Dries Van Noten Crazy Basil EDP

Byredo Desert Dawn EDP
Price: £220
Annie Vischer, head of beauty, says: 'With warm wood notes at once softened by rose and made
clean and crisp by papyrus, Desert Dawn is an achingly sophisticated summer scent – the perfume equivalent of a tailored linen suit.' 3.
Jones Road Just Enough Tinted Moisturiser
Sameeha Shaikh, beauty writer, says: 'In case you hadn't noticed, we're in the midst of a tinted moisture revival. Jones Road is leading the charge with this. Smooth, silky and gel-like this new-gen skin tint feels different than most. Its bouncy texture glides over skin to provide a sheer, natural coverage that sits between matte and luminous. The standout is its comfortable wear. Loaded with sodium hyaluronate, an even smaller molecule than hyaluronic acid, it restores hydration and protects against water loss. Plus, there's 16 shades to suit a diversity of skin tones.' 4.
L'Oréal Paris Le Shadow Stick
Price: £9.99
Lan Nguyen-Grealis, make-up artist, says: 'These shadow sticks feel silky smooth on application and are very easy to blend. They go on creamy and, within a few seconds, you're left with a budge-proof finish. I wore mine in the shower to really put it to the test and there wasn't a smudge in sight.' 5.
St Tropez Sunlit Skin Bronzing Tint + Tan
Price: £29
Rachael Martin, beauty director, says: 'Swerve irritation and streaks with this skin-loving face fake tan. Made with soothing aloe vera, moisturising glycerin and coconut oil, it conditions skin as it gives
it a fresh-from-the-beach glow in just three hours.' 6.
Hair by Sam McKnight Pure Genius Scalp Oil
Annie Vischer, head of beauty, says: 'Sun, sea and supercharged air con can leave scalps feeling sensitive, but this 98% natural formula serves up some relief. Made with a medley of omegas and
anti-dandruff actives, it cuts down on flakes and boosts your scalp's moisture levels. Leave it to hair legend Sam McKnight to deliver the goods.' 7.
TheraFace Depuffing Wand
Michaella Bolder, leading facialist, says: 'Want to reduce inflammation, puffiness and dark circles? Make a play for this skin tool. The cryo setting in particular exceeded my expectations – the tool gets incredibly cold and maintains that temperature for as long as you're using it. Great for calming breakouts and reviving tired skin.' 8.
L'Occitane en Provence Almond Shimmering Body Oil
Rachael Martin, beauty director, says: 'An icon reimagined for summer, expect all the melt-into-skin goodness that has made L'Occitane's Almond Body Oil a cult classic, now with a side of grown-up golden shimmer. Smooth on to skin before hitting the beach bar or beer garden.' 9.
Chanel Jeux De Lumières Multi-Use Eyeshadow And Highlighter Palette
Bernicia Boateng, make-up artist, says: 'A palette of four powders so soft and pigmented they feel creamy on application. The formula is infused with squalane, so they're hydrating, and the shade range caters to a wide variety of skin tones. A must if you're after a lit-from-within glow.' 10.
By Terry Tea To Tan Powder Blush
Cher Webb, make-up artist, says: 'I kept coming back to this super soft powder blush. Available in six highly pigmented sunset shades, the colour is buildable and the finish satin-like – you can layer this up from a healthy glow to a bold blush in seconds.' 11.
Color Wow Texas Hold 'Em Big Hold Hairspray
Tom Smith, hairstylist to the stars, says: 'A modern hairspray that's made to deliver XXL volume, which can withstand both heat and humidity. It contains crystal clear resins that leave your looking glossy – win-win.' 12.
Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour HydraPlay Daily Defense Nourishing Fluid Broad Spectrum SPF 40
Dr Aamna Adel, dermatologist, says: 'This layers well with other skincare products without pilling and I am really impressed by how lightweight the formula is. It absorbs quickly without leaving a white cast and is easy to reapply over make-up. I like to do this using a Beautyblender.' 13.
Clinique Moisture Surge Active Glow Serum
Rachael Martin, beauty director, says: 'A does-it-all serum that takes the guesswork out of skincare, Clinique's new launch is designed to streamline your routine (and save space in your carry-on). It contains lactic acid to gently exfoliate, hyaluronic acid to lock in moisture and vitamin C to brighten.' 14.
Violette_Fr Lip Nectar
Sameeha Shaikh, beauty writer, says: 'Designed by chic make-up artist Violette Serrat to stain, hydrate and gloss up lips, this multitasking lip buy is long-wearing and available in a range of nude and berry shades. French girl lip, anyone?' 15.
Ultra Violette Extreme Screen SPF 50+ Hydrating Body & Hand Skinscreen
Price: £27
Dr Alexis Granite, consultant dermatologist, says: 'Made with pentavitin (a plant-derived moisture
magnet) and vitamin E, which protects skin from dulling free radicals, this is a body SPF with skincare benefits. It's lightweight, absorbs easily and smells like summer too.' 16.
Dior Solar The Self-Tanning Gel for the Body
Annie Vischer, head of beauty, says: 'If you're up for splurging on your DIY self-tan session, make a grab for this designer iteration – a gradual, no-rinse formula that dries in three minutes, delivers a believable glow and smells great too.' 17.
Givenchy Beauty Prisme Libre Bronzer Powder
Sameeha Shaikh, beauty writer, says: 'This is Givenchy's first bronzer, so we're talking about a real moment here. A quad of four finely milled powders, they're designed to deliver a believable sun kissed look. Mission accomplished – you get a warm glow that speaks of a day spent at the beach.'

