Boy, 11, becomes second child to die after M4 minibus crash
An 11-year-old boy has become the second child to die after a minibus overturned on a motorway slip road.
Othniel Adoma, from Bracknell, Berkshire, died on Thursday, more than three weeks after the single-vehicle crash.
The white Ford Transit minibus overturned on the exit slip road at junction 10 of the M4 eastbound, near Wokingham, on Sunday May 11.
A six-year-old boy, who has not been named, also died in the collision.
Five other children who were injured have now been discharged from hospital.
Investigating officer Detective Sergeant Lyndsey Blackaby, of the serious collision investigation unit at Thames Valley Police, said: 'My thoughts, and the thoughts of everyone at Thames Valley Police, are with the family and friends of Othniel Adoma.
'Othniel's family has released these beautiful pictures of Othniel in his memory.
'Othniel's family has asked that their privacy be respected at this difficult time.'
South Central Ambulance Service said it was first alerted to the crash at 2.24pm, with its first units arriving at the scene eight minutes later.
Five critical care units, including two air ambulance, attended the incident along with six ambulances.
No arrests have been made.

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — Three Columbus Police officers were hospitalized Saturday morning after two police cruisers struck one another. According to the crash report, two Columbus Division of Police (CPD) cruisers hit one another at the intersection of S. Hague Avenue and Sullivant Avenue just before 2:30 a.m. Saturday. The report said both cruisers suffered significant damage and three officers between the two vehicles were transported to nearby hospitals. The roadways were temporarily closed and both vehicles were towed from the scene, with the intersection reopening by 3:15 a.m. All three officers were wearing their seatbelts. One dead in motorcycle crash in Spartanburg Co.
SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – The Spartanburg County Coroner's Office reported that one person is dead following a motorcycle crash in Inman. Authorities said they were called out to the intersection of SC Highway 11 and Cannon Ford Road regarding a motorcycle vs vehicle collision. The South Carolina Highway Patrol stated that at approximately 1:54 p.m., a 2007 Dodge Ram and 2008 Yamaha motorcycle were both traveling north on SC Highway 11. The Dodge Ram attempted to turn left onto Cannon Ford Road, and struck the motorcycle. The Ram then ran off the road and struck a ditch. The driver of the Ram was reported to be uninjured, while the driver of the motorcycle died at the scene. The coroner's office identified the deceased as 48-year-old Sidney Brian Conard of Woodruff.
