The Al-Aqsa Mosque faces daily violations and incursions by settlers, except on Fridays and Saturdays, under the protection of the Israeli police, in an attempt to take full control of the mosque and divide it temporally and spatially.
Since October 7, 2023, Israeli forces have continued their siege on the Al-Aqsa Mosque, restricting the entry of Muslim worshippers, tightening security measures at its gates, setting up iron barriers, and detaining visitors, obstructing their access.
