Hulk Hogan's widow Sky Daily, accused of locking down his estate, could inherit millions after his sudden passing
Hulk Hogan
passed away after a cardiac arrest on the morning of July 24. Even after almost 30 minutes of trying to revive him, paramedics faced failure, and he was pronounced dead after arriving at the hospital.
At the time of his passing, Hogan was assumed to have a $25 million net worth, which also included his $11.5 million mansion in Clearwater, Florida, alongside his multiple business ventures.
Now, recent chatter on the matter is that his widow, Sky Daily, could inherit 30% of his assets, which could lead to trouble with Hogan's children. Meanwhile, Daily has allegedly locked his estate within hours of his passing, which could also block legal claims from his two children - Brooke and Nick, on his assets.
Sky Daily set to inherit 30% of Hulk Hogan's assets after his death
Under Florida law, as his legal wife at the time of passing,
Hulk Hogan's widow, Sky Daily
, is set to inherit 30% of his assets after his death. Whether or not he updated his trust or will before his sudden passing, as his current wife, Daily is entitled to one-third of his assets according to Florida's spousal elective share law. As explained by Estate law expert June Frederiksen:
'Even if Sky was left out of his estate and he didn't update his trust since they married, she would still get a spousal elective share, which she is entitled to 30% in Florida.'
Hogan had allegedly set up a revocable as well as a personal trust, to keep his estate out of court. But if any particular assets were not placed in the trusts, or if someone wants to contest the terms, the matter will inevitably end up in the court. His two children - Brooke and Nick, and his third wife, Sky Daily, are all entitled to his fortune and have the right to contest any terms.
Sky Daily has put a lockdown on Hulk Hogan's $25 million estate
According to The Bubba the Love Sponge Show, the host, who had been a close friend of Hulk Hogan for a long time, shared on the July 25 episode that Hulk's widow, Sky Daily, has put a lockdown on his multi-million-dollar estate within six hours of his death. Reading out from a report, he said:
'So let me—I mean Jean—I think they were mad because I knew they were going to start doing stuff like this.
This is a report that we got this morning. It says: 'Within 6 hours of Hulk Hogan's death, his wife Sky Daily made three shocking moves to protect his remaining $25 million estate from outsiders.''

He further added:
'There's reportedly $26 million up for grabs—not including another 25 to 30 in real estate. Shouldn't that go to Nick and Brooke and the wife and the grandbabies?'
According to the report, as revealed by Bubba, Sky Daily has taken immediate measures to keep
Hulk Hogan's estate
out of the reach of his children and grandchildren.
She allegedly had Hogan create an estate trust where all his EWE shares, music rights, real estate, and other endorsements were moved into. And this trust can only be inherited by her or their children.
While Daily and Hulk have no children, she stands to be the sole person to inherit his massive estate, as she has allegedly taken legal measures to block any claims from the Hulkster's children from his previous marriage. It is also to be noted that after his first divorce, Hulk has been estranged from both his children, especially his daughter Brooke, who herself had twins earlier this year.

Brooke Hogan threatens legal action for spreading 'lies' in her name amid family drama following Hulk Hogan's passing
Hulk Hogan and Brooke Hogan. Image via: John Parra/ Getty Images Brooke Hogan is no longer staying quiet. In the weeks following her father Hulk Hogan 's death, the singer and reality TV alum has found herself at the center of a growing storm of rumors, misinformation, and deep-seated family tension. Now, she's had enough, and she's warning those responsible to lawyer up if the lies continue. Brooke Hogan breaks silence, calls out 'unbelievable' stories from Hulk Hogan's inner circle Brooke Hogan. Image via: Mike Coppola/ Getty Images/CMT In a raw and emotional interview on TMZ Live, Brooke Hogan unloaded her side of the story, pushing back against what she described as a campaign of false narratives spread by people from her late father's camp. She issued a bold warning saying that if they keep spinning lies about her, they should prepare to hire a lawyer as well. She sends the message to those she believes are tarnishing her name for personal gain. Brooke says she's been dealing with 'laughable' and increasingly cruel stories about her. She claims that she ghosted Hulk Hogan in Jacksonville, returned unopened gifts, and deliberately skipped his funeral. But according to her, these narratives are being pushed by people who once depended on Hulk for a paycheck and now fear what she knows. The lies, she told TMZ, 'have gotten so unbelievable it's laughable,' and it's making her mad. Brooke explained that her absence at Hulk Hogan's funeral wasn't a snub, but a decision rooted in love. 