Ozzy Osbourne's death certificate reveals incredible job title listed
Ozzy Osbourne's cause of death was recently revealed after he died aged 76 last month. The Black Sabbath icon passed away on July 22, surrounded by his wife, Sharon, and children.
The musician had been battling ill-health in recent years, with him and his wife openly speaking about their health woes. The star was determined to make it to Villa Park for his final performance just days before he died. On Tuesday, it was revealed the Prince of Darkness died following an out-of- hospital cardiac arrest, acute myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease and Parkinson's disease with autonomic dysfunction (joint causes).
Amazingly, under his occupation, he was listed as "Songwriter, Performer and Rock Legend." It comes after Sharon Osbourne broke down in tears at Ozzy's funeral in heartbreaking scenes.
An acute myocardial infarction occurs when the blood flow to the heart is blocked, often by a blood clot, causing damage to the muscles of the heart.
Symptoms include pain in the chest, including pressure, heaviness, tightness or squeezing, pain in other parts of the body, including the arm, jaw, neck, back and stomach, lightheadedness, sweating, shortness of breath and feeling sick.
On Monday evening, his daughter Kelly, who recently got engaged at his final-ever concert, paid tribute to her late father in a sweet post shared on Instagram.
The star, who featured in The Osbourne's with her parents, wrote: "I've sat down to write this a hundred times and still don't know if the words will ever feel like enough... but from the bottom of my heart, thank you.
"The love, support, and beautiful messages I've received from so many of you have truly helped carry me through the hardest moment of my life. Every kind word, every shared memory, every bit of compassion has meant more than I can ever explain."
She continued: "Grief is a strange thing—it sneaks up on you in waves-I will not be ok for a while-but knowing my family are not alone in our pain makes a difference.
"I'm holding on tight to the love, the light, and the legacy left behind. Thank you for being there. I love you all so much."
Before Ozzy's private funeral at the family's Buckinghamshire estate, the family, including Sharon, Aimee, Kelly, Jack and Ozzy's son from a previous marriage, Louis, joined fans in Birmingham to pay their respects.
Broad Street, where there is a Black Sabbath bridge and bench, was adorned by flowers, with fans sobbing as Ozzy's coffin drove down the street.

Meghan toasts to ‘beautiful day' as she launches new rose wine
The Duchess of Sussex has toasted to a 'beautiful day' to mark the launch of her latest rose wine. Meghan released her As Ever Napa Valley Rose 2024 – described as evoking the same 'soft notes of stone fruit, gentle minerality, and a lasting finish' as the 2023 rose – on Tuesday. It comes after the previous rose, launched last month, sold out within an hour. In a video posted on her Instagram, Meghan can be seen uncorking a bottle marked 'Bottle #1' in front of bouquets of pink and cream flowers – followed by close-up of the cork bearing the As Ever logo. Alongside the clip, she wrote: 'Here we go! First bottle off the line! 'Toasting to a beautiful day: Our Napa rose is live @aseverofficial.' As with the previous wine, the beverage is priced at more than £67 for a minimum three-bottle order – and only appeared to be available for US customers to buy, with shipping addresses limited to America. As Ever is Meghan's lifestyle brand which also sells cookie mix, herb tea, flower sprinkles and jams. A post on the company's Instagram show the corks branded with the As Ever logo, with a caption reading: 'C'est l'heure. 'Enjoy your last sips of summer with the newest vintage of our beloved Napa Valley rose.' The website describes the drink as 'thoughtfully curated by Meghan, Duchess of Sussex' and that it has been 'made to be enjoyed with the ones you love'. The pale pink wine, which comes in a clear bottle with a white, gold-rimmed label, has an ABV (alcohol by volume) of 13.5% – one percent lower than its predecessor. As with the 2023 rose, the newest wine is not available to buy in orders of less than three bottles. Three bottles cost 90 US dollars (around £67), six bottles cost 159 dollars (around £119) including a 12% discount, and 12 bottles are priced at 300 dollars (around £225) including a 17% discount. Meghan and the Duke of Sussex left the UK and moved to California five years ago for a new life after stepping down from the working monarchy.

But one familiar face will be missing from the season. A lot has changed since Wednesday Addams first stepped through the doors of Nevermore Academy. Viewers were invited along on that journey with her back in November 2022 and it proved an instant hit for Netflix. The previous Principal has died, she solved the mystery behind a murderous rampage and half the school burned down. Not to mention the fact that nearly three real world years have passed between semesters. Advertisement Hide Ad Advertisement Hide Ad One of the biggest storylines of the first season was the love triangle between Wednesday, Xavier and Tyer but that doesn't look like it will continue in the second batch of episodes. Recap all the key information to remember from series one here. Why is Xavier Thorpe not returning for Wednesday season 2? Percy Hynes White is not returning as Xavier in Wednesday season two | Netflix Cast your minds back to the end of season one, which you might have watched quite a long time ago. One of the final moments saw Xavier and Wednesday appear to start to patch up their friendship as he gifted her her very first mobile phone. So it certainly seemed as if the writers were originally planning for him to return for future episodes. However, NME reports that actor Percy Hynes White will not be back and the character has been written out of the show. Advertisement Hide Ad Advertisement Hide Ad It comes, according to the website, after the actor faced allegations of sexual misconduct in 2023 in a now-deleted post on social media. On his own Instagram account, White strenuously denied the allegations and said the 'rumours were false'. White faced no formal complaints related to the allegations, according to NME. However, he later confirmed he would not be returning, Elle Magazine reports, saying: 'I had so much fun working on this show. I can't wait to watch season 2 :) Much love.'' Wednesday star Jenna Ortega herself has spoken about Xavier's absence from the second series. She described it as 'a weird redirect', adding: 'But we're introducing so many different characters that I think it kind of will get lost.'
