Two ambulances were sent to the scene but paramedics said there was nothing they could do to save him.
Popular San Antonio party spot is the same hotel where Scots holidaymaker Evan Thomson, 26, fell to his death on July 7 in a similar tragedy.
Ibiza Rocks confirmed all of their party events have now been suspended following the two deaths.
Gary's girlfriend Louise has taken to social media to pay tribute to her late partner after the tragic incident.
In the heartbreaking post, Louise said the Dundee teen's "passion and dedication was inspiring" and she will "celebrate the love he brought" into her life.
She wrote: "I never thought I would be sat here writing a goodbye.
"For those who knew Gary, oh you were so lucky.
"His passion and dedication was inspiring, whether in hockey, work, or with loved ones.
"I'm struggling to understand how you are no longer with me. It hasn't really hit me yet.
"Gary taught and showed me valuable lessons that I'll carry with me forever.

"I think it's important to remember the good times and to celebrate the love he brought into our lives.
"Everything feels heavy, and words can't express the love I have for Gary.
"I wish you could see how much you are loved.
"Even though our experiences together have paused, the memories we made will stay with me forever. I miss you so much already.
"Thank you for the kind messages about Gary; they mean a lot.
"I love you forever and always, Gary Kelly."

Evan Thomson also fell to his death at the hotel on July 7 in a similar tragedy
He has been described as a "hugely talented and charismatic individual" by Dundee Stars.
Aberdeen Lynx also paid tribute to Gary calling him one of their "brightest stars".
Flowers have been left outside the arenas in Dundee and Aberdeen in tribute to the young player.
Police on the Balearic party island have now launched an investigation into Gary's death.
The Civil Guard confirmed: "We are investigating the death of a 19-year-old British man at a hotel in San Antonio in Ibiza.
"The alarm was raised around 12.40am this morning.
"Our officers were sent to the scene but the man in question was already dead by the time help arrived.
"The fall was from from the third floor of the hotel to an outside part of the complex.
"Court officials authorised the removal of his body at 2.40am this morning.
"The fall could be accidental based on the early information obtained from cameras but as part of the investigation possible witnesses will need to be located and interviewed.
"The results of the post-mortem will also be important to the investigation.'
Ibiza Rocks released a statement this afternoon which states that they have suspended all their events.
It read: "We are deeply shocked and devastated by the recent incidents that have tragically occurred.
"Our priority is to support those affected and their loved ones during this incredibly difficult time, and to fully assist the authorities with their investigations.
"The safety and wellbeing of our guests has, and always will remain, our highest priority. Given the seriousness of the situation and out of respect for those involved, we believe it is right to pause our advertised events programme at this time.
"All customers will be informed directly via email."
A spokesperson for the UK Foreign Office told The Courier: 'We are supporting the family of a British man who has died in Spain and are in contact with the local authorities.'

Trainwreck: Storm Area 51 (2025) Review – The power of a meme
The power of a meme The internet is a weird place. It's impossible to predict what the next trend will be or when it will end. But there are many times that a silly meme can become much more. Trainwreck: Storm Area 51 delves into one such instance and the repercussions of a simple Facebook joke. One day, Matty Roberts, a normal young man, decided to kill boredom the best way he could: by making a meme. He created an event on his Facebook page inviting people to storm Area 51, which got a massive repercussion he could've never expected. After a few days, thousands of people had confirmed their participation, and influencers and news outlets were talking about it. This event is a perfect example of the internet's power. Today, a simple tweet, meme, video, or anything can become tomorrow's biggest headline. And to convey that, Trainwreck: Storm Area 51 brings people from all walks of life involved in the story. They show the viewpoint of cops, the military, influencers, the meme's creator, journalists, and more. The Netflix documentary alternates between the interviewees a lot, making the story more dynamic. Even if it's focusing on a specific person, we still get a quick impression from at least one other participant. Even though that's great for the pacing, it's hard not to think the documentary could've been shorter. It spends a lot of time presenting a local citizen and his struggle to stop the event, but it's the least interesting portion. Not to mention, it's even more disappointing when it goes nowhere. The influencers also have more screentime than they should. Seeing how the internet embraced the meme and created infinite content about it is important. However, most of their participation in the documentary feels superfluous. You can see that the production spent more on this Trainwreck, not only by the number of people participating, but also by the resources they used. Not every incident regarding the Storm Area 51 meme was recorded, so the documentary uses animation to recreate these scenes. But the best use of the animation is displaying the 'what if' scenarios of such an event. It could've gone in many directions, from no one showing up to hundreds or thousands of people getting shot by the military. And we can only see that imagined thanks to it having animated scenes as well. This one does justice to the trainwreck name, as no matter the scenario, it'd never have worked. However, the way it doesn't work is very surprising. This time, the organizers actually all gained something, while those who lost were the military and the government, which unnecessarily spent more money than they needed. Still, this surprise doesn't fix the lackluster ending. In real life, nothing happened, and the people just ended up partying in front of the place. Even so, the documentary keeps building up to a big ending that never arrives. There were many alternatives, such as focusing more on the comedy of the situation. It could've also been expressed before that the event wouldn't amount to anything huge instead. However, the ending brings a few questions that make it more interesting. The internet is bizarre, and crazy incidents happen because of it, so there's no denying that something bad could've occurred. Seeing that's true, how do you stop a joke? It's a weird, but real debate in the world we currently live in. Although the quality of these Traiwreck movies varies a lot and none are exceptional, it's a fun series to follow. There aren't many documentaries that focus on a diversity of incidents like it, mainly situations that have happened so recently.