'My father hated the morbidity of funerals. He didn't want one,' she shared in a heartfelt Instagram post. Instead, she honored him in a quiet and personal way by taking her newborn twins to the beach, one of her dad's favorite places. Still, the emotional weight of the past few weeks has taken a toll. Brooke admitted that she hasn't eaten or slept in weeks, calling herself 'a nervous wreck' because she has to constantly respond to false stories. Despite removing herself from the will in hopes of avoiding a family inheritance battle, Brooke says the drama found her anyway. 'I just said, 'Take me off everything. I don't want to be a part of it.'' But as she put it bluntly, the 'sh*tshow' came knocking regardless. Brooke Hogan pushes back on toxic family patterns, calls for peace, but warns she's 'not the one to come after' Hulk Hogan and Brooke Hogan. Image via: Getty Images For Brooke, this moment is about more than inheritance or public image is about healing and walking away from a toxic cycle. Her decision to step back from both her father and mother, Linda Hogan, was driven by personal reasons. 'I longed for a normal family, but it never came to fruition,' she wrote on Instagram. She also expressed concerns about Hulk Hogan's final marriage to Sky Daily and her ties to Scientology. Brooke said she warned her father, citing advice from Scientology critic, Mike Rinder, but felt dismissed. 'He literally said to me… 'I guess you have to live your life and I have to live mine.'' The last time they spoke was before his wedding in September 2023, when Hulk left a 'very weird, cryptic' voicemail apologizing for something Brooke never quite understood. "'Hey, I just wanted to call and say I'm sorry for whatever I did.'" It was, heartbreakingly, the final message from her father. Now, as she mourns in her own way and raises her twins with husband Steve Oleksy, Brooke wants one thing: peace. But she won't let falsehoods go unchecked. 'Leave me and my father alone and let that poor man go to heaven. But if it continues… I'm not the one to come after,' Brooke asserted. She even claimed, 'The f****** janitor at the arena made more than me.' These bold comments came just weeks after the 2025 WNBA All-Star Game, held in Phoenix, Arizona, where players wore shirts that said 'Pay Us What You Owe Us' before the game. The timing of Taurasi's words has sparked even more talk as the current WNBA Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) is set to end after the 2025 season. Paige Spiranac opens up about hiding her love life from social media after marriage with Steven Tinoco ended
Paige Spiranac opens up about hiding her love life from social media after marriage with Steven Tinoco ended (Image via Getty) Paige Spiranac revealed she is keeping her dating life off limits on social media. The 31-year-old golf influencer spoke during an Instagram Q&A on Tuesday, August 5, on her official Instagram Story. She explained that she was once married to athletic trainer Steven Tinoco, but the marriage did not work out. Because of that experience, she decided she will never share her private life online again. Years later, she still gets harsh and hurtful messages about her past. To protect her peace, she chose to keep her personal life just for herself. Paige Spiranac explains decision after failed marriage During the Instagram Story on August 5, Paige Spiranac said, 'I got married young, and when it didn't work out, I decided that I was never, ever, ever, ever going to share my personal life online ever again.' She said those four 'evers' showed how firm she was in her choice. Spiranac married Steven Tinoco in 2019, but they divorced two years later. Even now, she still receives 'horrible and harassing' messages about that relationship, she added. By mentioning her failed marriage so clearly, Spiranac made it plain that she won't discuss boyfriends, dates, or breakups in public. 'I share so much about myself online. I'm very open and honest, but I want to keep a little something just for me,' she said. This shows that some parts of a person's life must stay private even for someone with millions of followers. Paige Spiranac says her mental health comes first when it comes to dating Paige Spiranac said her choice is 'more for my mental wellbeing and my sanity.' She told fans, 'If you never put anything online, you never owe anyone an explanation.' In 2022, she first confirmed she was 'no longer married,' but gave few details at the time. Back then, she warned that public relationships let strangers feel they can pry. 'When you make your relationship public, you give everyone the right to ask questions, and you have to answer them even about breakups,' she told The Spun. Aside from her personal life, Spiranac also answered fun questions in Tuesday's Q&A. She shared her proudest moment and talked about her first acting role in Happy Gilmore 2 on Netflix. She filmed a scene with Adam Sandler in Los Angeles this spring and called him 'genuine, funny, kind, humble.' Last month, she walked the red carpet at the film's New York premiere, where she played a sporting goods store employee who helps Happy Gilmore with a golf simulator. Paige Spiranac remains open with fans just not about dating and is focusing on her mental health and growing career. Catch Rani Rampal's inspiring story on Game On, Episode 4. Watch Here!
