Man caught having three marriages at the same time faces the music as scorned wives slam his triple life
Henry Betsey Jr, 50, was found guilty of bigamy last week after three heartbroken women came forward when they discovered they were all married to the lothario without their knowledge.
Henry married his first wife, Tonya, in Duval County in November 2020. They wed at a courthouse in Jacksonville after meeting on Tinder.
Two years later, Henry married Brandi at the Manatee County Courthouse after meeting on another dating app for single parents called Stir.
That same year, Henry tied the knot for the third time with Michele after meeting on the dating website, Match.com.
Michele confessed to local ABC affiliate, WFTS, that she fell head over heels for the 50-year-old and unwittingly found herself at the Hernando County courthouse just three short weeks after meeting him.
But Henry's triple life unraveled when Tonya said she began to search for her husband's name in county court records and found his marriage licenses to two other women.
'I just started county by county, putting in his name. And that's when I came up with the marriage to Michele and the marriage to Brandi,' she recalled to WFTS.
As Henry stood in court to receive his sentence of two-years' probation and 100 hours' community service, his new girlfriend, who has not been identified, stood by him from the courthouse audience.
Micha Everett shared a video on Instagram claiming that she dated Henry in 2019 and sent love to the three women he scammed into marrying him
Henry's wives admitted that they fell into his trap after he sought out 'single, recently divorced women.'
Michele admitted that she had 'no idea' Henry had two other wives when she received Tonya's message.
The women recalled Henry portrayed himself as a charming man and never led on that he was in other marriages.
Tonya said that Henry seemed like 'the perfect person, when in reality he was none of those things.'
When his scheme came to light last year, Henry was arrested for bigamy. This week, Judge Daniel Merritt sentenced him to two years' probation and 100 hours of community service.
Michele slammed Henry at his hearing, telling the court, 'I am unfortunately still the wife of the defendant.
'I am not here today just as a woman betrayed by someone I once trusted, but I am also speaking on behalf of the other women involved.'
Michele told reporters after the sentencing that although she was hoping for jail time, she found solace that Henry was now a convicted felon.
She added that she didn't believe he felt remorse for the pain he inflicted on his three wives.
The three women he married were single, divorced moms living in different Florida counties. The women decided to remain anonymous as they came forward
The women accused Henry of using them for money, with each wife recalling his desperate attempts to get their cash.
Michele said Henry was seeking 'the extra perks of marrying a newly single, divorced woman.'
Tonya added that all three women were either newly divorced or about to be divorced when they met Henry.
Brandi recalled that Henry pushed her to add him onto her bank account the day they got married.
The women accused Florida regulations for letting it slip that Henry was married to all three of them at the same time.
'There are no safeguards, and I feel like that's part of where the system failed,' Michele said.
Henry pleaded guilty to the felony charge in May, and a judge revoked his bond after he was arrested in Virginia for assault and battery of a family or household member.
He attended his sentencing hearing with his new girlfriend, who wasn't identified by his side.
Henry declined to comment when approached by reporters outside the courthouse, but issued an apology during the hearing.
'First and foremost, I want to apologize to the ladies and I want to apologize to the court administration and to my family and friends that had to be involved in this. Because ultimately this is something that I didn't wish to be part of,' he said.
Michele and Tonya told WFTS that they filed petitions for protection against domestic violence against Henry.
Henry and Tonya's marriage ended in divorce after his arrest, while his marriages with Brandi and Michele were filed for annulment.
Since his story went viral, another woman has spoken out on social media attesting to Henry's disturbing patterns.
Micha Everett shared a video on Instagram claiming that she dated Henry in 2019. She said the first few months of their relationship was 'absolute bliss.'
She said Henry was living on his own at the time in Tallahassee, but he went by the name 'Dell Betts.'
Micha shared that after two months she could tell that 'someone else came into the picture.'
She said he started acting inconsistently and in one instance 'terrified' her by speeding on the highway.
Betsey began his probation last Thursday. He was also ordered to stay off social media and is not allowed to contact the three women.

