Sudbury magic mushroom shop raided again, employee arrested
Shroomyz in downtown Sudbury has been shut down again, after its third police raid in less than a year. Officers seized $6,000 in psilocybin products and arrested an employee Thursday. Previously police seized $16,000 worth of product and charged two employees.

1 person dead following collision on Highway 403 in Burlington

The collision happened between between Waterdown Road and Highway 6 at about 8:50 p.m. 'Despite resuscitation efforts, one person is deceased. No other injuries have been reported,' Burlington OPP said in a post on X. Currently, police are working to divert backlogged traffic.
