fans are furious at Shannon Sharpe's comments
A fan joked, 'She came with it and finessed you out of millions', while another fan wrote, 'This is just sooo 🙃 how do you sit and talk about women being old and you're also old af?? Then to follow up with you target young girls because they can be manipulated and are not independent yet. A PREDATOR'
A third fan commented, 'They'll do what you want doesn't sound like a predator to you guys?? Avoiding women his age because of what??? lol he's a typical old nasty man swearing he gets better with age but the women in his same level aren't 😂'
Another user wrote, 'And people were trying to say they didn't understand what tracee meant.
He's mad a woman told him he can't tell her what to do so he wants somebody young, broke and dependent on him.'
A fifth fan noted, 'It bothers me how much men think we care what they want. If you want a very young girl to do whatever you say that's fine. But you need to self reflect on why you need a servant vs a real romantic partner. F**king weird ass'
Shannon Sharpe maintains his innocence and has continued with his work on Nightcap podcast after he stepped down from ESPN's First Take a month ago.