The J.Crew x Rouje Collection Is Pure Vintage Summer Romance

Imagine if Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy and a Parisian It-girl went on holiday together and shared a suitcase. That's basically the vibe of and Rouje's new collab - a tight little drop of 18 pieces pulling from both sides of the Atlantic, with just the right amount of '90s nostalgia and quiet luxury energy. The whole thing feels like it's been lifted from someone's impossibly chic archive. There's a polka-dotwrap dress you'll probably end up living in, the kind of red mules that turn heads but still look like they've been in your wardrobe for years, and a matching knit tank and skirt set that feels so south of France it should come with a glass of wine. It's got that romantic, vintage-leaning Rouje feel - Jeanne Damas' fingerprints are all over it - but New York polish stops it from going full whimsical. It's flirty, but grounded. French, but not cliché. Minimal, but not boring. Even the jeans are good - wide-leg with a slight '70s kick and big patch pockets. Tick. Nothing in the lineup is trying too hard. There's a simplicity to it that feels refreshing, like you could throw any of it on and go. Which, to be honest, is the dream. The only catch? The collection doesn't ship internationally. Bit of a heartbreak, but not a total dealbreaker, not when the pieces are this good. If you're outside the U.S., it might be time to text that one friend with a New York address or finally cave and set up a forwarding account. Honestly, for that polka-dot dress alone, it's kind of worth the faff. Renee Washington , Grazia's digital fashion and beauty writer, lives online. No Gatekeeping Here: This Is The Bag That Always Gets Me Compliments

You probably have a decent rotation of bags in your closet. As a fashion writer, I certainly have a carefully curated edit. There's the striped cotton tote that's practically a necessity for supermarket runs, and my trusted large-enough-for-a-MacBook carryall for days in the office. On the weekend, you'll find me wandering around Primrose Hill, iced latte in hand, with my Uniqlo crossbody bag slung over my shoulder. Lately, however, as my wardrobe has matured (read: fewer impulse buys, and more thoughtful pieces), I've found myself missing something in the accessories department; a bag that's effortlessly elegant without feeling too precious. The kind that feels equally at home in a client meeting as it does at a table in a trendy restaurant. In short, I was in the market for a shoulder bag that elevates any look, even when I'm running late and reaching for that trusty jeans-and-white-shirt combo yet again. Naturally, my chic colleagues at Grazia had a few brilliant suggestions, but there was just one that really caught my eye (and heart): the Toteme T-Lock bag. ©Instagram/@fashion_jackson Stockholm-based brand, Toteme, has been something of a well-known secret in fashion circles over the past few years. Founded by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman, you've likely noticed the brand's minimalist basics on plenty of well-dressed women. Whether you've spotted its trendsetting scarf jacket every winter or pined after its chic heeled sandals, Toteme's pieces all have the same calling cards that make them easily identifiable; namely, the considered design, quality construction, and a refined aesthetic largely devoid of bold branding and logos. So, when the brand made its first foray into handbags back in 2022, expectations were reasonably high, and it didn't disappoint. T-Lock Leather Shoulder Bag Price: £1,100 The Toteme T-Lock bag sticks to the brand's quiet luxury design language thanks to an elegant leather exterior detailed with the signature understated hardware lock closure. Effortless in its sophistication, you'll find that despite the T-Lock's slouchy curved silhouette, it's surprisingly sturdy, adding a structured polish to any outfit. There's certainly no lack of understated designer bags in the market these days, so why exactly did I fall so hard for the T-Lock? Simple, it's perfect for almost every occasion. As with most Toteme pieces, the T-Lock is designed with as much attention to practicality as its aesthetic appeal. Roomy enough to fit all my essentials without being overwhelming, the bag comes with a chic top handle for dressier occasions, while a detachable and adjustable longer strap is perfect for those days when I'm rushing around and need my hands free. All of which to say, I'm carrying my T-Lock literally everywhere I go: breakfast meetings with clients, dinners with friends, date nights at a speakeasy, even Sunday morning coffee runs. While I've been partial to the classic black leather style, if you're after a smaller style, the T-Lock also comes as a compact clutch. Then there's the fact that Toteme has rendered the bag in a carousel of shades and finishes, including tan, white and butter yellow leather, tan and chocolate brown suede, ecru and khaki canvas, and even woven styles perfect for the summer. Naturally, I've been in a committed relationship with my T-Lock for the last several months, but I'm hardly the bag's first fan. Several style icons, including Katie Holmes and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, have fallen for the T-Lock's charms in recent years. It's also a common sight on fashion editors and influencers at fashion week, and I've spotted one at nearly every front row in the past few seasons. ©Getty Images/Gotham/GC Images Happily, despite the bag's obviously luxe aesthetic, the T-Lock is also much more accessible than many of its high-end peers, clocking in at £1,100 for the largest shoulder bag. What's more, according to resale site The RealReal, the bag retains 82% of its value over time, so it's also an excellent investment. However, given how chic and, honestly, practical the bag has proven itself, I highly doubt you'd consider parting with it. With its inherent sophistication and wear-with-anything appeal, Toteme's T-Lock bag is the best fashion buy you can make for a grown-up addition to your wardrobe this year.