Serving up a welcome exploration of the intersection between music and film, the inaugural Wavelength strand of North Berwick's Fringe By the Sea festival brings together a slew of new and recent music docs with a series of live performances, DJ sets, and talks with luminaries of the arts scene, starting with Irvine Welsh, who'll be interviewed on stage by Wavelength's co-curator, BBC Radio Scotland and Radio 6 Music regular Vic Galloway. Irvine Welsh | Lisa Ferguson In many ways Welsh is the ideal subject to open this kind of festival. Now an unlikely elder statesman of the literary scene, the Trainspotting author's transgressive writing has always drawn on music and film for inspiration. That's hardly surprising. He came of age in the anything's possible heyday of punk and later embraced rave music, sometimes DJing in Edinburgh basements at club nights for Rebel Inc, the cult Scottish literary magazine that first platformed his writing. Advertisement Hide Ad Advertisement Hide Ad With the publication of Trainspotting and Danny Boyle's subsequent film adaptation he quickly became the pre-eminent literary voice of the emerging rave and Britpop scenes, but over the course of his subsequent mercurial career he's also run record labels, continued DJing, directed music videos and written the screenplay for the biopic of Creation Records founder Alan McGee. And that's on top of writing four short story collections and 15 novels, including the newly published Men in Love, a direct sequel to Trainspotting that follows the characters through the ecstasy-fuelled acid house explosion of the Second Summer of Love. The team behind Fringe by the Sea's Wavelength strand: Vic Galloway, Jackie Shuttleworth and Lewis Gourlay | @lewspics There are plenty of other fascinating-sounding talks from the likes of music video pioneer Tim Pope (a frequent collaborator of The Cure, Neil Young, David Bowie and many more) and Blur drummer Dave Rowntree (promoting No One You Know, his new book of photography capturing the band during its early years). But one of the most intriguing things Wavelength seems to be trying to do is provide an audio-visual snapshot of Scotland's vibrant music scene, both its history and where it is right now. Regarding the former, two feature length documentaries from last year provide contrasting views of creativity: Mogwai doc If the Stars Had a Sound examines the Glaswegian post-rock noisemongers' incredible 25-year career through the prism of their tenth studio album's unexpected chart success; and Since Yesterday: The Untold Story of Scotland's Girl Bands provides a blinkers-off exploration of the many all-female pop, rock and punk bands in Scotland who either never broke through or weren't able to sustain careers because of the sexist machinations of the industry. Advertisement Hide Ad Advertisement Hide Ad Bringing things up to the present, the short documentaries Hello Universe and Dinny Greet respectively tell another contrasting story: that of Miracle Glass Company and Redolent, two Edinburgh bands that have been plugging away for a decade or so, but with different outcomes — the former plagued by tragedy and bad timing, the latter the recipients of a record company feeding frenzy and last year's Scottish Album of the Year award. Bolstered by Q&As and supplementary live performances, Wavelength is a good way to fully immerse yourself in it all.

Katie Price worries fans with appearance in family photo after explaining weight loss
Katie Price shared a family photo of herself beside two relatives this week and it prompted reaction on social media, following her having previously addressed concern from fans Reality TV star Katie Price has sparked renewed concern over her appearance this week. It came after she shared a photo of herself beside two relatives, taken whilst enjoying some time with her family, in a post on social media. The photo showed Katie, 47, stood beside her nieces in an outdoor area. The former glamour model was seen wearing a white top, a grey jacket, black leggings and white trainers whilst posing with her arms around her loved ones. It was one of several "family time" photos shared by Katie on Facebook yesterday and she wrote in the caption of that post: "My beautiful nieces." She was met with concern on the platform, which comes after Katie revealed her weight last month amid people being "obsessed" over it. Amidst trolling and jokes about her appearance, several people expressed concern in the comments section. One person wrote: "Katie you look painfully thin." Another said in their reaction: "Her legs don't look real." Someone wrote: "Wow, not much left of Katie. I don't know if this is a healthy look." Others defended Katie against the commentary that her post had prompted on the platform this week. It included one fan criticising those who poked fun over her appearance, with them suggesting that the reaction was "hurtful". The fan wrote in the comments section: "It's disappointing to see people making jokes about someone's body, especially when they don't know them personally." They added: "It's not only hurtful but also sets a bad example for children." Defending Katie, another person wrote: "Wow these comments are vile this [woman] obviously struggles with her appearance. In a world where you can be anything be kind. All the hates she gets and this [woman] is still smiling." It isn't the first time that Katie has faced trolling and concern over her appearance. The former I'm A Celebrity star has previously spoken about having lost weight in recent years and addressed the concern she has been subjected to. As reported earlier this year, Katie shared that she had "wanted" to lose weight. She's suggested that it came after she gained weight whilst recovering from a broken foot a few years ago and then subsequently through IVF treatment. On her podcast, the Katie Price Show, in January, she said: "Everyone's said I've got skinny and that." Her sister Sophie Price said: "You've got well thin." Katie said: "I know. But there's a reason. If anyone Google's me, I've always been skinny." Katie added: "But people have to remember, when I broke my feet, I was in a wheelchair, not active - before that I was running all the time. Then I've gone through IVF three times [and] that pumps you and puts weight on - I haven't done anything." She continued in the discussion on her podcast at the time: "Now I've realised when I was eating pasta, oats, or milk or anything, it bloats me. [...] So I've been avoiding stuff like that and not feeling so sluggish and tired after."
