Felonies
The following people were booked into the Lee County-Tupelo Adult Jail in connection with felony charges ending Wednesday at 11 a.m.
Bobby R. Alexander, 32, of Booneville, was arrested by the Lee County Sheriff's Office, felony shoplifting.
Joshua Hanley, 35, of Pontotoc, was arrested by the Tupelo Police Department, sexual battery.
Joshua Allen Holcomb, 38, of Saltillo, was arrested by the Tupelo Police Department, possession of a Schedule II drug, careless driving, driving with a suspended license, no insurance.
Lazarius O. Rogers, 24, of Tupelo, was arrested by the Lee County Sheriff's Office, violation of Intensive Supervised Release (house arrest).

The following reports were filed Wednesday by the Lee County Sherif's Office.
A Mooreville woman said a gray Kia has been abandoned on Treeside Drive at Highway 178. She said the car was first parked there Friday afternoon, and it was still there Tuesday morning. Deputies had the car towed.
A County Road 49, Tupelo, woman returned home around 6 p.m. and found her mailbox had been run over and broken. When she left to go to work around 4 a.m. it was still upright. A neighbor said he saw the mailbox had been toppled when he got back home around 9:30 a.m. The woman had no idea who could be responsible.

4 run from stolen vehicle after crashing into La Vergne home
LA VERGNE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Four juveniles were taken into custody after a stolen vehicle crashed into a home in La Vergne early Wednesday morning. Officers responded to a report of a stolen vehicle on Jennifer Pierce Drive around 1:45 a.m. Springfield kidnapping determined to be a prank The stolen Kia Soul was then located near Dick Buchanan Street. The Kia fled from officers before it crashed into a home on George Buchanan Drive, according to La Vergne police. Four juvenile suspects ran from the crash scene but were located and taken into custody with coordinated efforts of patrol officers and K-9 teams, according to the department. The suspects reportedly admitted to stealing the vehicle and to their alleged involvement in multiple vehicle burglaries in the area. All juveniles were taken to the hospital for medical clearance before they were taken to the Rutherford Juvenile Center. ⏩ This incident highlights the quick response, coordination, and dedication of our team to public safety. Lake Ave. robbery leads to chase and arrest, two RPD cars collide
ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A robbery and police chase in Rochester led to an arrest and two police officers being hospitalized. Around 9:21 p.m. on Tuesday, a minor was in the area of Lake Avenue and Spencer Street when a white Kia pulled up next to him. The victim was pulled into the car, was punched, and had his cell phone taken from him before driving away. The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. A few minutes later, an officer found the suspected vehicle in the area of West Main Street and King Street. RPD tried to stop the car near Jefferson Avenue, but it did not stop, and a chase ensued. Officers were able to stop the car with a tire deflation device, which caused it to stop on South Plymouth Avenue. It was discovered that the car was stolen from Brighton, but it's unknown if the driver was the one who stole it. During the case, two RPD vehicles collided. Both officers in both cars were taken to the hospital with injuries and were released.