WWE star Tiffany Stratton reveals a man stamped on her face after fighting his girlfriend in the street
Tiffany Stratton has opened up for the first time about getting into a vicious street fight that ended with a man stamping on her face and breaking her cheekbone. The 26-year-old spoke about the incident during her appearance on Logan Paul 's 'Impaulsive' podcast, leaving her famous host stunned by the details of how badly she was hurt. Stratton even admitted she sparked the altercation but evidently had no idea how things were going to end. 'I don't know if I should talk about this,' she said. 'After one of my (NXT) matches , I cut somebody off from my parking garage and they were like yelling at me from their car. 'So I pulled over... and they pull over and a guy gets out of the car. So I get out of the car. We are talking s***, talking s***, then his girlfriend gets out of the car. Yeah, two on one. 'I start talking s*** with the girlfriend, I push her, she pushes me back. We start f***ing brawling. And then she takes her long ass nails, gets them in my braid and gets me down on the ground. 'And this is where it takes a turn. The guy just f***ing stomps on my face. I broke a facebone - nobody knows this, you're welcome. And that's why I was out for so long in NXT. 'It was right here (the bone break - pointing to her left cheekbone). And I still don't have feeling in my tooth right here (pointing to her front tooth). I had a big footmark on my face, too.' Paul was visibly stunned, shouting: 'He really stomped the s*** out of you!' Stratton didn't say precisely when the fight happened but her admission that it caused her to miss time with NXT indicates that it was during the 2023-24 timespan she spent with the organization. Stratton moved from NXT to the main WWE roster in 2024 and has quickly established herself as one of the most iconic current characters in wrestling. She defended her WWE Women's Championship title against Jade Cargill recently at SummerSlam in New Jersey.

JD Vance to meet with top Trump officials to plot Epstein strategy
JD Vance, the US vice-president, will reportedly host a meeting on Wednesday evening at his residence with a handful of senior Trump administration officials to discuss their strategy for dealing with the ongoing scandal surrounding the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. The gathering, first reported by CNN, is reportedly set to include the attorney general, Pam Bondi; the deputy attorney general, Todd Blanche; the FBI director, Kash Patel; and the White House chief of staff, Susie Wiles. Sources familiar with the gathering told CNN and ABC News that the officials will be discussing whether to release the transcript of the justice department's recent interview with Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein's associate and a convicted sex trafficker. Two weeks ago the justice department sent Blanche, who is also one of Donald Trump's former personal lawyers, to interview Maxwell, who is serving a 20-year prison for sex trafficking and other crimes. That meeting lasted two days and details from it have not been made public. According to ABC News, the administration is considering publicly releasing the transcripts from the interview as soon as this week. Last week Maxwell was quietly transferred from a Florida prison to a lower-security facility in Texas. Trump claimed to reporters that he 'didn't know' about the transfer. The Trump administration has faced mounting pressure and a bipartisan backlash after the justice department announced it would not be releasing additional documents related to Epstein, despite earlier promises by Trump and Bondi that they would do so. Epstein, who died in prison in New York in 2019 while awaiting federal trial, is the subject of countless conspiracy theories, in part due to his ties to high-profile and powerful individuals. On Tuesday, the House oversight committee subpoenaed the justice department for files related to the Epstein sex-trafficking investigation and issued subpoenas for depositions from several prominent figures. They included the former president Bill Clinton; the former secretary of state Hillary Clinton; multiple former attorneys general, including Jeff Sessions, Alberto Gonzales, William Barr and Merrick Garland; and the former FBI directors James Comey and Robert Mueller. Axios pointed out that Trump's former labor secretary Alex Acosta was absent from the list despite his involvement in the 2008 plea deal with Epstein when Acosta was a top federal prosecutor in Florida. Axios noted that Acosta's boss during his time in Florida, Gonzales, is on the subpoena list. Maxwell, who was found guilty of sex trafficking and other charges in December 2021, is appealing her conviction to the supreme court, citing Epstein's plea agreement. This week her attorneys also opposed the government's request to unseal grand jury transcripts related to the Epstein case. 'Jeffrey Epstein is dead,' her lawyers wrote. 'Ghislaine Maxwell is not. Whatever interest the public may have in Epstein, that interest cannot justify a broad intrusion into grand jury secrecy in a case where the defendant is alive, her legal options are viable and her due process rights remain.' Maxwell also said last week that she was willing to testify before Congress if she was granted immunity. The Democratic congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi, who has introduced a resolution in Congress that opposes Maxwell receiving a presidential pardon or any other form of clemency, told CNN on Wednesday that he believes the 'vast majority of Americans oppose any form of clemency for Maxwell, and we need to say that with one voice in Congress as well'. The White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment relating to the Vance meeting.
