The Bow Detail Peplum Top is priced at just £10 and comes in sizes XS to XL.
It comes in three colours - lemon, baby pink or white - and features pretty bow details and a keyhole front.
And fashion fans have insisted the peplum silhouette is giving 90s vibes.
Describing the new arrivals on the website, the Primark team say: "When sunshine calls, this top answers with all the right details.
"Designed in a soft shade, it's sleeveless for easy layering. The fitted bodice flows into a gentle peplum hem with a V-split at the front, adding shape without the fuss.
"A keyhole cut out down the centre is finished with bow details for a sweet twist."
The top can be dressed up or dressed down for a variety of occasions, making it a versatile addition to your wardrobe.
While it will look perfect paired with jeans and trainers for a casual look, it can also be dressed up with a satin midi skirt and sandals for summer days.
After spotting it in her local store, fashion fan Amy gushed on TikTok: "Run to Primark for these gorgeous bow tops. Only £10."
Her video quickly racked up more than two million views, 200,000 likes and 370 comments with shoppers desperate to get their hands on it.

Flights from Manchester Airport were temporarily stopped as a precaution after the incident. Both of the easyJet flights were departing from terminal one at around 6:30am when they "came into contact." After the collision almost all flights set to depart the airport between 6am and 8am were delayed by up to an hour. Amy had driven three hours overnight from her Strathaven home in South Lanarkshire to catch her flight. She is set to join Miss World Gibraltar and Miss World UK on the judging panel to crown the new Miss Gibraltar. However, she had an unexpected start to her journey. Just moments before departure, she texted her mum to say her flight was about to take off. But moments later, Amy heard what she described as "a massive bang". The reigning Miss Scotland said: "The whole plane shuddered, and within minutes, airport fire engines started to drive toward us. Major UK airport HALTS flights after two easyJet planes 'clip wings' on runway "It was a bit frightening, but everyone stayed quite calm, and the crew were reassuring." Amy's Gibraltar-bound flight was taxiing for take off when it collided with another easyJet service to Paris which was also on the runway. Footage shows that both aircraft sustained visible damage. A fin at the end of one of the plane's wings appeared to be snapped off. "Thankfully, no one was hurt — that's the most important thing. "With so many tragic plane incidents in the news recently, you can't help but think how lucky we all are today. I'm just grateful we're safe." 5 The 24-year-old was about to jet off to the glamorous televised Miss Gibraltar final 5 Amy with Shania who is the reigning Miss World Gibraltar Despite flight delays, Amy is still determined to make it to the Miss Gibraltar final. She added: "I'm keeping my fingers crossed I can get there in time for the candidate interviews this afternoon. "It's such an honour to be part of this event, and I can't wait to see Shania, the reigning Miss World Gibraltar, who was my roommate at Miss World in India earlier this year. We've become great friends." EasyJet issued a statement on the collision and confirmed that an investigation into the incident has been launched. The airport is back up and running as usual again but passengers have been warned to expect some delays. A spokesperson for EasyJet told The Sun: "EasyJet can confirm that the wing tips of two aircraft came into contact whilst taxiing to the runway at Manchester Airport this morning. "The aircraft returned to stand to disembark customers who have been provided with refreshment vouchers whilst replacement aircraft are arranged to operate the flights. "We apologise to customers for the delay to their flights. The safety of our passengers and crew is our highest priority."

Primark's £20 bag divides opinion over what is meant to go inside
Shoppers were confused at first - but it all made sense eventually Primark is offering a "sturdy and stylish" bag that's not meant for your phone, keys or purse to go inside. Instead, you should put your pets in for a hands-free adventure outside the house, or when walking could be dangerous for them. The Pet Carrier Bag costs £20 and is black and quilted. Primark confirmed on its website that the carrier also comes with an extra pouch that is the perfect size for pet treats and another handy compartment to keep any pet-friendly essentials safe. The description reads: " Allow your furry friends to travel in style with our chic pet carrier bag. The quilted finish keeps it sleek and the bag is designed for your friend to be able to sit in it, pop its head out and enjoy the views with you. "It has sturdy carry handles for comfortable carrying and a handy front zip pocket for treats. Plus, there's a cute little round pouch clipped on for extra storage and a removable base you can wash when needed." The £20 bag is described as being "perfect for keeping your pet comfy and secure" on outdoor adventures. It's also an ideal alternative to carry cases or crates. It was recently shown off in an Instagram video where Primark claimed the item was "fashion meets fur baby" - but shoppers were divided. One said: "Just ordered mine online for collection Friday, my lazy [girl] is going to love this!" Another added: "Just in time for my kitten!" A third wrote: "Fantastic, been looking for something like this for a while now!" But, others were not so convinced at first glance. Someone else said: "It's a shame these kinds of straps are not comfortable". And, a fourth added: "Is it strong enough though? [My dog] is only 5kg and some of these bags are poorly made and I end up carrying underneath anyway." The label on Primark's own video showed that the maximum weight went up to 10kg (22 lbs), making this ideal for those with smaller dogs and most cats. The website also mentions that this polyester bag measures about 50cm long and about 18cm wide, which is something pet owners may want to consider before buying. Shoppers can order a bag like this on the Primark website, with in-store collection possible at certain locations. The site does offer a handy feature for Primark fans to check which branches should have items available before heading out to the shops. Simply enter a postcode into the Stock Checker tool to find your nearest shop. Some offer a click-and-collect service, while others only offer in-store shopping.
