What is The Chosen: Last Supper about?
The Chosen: Last Supper brings us to the final days of Jesus before the crucifixion – a story millions know but now get to see come to life in a new way. From his victorious entry into Jerusalem to the emotional Last Supper with his disciples and the growing tension with religious leaders, this season shows Jesus at his most courageous, and the betrayal that changed everything.
One key moment from the trailer? Jesus turning over the tables of corrupt merchants in the temple, shouting, 'My house should be a house of prayer, but you make it a den of thieves!' Meanwhile, Judas looks on, clearly torn, whispering, 'What have you done?'
Meet the cast of The Chosen: Last Supper
Jonathan Roumie returns as Jesus, joined by a talented cast including Luke Dimyan as Judas, Shahar Isaac as Peter, Paras Patel as Matthew, Elizabeth Tabish as Mary Magdalene, Noah James as Andrew, George H. Xanthis as John, Vanessa Benavente as Mother Mary, Richard Fancy as Caiaphas, Paul Ben-Victor as King Herod and Andrew James Allen as Pontius Pilate among others.

The theatrical run was a success, earning nearly $60 million globally. Over the past few years, The Chosen has grossed close to $140 million from its movie releases across 55 countries – a massive feat for a faith-based series.
What's next after The Chosen Season 5?
The Chosen: Last Supper sets the stage for what's to come. Season 6, currently being filmed in the U.S. and Italy, will focus on the crucifixion. Season 7 will explore the resurrection. We Were Liars Trailer: Emily Alyn Lind Seeks Truth In Bloody Mystery On Beechwood Island

Last Updated: In We Were Liars, Emily Alyn Lind returns to her family's island to uncover a bloody secret she can't remember. The secrets of Beechwood Island are beginning to surface. Prime Video dropped the trailer for We Were Liars, the highly anticipated adaptation of E. Lockhart's bestselling novel, and it teases a haunting tale of memory, love, and betrayal. Set against the backdrop of a seemingly perfect summer, the trailer introduces us to Cadence Sinclair (Emily Alyn Lind), the golden girl of the Sinclair family, who returns to her family's exclusive New England island retreat with no memory of the previous summer — and a desperate need to uncover what really happened. 'Some people call us American royalty," Cadence says in a voiceover as the trailer opens with scenic shots of beach bonfires and sailing. She reminisces about her tight-knit group of friends, dubbed 'the Liars": Mirren (Esther McGregor), Johnny (Joseph Zada), and Gat (Shubham Maheshwari). But the serene summer facade is soon shattered. 'We were happy, we wanted for nothing. But something terrible happened last summer. And I have no memory of what — or who — hurt me," she says. Returning to the island with dyed-black hair and emotional scars, Cadence hopes the familiar surroundings will spark her memory. Her mother (Caitlin FitzGerald) confides in her sister Carrie (Mamie Gummer), 'She's hoping that being here will jog her memory." As Cadence reconnects with the Liars — and the memory of her intense summer romance with Gat — buried secrets slowly unravel. She begins to question whether her closest friends are hiding something dark. 'I need to see if all the lies lead to me, on that beach, alone," she reflects. Hints of danger emerge, particularly around Johnny, whose mother warns him sternly, 'You cannot tell anyone, do you understand me?" With haunting imagery and suspenseful reveals, the trailer ends with Cadence's chilling words: 'Not every fable ends happily. Some stories have no hero at all. Sometimes, the castle crumbles." The limited series stars Emily Alyn Lind, Shubham Maheshwari, Esther McGregor, Joseph Zada, Caitlin FitzGerald, Mamie Gummer, Candice King, Rahul Kohli, and David Morse.
