Ashley Ortega, Josh Ford comment on AZ Martinez being emotional on 'Pinoy Big Brother'

The 'Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition' Duo Challengers had a lot to say about the remaining housemates on Tuesday night's episode.
The evicted housemates or "Duo Challengers" gave their comments in a separate room, while the housemates had their meal. A standout of the episode was their comments on AZ Martinez being emotional.
Josh Ford began by saying that he never saw AZ's emotions 'in a wrong way.'
'I don't think that should be a reason to go against her. I'm not trying to defend AZ ah. Mabait lang talaga si AZ and ang dami niya lang kasing pinagdadaanan na emotions,' he said.
For Ashley Ortega, she said she immediately talked to AZ after having 'an off-feeling about her.'
'And after I talked to her about it, she kind of used it against me that I became an insensitive person,' Ashley said.
'That was never my intention,' she added that she just wanted to voice out her thoughts.
Ashley said that it's okay to be emotional, but as a celebrity, AZ "should know how to handle rejections, criticism, and judgment in a professional way."
'Like, what if she's already in the outside world? Sobrang daming bashing. O kaya nasa taping siya, napagalitan siya ng director, or like, a veteran, iiyak nalang ba siya agad? Kinakain siya eh.'
'And hindi naman pwedeng may Ralph lang palagi diyan na ibe-baby siya, para anuhin siya,' she added.
The five remaining duos are AzVer (AZ Martinez and River Joseph), BreKa (Brent Manalo and Mika Salamanca), CharEs (Charlie Fleming and Esnyr), DusBi (Dustin Yu and Bianca De Vera), and RaWi (Ralph De Leon and Will Ashley).

Duo challengers, final duos to vote on first Big Four spot

The first duo who will secure a spot to the Big Four will be decided by none other than their fellow "Pinoy Big Brother" housemates—both the remaining and the evicted ones. Tuesday's episode of the reality series showed the 10 former housemates entering Bahay ni Kuya as duo challengers. They are settled inside a secret headquarters. They are tasked to covertly observe the five duos still in the competition to find out how they really feel when no one is watching. They will also face the duos in several tests. At the end of their stint, the challengers will pick one duo that they think deserves to make it to the Big Four. The remaining duos will also be given the chance to vote. The results of the two tallies will be combined and the duo with the most number of votes will secure the Big Four spot. In case of a tie, it will be broken via a challenge. Brent Manalo offers his spot to Klarisse de Guzman after her eviction

Brent Manalo asked Kuya if he can give up his spot for Klarisse de Guzman after his fellow Kapamilya star got evicted along with Shuvee Etrata on Saturday. Tuesday night's episode showed the housemates crying after Klarisse and Shuvee's departure. Inside the confession room, Brent went so far as to offer his place as Mika Salamanca's duo for Klarisse. "Magkasundo naman po sila ni Mika eh. Sa tingin ko po maiintindihan naman ni Mika, Kuya," Brent said. Brent admitted that he cannot understand how Klarisse and Shuvee were evicted, saying they both deserve a spot inside the house. "Siyempre for Shuvee, wala naman po akong magagawa kasi hindi naman ako Kapuso. 'Yung puwede ko lang gawin sa kaniya is be a friend to her, Kuya. And hindi ko din naman magagawa 'yon habang nasa loob ako," he said. Brent added that the housemates rarely fight because of Klarisse and her ability to manage the household. However, while Kuya said that he understood Brent, his request is not possible. "I'll make her proud, Kuya. I promise tsaka I'm praying na 'yung pagmamahal na nabigay niya sa 'min dito, bumalik sa kaniya nang tenfolds, Kuya," Brent said. Brent's move, however, disappointed his duo, Mika, whom he informed after he got to talk to Kuya. "Naiintindihan ko pero siyempre masakit din," Mika said. "Na hindi ako nagpaalam? Gano'n ba?" Brent continued. Mika said that she's not taking Brent's move against him but admitted that she was upset.
