Revenue Analytics acquires Climber for global expansion
Revenue Analytics has acquired revenue management software company Climber, which caters to boutique, independent, and regional chains in Europe, the Americas, and Brazil.
This move is a part of the company's strategy to expand its product offerings and expedite its growth in international markets.
Portugal-based Climber is known for its intelligent, self-learning pricing platform that integrates with hotel reservation systems, automating pricing decisions by leveraging market demand signals.
The platform's focus on ease of use, rapid deployment, and automation has allowed it to replace labour-intensive manual pricing processes, aiding hoteliers in capturing incremental revenue with precision.
Furthermore, Climber includes the Climber Market Strategy tool, presenting aggregated market share information spanning more than 40 cities within Brazil and Portugal.
Climber has been on an upward trajectory, expanding at a 30% year-over-year rate and establishing a strong market position in Brazil and Latin America, as well as growing its presence in Europe.
Climber founder Mario Mouraz said: 'We're thrilled to join the Revenue Analytics team.
'Our missions are aligned — we both believe in putting powerful, intelligent pricing tools in the hands of hoteliers. With the scale of Revenue Analytics, we can now deliver an even greater impact and build faster on our vision to democratise revenue management.'
Following the acquisition, Climber's entire team will be integrated into Revenue Analytics, which will enhance the company's ability to serve a global customer base and expand its presence across Europe and Latin America.
The combined entity will cater to more than 10,000 hotels worldwide and plans to open a new office in Portugal to further strengthen its European operations.
Revenue Analytics CEO Bill Brewster said: 'This is an investment in accelerated growth and global expansion.
'Climber not only extends our reach in Europe and Latin America but also brings us a talented team and a product that complements our mission to deliver pricing precision at scale. Together, we're creating a broader, more accessible suite of tools for the global hospitality market.'
This development follows Revenue Analytics' expansion of its N2Pricing RMS into Europe in September 2023.
"Revenue Analytics acquires Climber for global expansion" was originally created and published by Hotel Management Network, a GlobalData owned brand.

Allegra Stratton: After Early U-turns, Expect More Starmer Drama
Well, well, well: it's now fairly certain we will be seeing more taxes come autumn as the government had to backtrack on its welfare reforms last night. Mea culpa – I thought that the bond markets would rough up the Labour leadership for any dilution of their welfare package, which coming after the winter fuel U-turn suggests the government lacks the political will to control spending. Well, the new package came last night and looks, according to analysts quoted by Ailbhe Rea and Alex Wickham, to cost £3 billion.

Europe Eyes US Trade Agreement Ahead of Deadline
The European Union and the US believe they can agree a trade deal before July 9 , the deadline by which Washington is threatening to impose 50% tariffs on almost all EU products — which would trigger a series of countermeasures from the bloc. European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen privately told EU leaders yesterday that she was confident a deal could be reached before the deadline to avoid an economically damaging escalation, according to people familiar with the matter. During the meeting there was a shift in tone from leaders, with many saying they would accept some imbalances to avoid the situation getting worse.
