One dead and 20 injured as train collides with vehicle in Denmark
The extent of the injuries is still unclear, but photos from the scene show derailed and overturned carriages.
A large number of emergency services were on the scene, and local news outlet TV2 said they had deployed drones and search dogs.
The company in charge of operating Denmark's rail network, Banedanmark, said on X that the accident happened when the train collided with a vehicle at a level crossing.

Police and paramedics block Hyde Road after crash
Police and paramedics blocked a main road in Manchester following a crash on Sunday evening (August 17). Emergency services attended the incident along Hyde Road at around 7pm with traffic stopped in both directions. One car was seen to be damaged at the roadside with an ambulance and multiple police cars in attendance. It is not known how many other vehicles were involved. 18-year-old motorcyclist dies after hitting vehicle in Quebec's Eastern Townships
An 18-year-old motorcyclist died Saturday night after colliding with a vehicle in Roxton Pond, Que., in the Eastern Townships. The incident took place at the intersection of Route 139 and 3e Rang de Roxton, according to provincial police spokesperson Élizabeth Marquis-Guy. The boy was declared dead at the scene after emergency services arrived at around 11 p.m. The driver of the vehicle, a woman in her 20s, was sent to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. According to Marquis-Guy, preliminary information indicates that the motorcyclist did not stop as required at the intersection and hit the motorist. Collision experts were at the scene to elucidate the circumstances around the crash.

Edinburgh police cordon off city centre road following 'accident'
Edinburgh police cordoned off a centre city street this evening following an 'accident'. Police seem to have cordoned off Dalkeith Road at around 6.15pm on Sunday, August 17. Images shared with Edinburgh Live show multiple police vehicles on the scene. A sign reading "Police accident" was positioned beside the marked vehicles. There also appeared to be a motorbike lying on the side of the road beside a lamppost. A bystander said: "There were several police vehicles and officers had taped off the road. "There was quite a commotion. I just hope everyone is alright." Police Scotland and the Scottish Ambulance Service has been approached for comment.
