Seasalt launches new loyalty scheme
Cornish clothing brand Seasalt has launched a new customer loyalty programme, which will reward customers with a new points-based scheme.
Seasalt Rewards is the British retailer's new omni-channel offering, replacing the traditional stamp card model in UK Seasalt stores with a digital mobile wallet card, to elevate the brand experience for customers.
The new scheme will reward with points for all purchases, providing more personalised experiences and communications designed to increase engagement and retention of both in-store and online UK customers.
Shoppers will earn points on every purchase, with no minimum spend required, and points can be redeemed on future purchases. 100 points is worth 5 pounds. Seasalt Rewards card Credits: Seasalt
In a statement, Seasalt said the scheme will be easy to use and will benefit 'all customers fairly'. Existing stamp card users can transfer their accrued stamps to the new system until the end of June 2025.
Additional perks include birthday gift vouchers, exclusive offers, competitions and early access to sales.
Amy Thom, chief marketing officer at Seasalt, said: 'We have listened to what our customers have been asking for through our Voice of Customer programme and we're delighted to meet and exceed their requests through the launch of Seasalt Rewards.
'When our customers speak, we listen. Our valued brand fans are integral to the success of our business and this enhanced loyalty scheme will bring rewards and experiences to our customers that are representative of our Seasalt brand.'
Seasalt is a multichannel retailer with 75 stores across the UK and Ireland, along with two US stores, and an online business. It also has hundreds of stockists across the UK and Europe, including partnerships with M&S, Next, QVC and Zalando.

Products can scan for as little as 10p.' Home Bargains If you are planning a trip to Home Bargain's then it is best to head their first thing in the morning to grab the best deals. That is because most the larger Home Bargains stores get deliveries at around 7:30am everyday. Tom said to make sure you take a good look around as you enter the store. He explained: "Often, Home Bargains keeps the best deals at the front to lure you in. You don't want to walk straight past them on the way in!." Boots The high street chemist can be a great place to bag a bargain on pricey makeup and skin care. Singing up for its Advantage Card loyalty scheme can help you earn points on their purchases. These can then be redeemed for money off future purchases. Shoppers collect three points for every £1 they spend. Tom said the best time to shop at Boots is during one of their Points Events. These events allow shoppers to even triple points on your entire shop, or selected products and ranges. So for example, if you spend a set amount like £50 you get 1,000 extra points, which is worth £10. Tom said it is also worth seeing if you can stack any offers. He explained: "For example, if something is on a 3 for 2 offer, and then you can get double points on top.' Superdrug Superdrug has frequent offers and shopping incentives. So, Tom said the best time to shop depends on "what you're buying, and timing your shop to coincide with a relevant offer". The store regularly has 3 for 2 offers on beauty products, so if you're restocking your makeup bag, it may be better to hold off until that offer comes back around. If you are planning a trip to one of it's store you can check what offers are running ahead of time on the Superdrug website. Tom said you can also get bargains if you're a Health & Beautycard member, which is free to sign up for. Customers earn one point for every £1 you spend. You can spend your points in multiples of 100. The deals drop on Thursdays and Sundays, so going first thing on those days is your best bet. But if you are on the hunt for marked down food, it's best to head in first thing in the morning. That's because Aldi slashes the price of food and other items first thing in the morning rather than later in the day like its competitors WHAT TIME OF DAY? Poundland told The Sun the loyalty scheme shake-up is aimed at lowering prices on the shelves for all customers without the "hassle" of looking for a voucher in the shop's app. Customers can still collect points on their shops and there will be weekly competitions to win points and prizes. Florian Wirtz to Liverpool transfer agreement close with final £118m compromise
Liverpool are expected to make a fourth and final official offer to Bayer Leverkusen to sign playmaker Florian Wirtz, with a compromise over the transfer fee concluding talks Liverpool are expected to make a FOURTH and final offer to Bayer Leverkusen in order to find a compromise on a transfer fee for Florian Wirtz. Liverpool have been locked in talks with the German club over the signing of Wirtz for weeks and negotiations are finally reaching an end game. The Reds submitted a third official bid for the playmaker on Friday made up of £100million plus £13m in add-ons. That would represent a British transfer record, eclipsing the £106.8m Chelsea paid Benfica for Enzo Fernandez in February 2023, but is still short of Leverkusen's asking price. Leverkusen have been holding out for £126.4m from the very start of negotiations, which have been led by Reds sporting director Richard Hughes, but it now seems as though a compromise can finally be reached. The German side have already sold Jeremie Frimpong to Liverpool for £29.5m and they have moved a step closer to receiving a major pay day from the Premier League champions. Leverkusen are expecting a fourth and final offer for Wirtz in the next 24 hours – and that they will shake hands for £118m. That is because Liverpool have made it clear that they won't go as high as £126m and Leverkusen don't want to overplay their hand. The club knows that Wirtz has his heart set on moving to Merseyside and that they need to cash in now. Considering Liverpool started out talks with a bid of £85m (€100m), Leverkusen will still be delighted with their business, if it does indeed get concluded. Wirtz, who could earn a whopping £355,000-a-week at Liverpool, is set to play for Germany in the Nations League third-place play-off against France in Stuttgart on Sunday and wants his future sorted soon. Wirtz has been the stand-out player in the Bundesliga over the past few seasons, having helped Leverkusen win the title in 2023/24. The 22-year-old got 15 goals and 16 assists in 45 games across all competitions last season and is ready to leave Germany for a new challenge. Liverpool have money in the bank after a quiet summer before the 2024/25 season in which they brought in just one player: Federico Chiesa. However, with Frimpong signed and deals being negotiated for Wirtz and Bournemouth left-back Milos Kerkez, they know they must sell some players to balance the books.
